The dentists are great, Dr Soule and Dr Vargas. It's not them that's the problem, it's Alisha at the front desk. She acts like everyone else is beneath her. Not only was she very rude and disrespectful, but she gives me a cost that's double what I was already quoted and she said "do I look like a dentist to you?" She acted like she didn't care what cost I was given before after she said, "well did you sign the cost form? Then oh well!" I wanted various opinions, so I went to three different dentists over the past couple of weeks to assess my dental needs. The opinions were unanimous in that I needed 2 crowns and to fill two to three cavities. Since I suffered a severe neck injury in an accident several years ago, lying in a dentist chair can be excruciatingly painful, causing also anxiety. I felt most confident that Dr. Sewell would be most understanding and patient, so now I've booked Ethos to do the work, starting next week. Worst dentist ever. I was a new patient and the first time I had an appointment, I waited for over an hour and then was informed that they'd have to reschedule my appointment and I could not be seen that day. I ended up getting work done there and was placed unknowingly with a newer dentist. He did 2 fillings and one has never been right. I've had pain on the top of my tooth ever since and nothing can be done about it. The second filling came out this week even though it's been less than 1 year. I've had work done before at different places and have never had a problem. Don't go here. It's not worth the risk. read more
