I have used this company for two major moves. One from Palmdale to Palmdale and more recently from Palmdale to Las Vegas. I have never dealt with a more competent, professional group of workers during a move. Everything was scheduled according to our needs and they arrived on time. Additionally, the company provided all of the padding and wrapping necessary to ensure there was not a single scratch on any furniture or appliances. They packed and unloaded the truck to perfection, reassembled all the beds, dressers, etc., and all we had to do was point to where we wanted things. They even rearranged items with no hesitation when I changed my mind as to where I wanted bulky items. Thank you to Emilio and crew for a job well done!

JD Assembly - 12 x 14 Yardistry Gazebo

First off let me say that the guy who I spoke to was very nice. Never had any problems with…read morecourtesy. However, service or lack thereof was terrible. The first date I hired them for I had to reschedule because my shed didn't get delivered when it said it was supposed to be. I gave them 4 days noticed once it didn't arrive. So we rescheduled for the next week. Then, after hiring them to assemble a shed I bought from Lowe's they contacted me the day before installation and said that they didn't include the roofing. I really needed the shed built so I said ok even though I was also planning to have the roof done with it. Then later that same night (after 8pm) they texted me to let me know that not all of their guys could come out the next day to assemble and that he could still come out but that it would need to be done over 2 Saturdays. I have a disabled husband and dogs that make it difficult to have to have our yard unavailable for 2 Saturdays. So I said that I prefer they just come the next Saturday to be done in one day. He didn't give me a reason as to why his guys were unavailable either. So the next Saturday they come out at 7am as they had said. I had to wake up really early to make sure our dogs got time to use the yard which is difficult with my condition. They worked until 9am or so unwrapping the shed and laying out all the pieces and then ask to speak with me. The guy said that their coworker who has the nail gun was on vacation and that they couldn't do the job. What? You drove all the way out here, unwrap the crate and only now realize you don't have the proper tools? They said they tried to rent one from Home Depot but they were all gone. If that's the case you should buy a new one. When you say you are going to do a job then you should do it. Plus, it was forecast to rain in the next week so now all the wood was going to get wet. They already had canceled on me once and now they were canceling again? He said they could come out the next Saturday but at this point I wasn't confident they would. So I hired someone else who not only arrived and completed the project but was also willing to install the roofing. Canceling on me twice with less than 24 hours notice is unacceptable. Also, if you unwrap something and leave it out in the rain that is also unacceptable. Some of the wood was warped after and the new guy I hired had a difficult time with some of the pieces. I cannot recommend this company at all. My time is worth a lot and they wasted 2 weeks of it.

I got the 12' x 14' Grand Gazebo Yardistry from Costco. After just 2-3 texts, the owner came with 3 other guys scheduled for a Saturday at 6:30 AM. All of them showed up a bit earlier than that and they were out of my house by 10:45 AM. After reading that it could take a couple hours over the span of 3 days to assemble with 1-2 people, I was definitely surprised they got this done in so little time. One of the reasons I went with them is because it seems they've done so many of these models before (based on other reviewers' photos) so it was more reassuring for me to go with these guys. As you can see from my pictures, my gazebo turned out amazing. I even had an old torn up gazebo in place of that, and they were nice enough to help me tear it down. After the new gazebo was up, they cleaned up the backyard, organized the cardboard boxes for me to toss, and even placed my old gazebo to the side in a nice pile so it's easy for me to clean up after. JD Assembly is reliable, professional, and great to work with. Really glad I went with them!

Amanda provided the initial phone quote and Kyle came out to provide the on-site estimate. Kyle was very responsive and knowledgeable. He provided great suggestions based on his expertise and we loved the ideas! Kudos to all his teams: demo team (Benito and Luis) and install team (Troy, Louie and his crew) - all were prompt, courteous, very accommodating. The work they all did was phenomenal! Always respectful of my parents and their property, and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. Excellent office service by Amanda! Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. We wholeheartedly recommend Southern California Patios!

Initial consultation went great, some good ideas were tossed around and a plan was made. Install…read morewas another thing, and the finished product really isn't anything to write home about. We went with a roof mount install. The cover doesn't fully extend over my roof line so there's a weird gap that 5 inches of roofing would have made a huge difference. The install took 3 days but left my backyard FULL of metal shavings, I'm talking all in my brand new turf and all in my pool and in the concrete floor grooves. I asked them if they had a shop vac instead of a blower so they could actually pick up the debris instead of just blowing it around and they didn't. So I spent quite a while picking up metal pieces since dogs and kids usually run barefoot in the yard. I had some outlets installed that were placed in nice looking weather boxes but I was shocked they weren't GFCI. My neighbor used this company that's how we made contact, she just had to have the gutters unclogged professionally since the top is open and flat it collects leaves and other debris, so good to note I'll have to figure out how to routinely clean up there to avoid the same issue. Was this worth the price? - meh time will tell, but so far this was the least exciting part of our backyard reno.
