I had a funny situation happen I noticed a truck that esquire auto had and.... anyway I bought the truck thinking it was a Diesel engine. So I put diesel in it in my way home and noticed a sudden change in the way the truck was running, so I immediately I drove it back JR my sales rep was on it, we scanned it and saw a code we thought was a sensor. After the miss understanding was discovered ‍ they immediately had the truck towed and within 5 days it was fixed. Jr kept me informed the entire time and only charged me $500 for the towing fee and the repairs to the. Which I appreciate because the incident was my fault so I didn't expect it for free. No your buying used cars when you go here and if for some reason something happens, their good people they will take care of you.

They have this one worker name Luis he is the biggest liar and bullshitter in the IE. The owner allows him to purchase vehicles from trade ins from customers and re-sales the vehicles from the parking lot which it's still in the property of Esquivel Auto Depot. He sold me a car promising me that he was going to fix the issues which my son was going back and forth with him to fix these issues which everytime he gave us a date and time he would switch days and times a total of 7-8 times he did this. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL WITH LUIS AND WITH ESQUIVEL AUTO DEPOT FOR KNOWING THAT HE DOES THIS IN THERE SALES LOT. read more

I would never recommend anyone buy a car from them I walked by the office the older woman yelling at an employee for I don't know what reason but it seemed very disrespect to the employee and very unprofessional I asked if I can hear a car start it sounded horrible. Then the manager started to flirt with me like come on bruh at least flirt with me with the cadi. A friend of mine bought a car from them too they told me it had many issues, I saw it for myself esquivel auto 2 thumbs down. Very unprofessional. read more

I was sold a vehicle that has a blown head gasket that showed up 1 month after sale. A major engine repair. The warranty is expired, of course so I'm left with the mess they sold me. Best believe I am collecting a paper trail and getting legal assistance. when I was at the dealership, the man who was working with me to sell the car said he would take it to get the gas filled and to take it to the mechanic to make sure everything is OK. He came back within 15 minutes and told me Yep everything is great... I should've listened to my intuition, but I was in a pinch needed a car at that time. Do not trust this business. There's a reason why the stars are the way that they are and there's a reason why they don't sell very many cars. Any business that is built on lies and manipulation and deception is a house of cards. The Laws that govern this Universe will rebalance the scales.

Believe it or not, that is illegal in California no matter what it is you purchased. Can't afford to purchase another vehicle and this one has costed so much in repairs, and it still just sits in the driveway while we go broke paying for a rental. Do your homework people, make sure you know what it is you are purchasing because these guys won't tell you. If we would have run a Vin check, we would have known the car had been sitting for years, so most of the mileage was put on it in a short amount of time (hard miles) would have also known that these cars have so many issues and to top it off, it has to have 91 Octane Fuel. It's a good thing there is a label on the cover because the salesman never mentioned it. In fact, when we told him we had to drive through the Cajon Pass every day, he said they are great cars! "In fact," he said, "My son has the same car and has never had any problems!" Sure he does.. I believe they should have traded the car straight across from the start, something that didn't have known issues. Sorry guys, I'm left with only one option and it's not going to be pretty. If anyone here is interested, hit me up, the more the merrier.

Right when I got there Victors (sales guy) walked up to me I showed him what truck I wanted and we started walking to it, as we're walking he said "you know the truck is going to be around $24,000 after taxes and everything) and said that doesn't sound right. We got to the truck and I started checking it out while he went to get the keys, there was a sticker on the windshield showing multiple "add-ons". While we were on the test drive I asked him if the add-ons were the reason he quoted me $24,000 for a truck they have listed at $15,995 and he said yeah that they have between $5,000-$6,000 of add ons in the truck. I told him I don't want any of that and he said unfortunately they are already on there and can't remove them. I asked if all their cars have the add-ons and he said yes. This is not just a deceptive business practice; it is a direct violation of California Vehicle Code § 11713.1(e), which legally requires dealerships to sell a vehicle at the advertised total price, free of forced undisclosed add-ons. If you go to Yelp you can see their real reviews, Yelp is a lot harder to fake reviews. Companies post fake reviews on Google all the time. They do this to everyone just read the reviews. Don't buy from these scum bags.

So I've been looking for a used car dealership with a reputable reputation for a while now. We all know how hard that is to find. So I came across this place, Esquivel Auto Depot, because I always pass it by on my way home from work. This place has been around for a long time and I even recall hearing about it on the radio. When you walk onto the lot and make your way to the office Your greeted by everyone in the office. It's a homey feel. I was helped by Junior, and his attention to detail went over and beyond. Even with challenged credit and other discrepancies he still found a way for me to leave with the car I wanted. This dealer has a very welcoming environment. You do not ever feel like you are being judged or discriminated here. The staff is all very friendly and easy to talk to. Probably one of the worse you can buy from , no contract or warranty's on cars they sell. Car I bought came with a lot of problems had to get a new battery & brakes, they won't even help you when you tell them. Then if they send you to there shop you won't see the car for a month or 2 they charge extra for no reason don't even have good service or good with customers. Also the old guy that's suppose to be the boss is very racist they were acting shady toward my lawyer who is black also told me to watch out for black people they will steal my items . I came in with no hope in getting a car, my credit was not that great! As soon as i walked in i seen a car i fell in love with! And i was able to drive out of there with the exact car i wanted!
