I did my research prior to coming in and I had my eyes on a set car and once I came in it wasn't exactly what I expected so I started browsing around. Thankfully they had plenty of options. Luckily Nate was there to help me out. Pretty chill laid back guy, he didn't rush trying to make a deal and didn't try to sweet talk me at all, pretty straight forward but helpful nonetheless. You can tell he sells cars on a daily. Unfortunately to get the car out the same day my credit union took a little longer than anticipated and Nate was patient enough to let us deal with that without rushing me or anything. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. set an appointment to look at a vehicle and confirmed the appointment with them the night before. i drive over an hour and show up to the appointment and low and behold they sold the car the day before. I completely understand not getting a car because it sold, but what's unacceptable is confirming my appointment to see the car AFTER they already sold it or not notifying me before the 2 hour round trip. I went to inquire about a car I saw online and was never served properly. I had to search for someone in the office and when I asked about the car, he just handed me the keys and told me to let him know if I had any questions. I went to check out the car and was hoping to talk to someone, but because the guy who handed me the keys was busy, he told me to talk to the other guy. The process begins with an automated AI system that places you in a callback queue, which feels designed to be ignored. I had to call EIGHT separate times over a 48-hour period just to finally get a single call back. When I was finally able to speak with the sales manager, Debbie, the customer service was shockingly poor. I asked for a simple price breakdown on a Model S, and she flatly refused to provide one. Their business practices are incredibly deceptive. The price you see advertised online is not the price you will pay. They tack on numerous hidden addendums that significantly inflate the final cost, and none of this is disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, they claimed these addendums were "non-negotiable." I asked if she could see if the car I wanted was available.
