The first time I came in I had my girlfriends old bike and I needed to check to see if her flat tires were because of holes or not. They checked for free and when they saw that my tubes were fine they filled them up with air and sent me on my way. I came in last week and I had my tires air pressure filled up, again for free. I got my first flat this past weekend so I had to go in yesterday to get it fixed and the tube and service was pretty quick. Tim took the bike ran a check on my rear tire and took it back to fix it. 10 minutes later he was walking out the back with my bike fixed. The service here has always been top notch and I am very fortunate to have been so close to this bike store. Tim in particular has been the most helpful guy and always super nice to me. I am not sure if this place is expensive or not since I do not know too much about bikes, but the service is top notch so I would take that into account.

I was told it will be ready on the due date and the person is placing the work order on the desk. I come pick it up at the end of the due day. It is not ready. No one is aware it needs to be done. I am familiar with the industry, I understood the extended timeline and hoped its the safety net for the staff. I was willing to close my eyes for questionable small charges in the invoice. Hoping that the service and quality are going to be good and won't even remember any of it. I've had decent experiences with TCM - them giving me a screw for me my cleats (and selling me on for a dollar another time - loc tite was not working), selling me tires, assembling a bike that was shipped to me, but the last visit left me cold. I have an old beater Giant hybrid with gear issues. Brought it in to have that looked at, and experienced an aggressive upsell, for tuneup, replace all cables, get new tubes and tires. I said no and got push back that the brake cables were "pretty gunked up" and needed to be replaced. Umm .... still a no. Does clean machines pay it's employees commission on repairs? Kind of got that impression. So I agreed to a tuneup since it was explained that the gear issues would be fixed as part of that. (A tube blew out during the tuneup, stuff happens.) Rode home - gear issues so turned around and brought the bike back in, and after a few minutes was told that the gears were too old and worn to be fixed. Not sure about that, but things degraded two rides later - yesterday the bike was popping out of gear, and I broke the chain I am 100% sure for that reason. I would have appreciated them owning up right up front that the repair was not good, and not trying to shunt me into work I did not want or need.

We purchased 2 new bikes online, performed the small amount of assembly required and attempted to…read moreuse them. They supposedly were tuned up at the factory to be operational but we found the gears and brakes to be poorly adjusted and the front wheels on both bikes were out of round. Realizing why the instruction books that came with the bikes began every section with 'We highly recommend you have the bike professionally tuned' we did some research finding that Bullseye has a great reputation and reasonable fees. We first took the front wheels to have them adjusted to them and within a day they had them ready for us. Having seen how competent, conscientious, professional, and responsive they were we dropped both bikes off to have them tuned up one the weekend and we had them back working superbly by that Tuesday. They take what they do seriously and are highly customer-focused. Totally recommend them.
