The process begins with an automated AI system that places you in a callback queue, which feels designed to be ignored. I had to call EIGHT separate times over a 48-hour period just to finally get a single call back. When I was finally able to speak with the sales manager, Debbie, the customer service was shockingly poor. I asked for a simple price breakdown on a Model S, and she flatly refused to provide one. Their business practices are incredibly deceptive. The price you see advertised online is not the price you will pay. They tack on numerous hidden addendums that significantly inflate the final cost, and none of this is disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, they claimed these addendums were "non-negotiable." Each inquiry can potentially reduce my credit up to 15 POINTS EACH I directly communicated to only send it to 1 bank (Westlake), if they don't approve then they don't approve. Yet they kept passing my file to different managers I was told they have great relationship with banks yet they don't know the lenders criteria. I've sold cars for many years and would never do this.
