Worst decision i ever made. I went here to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded the tinting was done as if it was done blindly and i asked the lady if she can fix it because i didnt really like it and all she did was keep threading my eyebrows and i clearly told her what i wanted which was to get the tinting fixed. i told her i wanted them done square and she absolutely fucked up my eyebrows. it was as if i was talking to a wall. dont go here. read more

Horrible customer service, gf found a groupon online and went to get a Brazilian wax sesh done, when it came to paying, Juli didn't accept the coupon due to the fact that the previous time my gf had gone she got a free discount and said it wouldn't be fair to use the groupon which made no fucking sense at all since that time before, the given "discount" was never applied and paid full price. Went for eyebrow threading. Response was very quick. Place was surprisingly very clean and quiet. The lady recommended brow tinting which was $15. Juli did my Brazilian and she was so quick and informative and had me leave not with one hair intact! Okay. Before moving to Herndon from Baton Rouge I made sure to do my research about my future eyebrow threading place . After reading the reviews about New Image, I was sold. Today was the day my eyebrows needed some serious, SERIOUS love. This place is only 8 minutes away from where I live which is super convenient. So I am excited about that!! Okay, so I'm not trying to be an asshole but as soon as I walked in, I wanted to run far far away. I was really wondering if google Maps had brought me to the wrong place. I was starred down by a room full of Mexicans, loud Mexican music playing in the background. "Uhhh, do yall do eyebrow threading here?" I asked the lady who was standing in front of me, burning a hole through my soul. She pointed to a small backroom where I saw Juli. I thanked the lady and hurried across the room. Juli is seriously the cutest and sweetest person I have ever met. She assured I was going to get my money's worth (I AGREE 100%) her threading job is probably the best I have ever had. And that's saying a lot. She was gentle, friendly, and lovely. For my eyebrows and upper lip it was only $14.00 (THATS WAY BETTER THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING IN BATON ROUGE :) ) I will definitely be returning. I guess don't judge a book by its cover? But in the back is Juli's area she did an awesome job on my eyebrows and facial hair I am blonde and lots of fine hair. She threaded instead of waxed and actually was more comfortable ! I bought a Groupon for a 60-minute basic facial, and I was pretty pleased with the results. Juli took the time to assess my skin's needs beforehand, and told me about all the products she sells that would be good for my skin. She made a few off-handed comments that I wasn't sure how to react to, but I'd like to think she meant well. During the facial, we didn't use steam (normally one of my favorite parts of facials) because my skin was breaking out a little bit, but she did a good job with the cleansing, exfoliating, serums, and mask. I would have given this experience more stars if I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me her products for the majority of the time. The end result was good, though, and my skin does feel softer and smoother afterwards. I'm also glad she took the time afterwards to tell me about my skin's areas for improvement and what I can be doing to achieve better results. Overall a 3.5 experience. I was very nervous to try someone new but the first time I worked with Juli she took time to make me feel comfortable and listen to what I was looking for in a beautician. Juli is so wonderful, I am so glad I found her! I typically get my eyebrows done somewhere else, but that person is on vacation for 2 months, so I needed to find another place to go. Looked here on yelp and found Juli. What a find! She has great attention to detail and does a really great job (and I am SUPER picky). I requested an appointment here on yelp, and Juli responded within about 10-15 minutes, and I scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When I first arrived and sat in the chair, she took the time to give me a mirror and a consultation to make sure she knew how I wanted my eyebrows done. I explained what I wanted, and she asked good questions to make sure she had it exactly right.
