Before the year 2025 ends I wanted to leave a review on my experience at this amazing dental office. November I came in for tooth pain and I was immediately taken care of from Dr Phan. I felt extremely comfortable. The office was welcoming and clean. Whole staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Told Dr Phan the pain I was having and my not so good past relationship with my previous dentist. He listened to my concerns about my teeth and made me feel good about the upcoming procedures. Christine at the front desk was AMAZING. She broke down all the financial expenses and even helped me out with a payment plan. I recently moved to the area and had a crown fall off. I checked reviews on Yelp to find a new dentist and gave Dr. Phan a try. The office fit me in without too much trouble. My temporary crown looked and felt better than other crowns I'd had in the past. I couldn't make it back for over a month for the next appointment to have the permanent crown put on, but the temporary crown did great. I had no problems with it falling out and my new crown feels like it is my own tooth. I went in for a cleaning after that and all went well. I felt welcomed and was treated in a timely manner. I just like to say the staff the ladies in the front desk everybody is really awesome I give that five stars . I've always had really bad teeth I am very bad experiences with Dentist. So I have been searching for one because I broke my tooth went into this dental office they said I would get a root canal things change when they did A cleaning so I ended up having to pull the tooth out that's fine was freaking out normal dentist that I've been to they would give you some type of temporary something so you don't go toothless this Dentist he didn't really care about the fact I am going to be missing a tooth , So he explained to me what my options were I should ask more questions but I didn't that's my fault and he said it's either a bridge or a flapper I asked him where the flapper was he said a tooth that's temporarily that needs to be on for 4 to 6 months so the bone in your gums can heal he said there's gonna be some little metal things the hook to your teeth I asked him can you see it he said not really so he said he prefers I think I should get the flapper but it's up to me so I am not getting that was still stumbled that I have to walk around for two days with no shoes ending up I was not able to come back Friday I had to come back Tuesday because Monday was a holiday and for some reason the tooth did not come in Friday was very upset lady at front desk was very compassionate and caring. Came back today to get my so called flapper tooth he put this thing on it literally was dentures a tooth that was a denture I was very upset he put it on all you see is metal he made me feel like crap I smiled and he said don't smile like that or if you can see it but that's how I smile so now I have to pay out-of-pocket because I don't want this uncomfortable painful disgusting ugly metal looking thing on my tooth and as I was talking to him he walked away and then I talk to the lady at the front desk and she was very comforting and we feel better but this is the worst experience I have ever been at a dentist office I will not be coming back because of this after I get my tooth fixed it will be a while I will never go here again the only recommendation I would go here for is for the ladies at the front desk and the clean your teeth out of that don't go here . I had a crown break off and take more than half my tooth with it. My current dentist wanted me to wait until Aug when my insurance through work starts. I was in too much pain to wait over a month. I called several offices trying to get in to have the tooth extracted. Every office that would do it, charged a fortune. TLC was very reasonable and the staff are amazing!! I've been coming to this dentist since 2008. We made an advance appointment for both of us to get our teeth whitened. I showed up for my appointment yesterday, they cleaned my teeth, did x-rays and an exam and then prepped me for whitening. When the dentist started the procedure, only then did he find out that he couldn't do the procedure because they didn't have the bleach. I told them that my fiancé had an appointment for the next day and they assured me they would go to the other office and get what they needed and that he wouldn't need to reschedule. He showed up for his appointment just now and was told that they couldn't do it because they didn't get the bleach after all. They weren't very apologetic or accommodating after we told them we're getting married in less than 30 days. They offered us another appointment for the end of the month. read more

I have been coming to this dental office for the last 2 years and I have been very impressed and satisfied with their services. I would drive from Orange County to this dentist office for the quality service that they deliver. I've been to so many dentist growing up in Orange County and have not been satisfied with their service. My teeth are in good condition - I have been taking real good care of them since childhood and all I need is a good clean to maintain it. I have straight/white teeth (with the help of braces duringmiddle school ). With braces helped me to have good habits of brushing after meals, til this day 15 years later it's still a part of my practice. Maintenance is key! And I never had a cavity and I'm 30! *knock on wood* The staff are super friendly - they greeted me with a smile upon signing in. Weekdays are usually better to come in for any services to avoid the wait on the weekends. Hey if they're busy that means they are doing well in terms of delivering quality care and service. I'm a nurse so I tend to pay close attention to sanitation and patient teaching. The hygienist is very friendly and she reinforces the importance of flossing. I'm guilty of not flossing everyday (normally when I have bbq). However, I am aware that lack of flossing could systemically effect your health such as your cv etC. also, I noticed that they have very up to date technology! If you're up to date with that usually means the physician is up to date with their work. Being in the health field is exhausting and we have to refresh ourselves with the most up to date education and care for our patients (speaking from a nurse point of view). I found that this dentist office has the quality care, up to date technology/knowledge, patient teaching, and a pleasant staff. And you get a goody bag! I'm a happy camper read more

Then the dentist came in, I had a cut on my lip so it hurt to open super wide, but it was wide enough, he kept patting my cheek to open up wider, and was being super rough and pushing my head back and forth, finally he rolled his eyes and put a orthodontist mouth opener in my mouth to keep it open and continued to be rough and rude.
