My manicure looks good but there are air bubbles and maybe some fuzz or something under a layer of polish. It is so frustrating to feel like nail salons just throw out random numbers for services. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I came in for a pedicure with friends, two had gel manicures and three of us had the Healer pedicures. First, Blu is very clean and does not smell. Do you know nauseating smell that most nail places have? Not here. The chairs were very comfortable and a large variety of colors to choose from. Michelle was great and really listen to what I preferred when trimming my nails, the water temperature, everything.
