I have stopped in for a couple of small things because Eugene's is close to home and had good reviews on YELP. Once I got good advice re: work done by a different body shop and once Mark cleaned paint from my car door (from a too close encounter!) on the spot and for no charge. THEN, I hit my front bumper (don't ask!) and it was hanging in the wrong direction, pointing outward. I was about to leave town in the next couple of days. Mark had one of his body shop guys bend it back into place and re-attach it for a nominal amount. All this and a reasonable estimate in about 10 minutes. I brought my car back for a new bumper after my trip and it was done in 3 days (a day ahead of time!) and looking cleaner that it has looked since I got it! This is all to say I recommend them without hesitation and with my distracted driving I'll probably be back! read more

This is the place to go to get any kind of auto body work/painting done. Years ago a friend of mine told me about this place so that is how I found out about them. They are awesome! Over 10 years ago they did work on my boyfriends Lexus/SUV and they did a super great job. Fast forward to today, they did work on another vehicle of mine - a VW Jetta and "again" it was another stellar experience. Alex is the guy that will quote you on what it will cost AND they will get your car done way faster than anyone else. I took in my car to be painted- I was told the job would be $2500 and take about six to eight weeks- I dropped off the car in October 2007- I DID NOT GET MY CAR BACK UNTIL FOUR YEARS LATER! in March of 2011!! Plus, i was overcharged by $1,000.00! WHAT AN EXASPERATING, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Stay away from these Bozo's- their shop and record keeping is a mess and many of my cars parts were missing, presumably lost in their garage after such a long time.. read more

So i'm changing my review of this place. I had previously had some work done and was very satisfied with it. But this last time was horrible. They had my car for MONTHS and when I got it back, I had to take it back in. Because of the accident, the tires had to be replaced. So they were... however after I took my car to my mechanic (who i trust implicitly) he noticed that the spare was very worn. WE'VE NEVER USED THE SPARE and it was brand new when we bought it! So this leads me to think that Eugenes or the mechanic they sent my car to for repairs, pulled a fast one. Seeing as how they've done good work in the past, I can't totally slam them.
