Carlos today. They just keep calling me
Kat L.

They have a Ford Explorer listed. We contacted about it. I agreed to the online sale price. I told them I'm coming from 2 1/2 hours away and then I needed to do everything over the phone and then I am a prior Volkswagen Mitsubishi and Nissan dealer. I had hoped that by letting him know that he would have at least some level of respect towards helping me. Instead, I was put on ignore. Today is day three waiting for an answer. When I text him, he always text back like he's going to help me, but then I go back on ignore I am convinced this was a bait and switch car and that these people are shady. 30 years in the Car business and my advice to you is don't shop here. Editing to update:

Purchased this 1-Owner 2020 F-150 Raptor with 18,788 miles on 6/30/2026 from an out-of-state dealership.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received. Before purchasing an $85,000 vehicle, I asked if they could obtain a copy of the repair orders (service history) from the servicing dealership. I didn't feel that was an unreasonable request, but I was told to bring my own mechanic instead of anyone making the effort to obtain the documentation. As a result, I decided to purchase a 2020 Ford Raptor from an out-of-state dealership. When you're spending this kind of money, you expect a dealership that's willing to go the extra mile to earn your business. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here.

Undisclosed mandatory, dealership-installed add-ons once the deal sheet was presented.

Classic used car bait and switch tactics. Advertised price did not include $4700 worth of mandatory add-ons installed by the dealership, including a GPS system, Door edge protector and an anti-theft system. They were only negotiable by about 30%. Also, the interest rate offered was a laughable 10.99% with spotless credit. (In fairness, I was cosigning for my son who had no credit). However, when offered an extended warranty in finance, they were very generous with our negotiated overall interest rate of 7.75%. Our salesman was terrible. Nice enough guy, but the personality of a door knob. Test drive was a series of four left turns in traffic over a 2-mile route. Very little product knowledge or meaningful conversation at all. He did not disclose the "mandatory" added features installed on the vehicle until he came back with a deal sheet. Then it was all games after that. Luckily, his sales manager came in to save the deal as we were ready to walk out the door. And he can only partly remedy the problem. Lucky for them they knew they were holding the cards of the exact car that we were looking for that was in great shape with low miles. The kicker was at the end of the transaction, the insistence of a 5-star rating. He literally stood shoulder to shoulder with my son who had just come out of the bathroom and leared over his shoulder and insisted he give him a five star rating. It was absolutely egregious and grotesque. In the end, the manager and the finance guy, Saul, were great and affable, and got the paperwork done quickly. At least as quickly as car dealership financing can be. ‍ Nice vehicle, but do not recommend this dealership and will not be back.

This dealership should be reported to the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Investigations Division, California Attorney General, local District Attorneys and/or the Federal Trade Commission. Beware of dealerships that tack on junk charges and fees. This particular dealership is the biggest offender that I have ever come across and I have purchased hundreds of vehicles in my lifetime. See the attached image as a reference. Martin, the sales rep., failed to mention any of these junk fees before hitting my credit score twice - once for the dealership and once for their chosen bank/creditor. Martin states that their website clearly points out over $5,000.00 in junk fees that are charged on each deal. I searched their website and could not find this information as it pertains to the attached image. Martin, the sales rep., stated that if I was willing to pay more for the vehicle, then he could get the sales manager to lower the accessory fees (his words, not mine). I could either pay $26,000 for the truck or pay $19,995 for the truck plus the accessory fees (over $5k). The truck was advertised for $19,995 on AutoTrader.com. Junk fees add up to almost 27% of the total cost of the vehicle. This is just insane!

5K of dealer add-ons for a used car with 28,000 miles... Shady!
Drake Y.

Bait-and-switch pricing on a used car I rarely leave reviews, but people need to be aware of how this dealership operates. I inquired about a used Toyota RAV4 advertised at a very competitive price. Everything seemed reasonable at first, until I was sent the actual sales worksheet. That's when the real numbers appeared. On top of the advertised price, the dealership attempted to add nearly $5,000-$6,000 in mandatory dealer add-ons -- including GPS, VIN etching, and a "Clear Concepts" package -- on a USED car with tens of thousands of miles. These were not optional, not clearly disclosed upfront, and dramatically changed the out-the-door price by thousands of dollars. The car was advertised as a "great price," but the real cost only became clear after requesting paperwork. This feels intentionally misleading and explains why the vehicle has been sitting unsold. For anyone shopping here: Do not trust the advertised price. Demand a full breakdown before wasting your time. If you're an informed buyer, be prepared to walk. I ended up purchasing a similar vehicle elsewhere with transparent pricing and no junk fees. This experience was a reminder that if a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Within the first 3 months the issues began even with proper maintenance. Finally recently the fuel pump to the vehicle is now needing replacing which costs thousands of dollars. I called the dealership to see if there was anything they could do since they had sold us a failing truck and they said no, not even trying to help us what so ever. Now we are stuck with a 30k loan and a non operating vehicle. All they care about is getting a sale. They don't care weather or not the vehicle works just working enough to sell it. DO NOT GO HERE.

Today was a brand new experience in my life, and it was one for the history books. From the time I stepped onto the lot until I drove off of it, every second was a second well spent. The staff were personable and welcoming, the environment felt safe and clean, and most of all I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something. I daresay that I felt more comfortable here knowing nothing about what I was getting into than I would walking into a big-name dealership. From beginning to end my car-buying experience was as smooth as it was delightful, and I'm so happy with the outcome. The vehicle, despite its age and mileage, is clean and drives like a hot knife through butter. After a thorough inspection, everything seems to have been maintained with the utmost attention to care and quality. Come here, give them your patronage, and drive home with a fat smile on your face!

I'm gonna be petty and right in Spanish now. Also be aware of self selling practices I went to go look at a car with my girlfriend that she saw saw on road saying for sale when we got there I noticed the guy walking back to his car and letting his wife or potential worker of his do all the talking only for me to recognize him as the dealer who sold me my car recognized him instantly from his big back and small P so I told my girlfriend there was no way we're buying this car plus when I went in there website I noticed that the car was also listed there these guys are a joke and a bunch of scammers if you do go here I'd say go just to make a metal note of the staff stay safe out there folks
