Came here for a Brazilian wax because I read good reviews and I also got my lower legs waxed and eyebrows threaded! My technician, Maya was such a sweetheart and did a great job. She made my first Brazilian experience as comfortable as possible. After the service, I was able to meet Juli herself! Such a sweet woman with amazing customer service. Juli is amazing at what she does. She was first in the new image salon but now has moved all the way down after the Indian restaurant on the corner after fresh world. There's no door where you see her salons name but you have to go around to the other side with the correct building number. I was kinda confused at first. I really like her new salon, It's very clean! She has hired someone whose kinda slow on eyebrows but it's ok she still did an amazing job. Everyone starts somewhere so I just tried my best to be patient! If you're in the area and need services I would highly recommend this place. Its a really nice place from the inside. I was referred to this place by a friend who told me to ask for Juli and when I called to make an appointment, i said i would only like to be seen by Juli. When a lady came upto me, I asked her if you are Juli and she said no as Juli has a facial so I told her when i called i explicitly asked for Juli, she said dont worry i will do a good job which she did but i was annoyed as I wasnt told before that I would not be seeing Juli. The lady kept on saying next time just say i want to book an appointment with Juli which I did when i called to make an appointment. I mean they are nice but just this kinda annoyed me. I appreciated how nice Julie was and how she took the time to get to know your preferences and issues with your brows and would give you suggestions on what to do. WOW! I've been here twice now, have seen both Juli and Sivis, and both times my brows have looked amazing afterwards. Sivis even helped me overcome my fear of lip threading and convinced me to get it done. I'm so glad I did. Juli is the best! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded at other places for years. They usually look good but one has an arch and the other doesn't. I figured that's just how my brows are and didn't give it much thought (at least there were two of them, right?). I happened to find Juli by accident when I was looking for places near my office and when I saw that eyebrow threading was $8 I was a little nervous (generally you get what you pay for), but I figured I'd give it a shot. The first question she asked was what shape do I want. I had never been given an option! Then when I told her I liked an arch but didn't think both brows could do that, she asked me to pick my favorite brow and she would match them! I found Juli on Yelp and her reviews were outstanding so, on a whim, I asked if she had availability the next evening. I was only in town for two more days before a beach trip so I figured it was a long-shot, but she fit me in late in the day and did an outstanding job! She was very quick to respond and friendly. Her office was very clean and easy to find in a business area. There were no parking problems either, which I love. I have sensitive skin and the waxing (while as painful as a normal wax) was great, over quickly, and extremely thorough. She was very skilled at distracting me with conversation and she did a thorough job. I'd also say her prices are extremely reasonable, it even felt too low to me so I used the extra money I had to give a generous tip!
