One thing that's been bothering me for a long time is one of the skylights in my house. A few years ago, it cracked during a Santa Ana windstorm. I contacted a few companies, but they all said a custom window would take a long time and that the whole process was pretty complicated, so I just kept putting it off. Luckily, last week my neighbor was getting their windows replaced, and a guy named Julian from that company kindly stopped by to ask if I also needed anything done -- which was perfect timing for me. In just a few days, they finished measuring, quote, and placed the custom order. Since they have their own factory, everything moved really fast. Today, the installer, Franky, finished the installation in less than an hour. The new frame is wider and much sturdier than the old one, and this double-pane glass is at least an inch thicker than what I had before. It's also energy-efficient. Now I'm even considering replacing all the bedroom windows like my neighbor did, so the next time we get strong Santa Ana winds, I'll be able to sleep much more peacefully. read more

I was walking my dog and by happenstance passed a home that was having its windows replaced. Since I had intended to replace windows on my own home, I took some time to watch the workers perform a few of the window installations. In the meantime I examined the quality of the framing and was satisfied that it was a quality product and very durable. I summoned a worker and left my cell number with him requesting a call back. Later that afternoon I received a call from Julian. We scheduled an appointment to meet so he could view the project and so I could learn a little more about the company and product. The Low-emissivity glass used is sourced from Cardinal glass - 366 product line. Highest-rated Low-e glass for ultraviolet and infrared protection. I toured the shop and was impressed with the efficiency of the shop with regard to the fabrication of the frames. The purchase/installation price was very fair so I committed to have Eternity Windows and Doors perform the project. I must say in addition to a fair price, a factory warranty was also included which would also pass onto a subsequent owner if we should ever sell our townhouse. 11 windows were replaced, all in one day's time. Amazing job! Let me start by saying that our original windows were over 30 years old and were in need of replacement. We also belong to an HOA, so keeping to the original style was imperative. We had put off replacement for years fearing the cost and disruption to our lives. A couple of weeks ago, Julian showed up at our door asking if he could give us an estimate for window replacement. We were nervous, as we recently got an estimate from a large company who advertises constantly on TV. But, Julian was so kind and helpful, we decided to give him a chance. We are so happy we did. The estimate came in at 1/3 of the cost of the bigger guy. So, we decided to replace all of our windows. 1. Frankie and his crew showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. 2. The job took only one day (7:30am - 3:30pm) as promised. 3. The quality of work was outstanding. Even the silicone sealer was laid in perfectly straight. 4. The windows are high quality and beautiful. They matched our previous window design perfectly. 5. We barely hear the road traffic outside now. 6. The UV protection in the windows shield us from the looming glare of the setting sun. Many of our windows are west facing, so we would need to frequently close our blinds and curtains to keep the sun out. We don't need to do that anymore. 7. We no longer feel the draft we had with the older windows. 8. Our home has a new level of serenity. Their customer service (speaking directly about Julian) is top notch. I accidentally smeared the silicone under one of our sliders. Julian came by that evening to smooth it out for me. He wanted to make sure I was happy. I contacted Eternity to replace an oversized sliding patio door. They came out, measured and gave me a quote for the job. I had used them before and already knew they are manufacturers. The quote they gave me was very competitive. So knowing the good quality of their locally manufactured sliding glass doors and knowing their expertise of installation, I agreed to go forward. I put down 50% in advance, and about 2 weeks later the custom door was delivered and expertly installed. I then paid the balance and all has been very good since. Did a job for me a couple years back posted that they wanted to help. Never attempted to help the only thing. I can tell you is if you like leaking windows. Go ahead with the eternity windows. Now the windows themselves are not that bad, but they do not make them themselves. They actually farm that out to an Asian window builder. But the installation is where they lack any expertise. Fire beware there's a lot of window companies out there. I hope you get better results and have a better experience. But it's not cheap, so shop around. read more

Worst customer experience ever... David was so prompt and quick when collecting checks. When delivery time came, everything went ugly. Charged me $240 for a $40 sliding door lock, which wasn't even installed when delivered. Delivered a replacement window when all were ordered as new construction windows. He tried to convince me many times to keep the replacement window "because it was better". He wouldn't even care to listen that it looked different than the others. Project got delayed because of the wrong window. He blamed me for not letting him know that it was a wrong window. Blamed my framer for installing it "when the framer should have known it was a wrong window". He made my framer drop everything for him 3x to come to install the correct window and yet David refused to deliver 2x. He wanted my framer to remove the wrong window on the same day of delivery, which my framer yet. David proudly said that he didn't let his guy deliver because he didn't want his guy to work overtime without notice when everyone was waiting. He did that to us 2x!!!! Every time I called to ask what was happening, while framer was back and forth waiting ( I begged the framer to come and wait per David's demand) David was rude, loud- mouthed narcissist who blamed everyone else but himself. He didnt even apologize. I would never ever recommend this company. No warranty on the windows and very cheap quality. read more

We are previous customers, great work by the ppl who install. As far as communication goes. Probably the worst you will ever come across. We wanted to have more doors installed in our home. They came out November 14th to measure and said the office would contact us with qoutes, over 2 weeks went by and heard nothing , I called and they said they would send it over, another week went by, nothing. I called again and emailed, no email back but they answered phone and said it would be over soon. Nothing again. I called again and they proceed to tell me it will be sent soon so I said I will sit on the phone while it is sent. They proceed to send some qoute that made no sense and then told me they don't even have the type of door I want installed. Would have been nice to know that over a month ago when they were at my house. I still asked for a qoute on just one door that they do have. Another 2 weeks went by and I still have heard nothing. It's crazy but also sad because the man who installed our doors and have worked on so many of our rentals is fantastic, he probably has no idea he is missing out on work because of these women who handle everything. It is now December 20th and still no qoute on a single door that they looked at on November 14th. Crazy. If you have a home you are flipping and need things done quick, you better stay far far away from this place. We ended up finding somewhere else to install. read more

Vasquez Glass saved my ass! Managing apartment buildings isn't rewarding when the glass in the showers leak! My 10 units each have 2 bathrooms. That's 20 showers that could leak at any given time. With 2 people in every unit I have at least 20 tenants demanding immediate faultless service when things go wrong. So the pressure was on when I got a call from one of my units about the water leaking all over the floor in both bathrooms. Although my handyman calked & sealed, the leak seemed unstoppable. The problem persisted even after the contractor who built the showers tore out the tile & put it back in slanted slightly more inwards. We spent 3 weeks trying to fix this problem with no success.
