I ordered a mahi mahi sandwich which came with fries and my did not want anything heavy, she ordered scrambled eggs. The eggs were the worse, it smelled like they just came out of a hens and lacked flavor. The eggs were not edible by any means, that portion of the order was removed, thankfully our waitress was accommodating. The mahi mahi sandwich was ok, i think a McDonalds filet fish is a lot tastier with better texture too. The fries and hash browns were great, tasty, crispy and worth consuming. This restaurant must be going through a lot of chefs/cooks because it shows in the food that come out to the table. Will not be visiting Euphoria next time I stay at the cottages. I ordered the Old Fashioned which was good and had extra orange with the Jamison Orange add ($17). I also got the Tuna tower but it seemed to lack flavor...I didn't find any food at resort really had a lot of flavor--I asked for hot sauce to kick it up a notch. My server was nice and professional. During our long weekend stay, we had breakfast here each morning and dinner here one night. The staff during dinner was great and the breakfast staff was just average. We enjoyed the outside seating during breakfast The breakfast is very typical and overpriced which is expected at a resort like this. The portions were relatively large but not worth the higher prices. The dinner prices are also high for the quality received. I wanted to love it because the menu looked great and the employees were all friendly. The Grouper didn't have much flavor and the risotto that came with it was very mushy. Risotto is one of my favorites but it has a very specific texture when cooked properly, and this was a miss. Overall, there are better options around the resort rather than staying here for this. The dining room, bar, and live music are all great but the food is average. read more

Euphoria Fish House is located inside the Margaritaville hotel on Finns up Circle. We stayed two nights three days at Margaritaville and we ended up in euphoria restaurant on our second night. It was kind of neat because we sat down and had a drink first at the bar and of all things Santa Claus showed up. It was kind of fun to watch the kids all come up and get pictures with Santa while we had a drink at the bar. We ended up sitting down in the restaurant because they had a two-piece band and they were kind of fun. We ordered a fish and chips dinner to share and another drink. The drinks were good and the fish and chips came very quickly. There were two decently sized pieces of fish on the plate above a mound of french fries. They served four different sauces with it one ketchup, one cocktail, one tartar sauce, and I think a cilantro cream. It's white meat, fish Atlantic cod and it was easy to eat and went down well. the french fries were decently cooked although we did not eat all of them. My family and I opted to eat at Euphoria for my birthday on Valentine's Day. We had 7:30 reservations and after a 15 minute wait and some brusqueness by the staff... we were seated. We ordered the Spinach Dip app' which was delicious, my wife ordered the Tuna Tower as her entree, whereas I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and my daughter got the filet. Everything was great, although the steak could have used more seasoning. We ordered the Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée as dessert. The dessert and the appetizer were on the house for my birthday. Went here for Thanksgiving with family and friends. Ordered the lobster mac and cheese with the filet. My husband got the sea bass my son got a filet and the kids got tenders. We also had the shrimp for appetizers and that was best thing on the menu. My meal was lackluster to say the least and lacked taste was a tasteless bunch of food on my plate. Disappointed especially for the price I paid. Server was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and we got our food out fast. He was polite and great with recommendations for drinks. My friend had a margarita and I had a mojito and it was amazing. Solid place to eat when staying at the Margaritaville resort in Orlando. Caesar Salad, Onion Soup, and tomato soup all winners. Shrimp scampi, halibut and salmon were all great as well. I wanted to love this place because it's named after Jimmy Buffett's yacht but it was a major letdown. The food was a solid 3/5. A lot of things we ordered were very bland. The lobster Mac n cheese had no flavor and my mom's salmon was completely missing the burre blanc sauce. Speaking of my mom's salmon, it didn't come out until everyone else finished their meal. Mistakes happen. Our server Debra was up front that she forgot to ring it in. Unfortunately our experience with her just got worse. We had a toddler in our party and around 7:45 we were all ready to pay and leave. We did not pay until almost 8:20. Our server disappeared and my Mom finally caught the attention of a manager. She dropped off our check but additional entrees were added to the check. We had to wait for the manager to remove these and then she offered a 10% discount on my Mom's salmon. She also removed the 20% auto grat that we were not advised of. We were a party of four and it's apparently added to every party. I will say that the drinks were pretty good but I would never go back to this restaurant. Euphoria is the higher-end dining establishment in the Margaritaville Orlando Resort, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Part of the benefit of staying at a resort, is that you don't have to leave the property to find places to eat, and out of convenience, we chose to have both our breakfasts and one dinner here. Breakfast was incredible both times. We took advantage of outdoor seating due to the fact that we were heading to eat right after the gym and a run, respectively. Our meals were delicious and well flavored, and the portions were huge. One day, I got the egg sandwich that was loaded with bacon, avocado, aioli, and cheese, with yummy potatoes, and the second day, I went for scrambled eggs, potatoes and fruit. My husband went in for omelettes both days and my teen took one look at my egg sandwich and couldn't resist his own. We also did drinks and apps one night in the lounge. There was live music, and the restaurant was busy, so we sat in the bar area and tried the tuna, the arancini (superb!), some mashed potatoes and a few other things. Service was incredible even though the kitchen was running a little slow, but we were kept updated on the situation and had nowhere to be. The carrot cake dessert was also top-notch and the perfect sweet treat for a nice night. read more

We came here several times during our trip. A few times for happy hour, a couple times just at the bar, and once for breakfast.  Breakfast was really good.  The omelets were huge! Service was a little strange though. I wanted the bottomless mimosa, but it's good I didn't get it because we only saw our waitress once. We'd have come back again for the food, but we didn't feel like getting up that early. I really wish the resort had room service.  We'd have used it a lot.  We had lots of drinks here. Happy hour was decent liquors.  The bartenders seemed a little limited on drink suggestions, and there's no drink menu.  One bartender was also training while I was there.  They put a rim on all the pretty drinks, which is really nice.  But the liquid they use to make it stick here all over and is really sticky. I actually had to go wash my hands one time because they were so sticky that I couldn't use my phone, lol. There was a margarita flight on the resorts' Facebook that I really wanted to try. I asked several bartenders, and none of them could do it.  So that was a little disappointing. Overall, it was a decent hotel bar and restaurant.  We usually walked over to Sunset Walk for dinners and more drink options, but it was nice to have a place right on resort. read more

Euphoria's ambiance, especially at the evening hours, was beautiful. All of the tables had candle lightning. The ambiance was romantic, great for a date night spot. It overlooks the pool and surrounding areas. Our team member assisting with the table was friendly. After reviewing the menu, we decided on the children's chicken tenders and French Fries with a side French Onion soup. The meal came out relatively quickly since the kitchen was about to close. The French Fries were amazing. Great spices and the batter that was used for the French Fries was crispy. The cut of the French Fries wasn't too thin. The chicken tenders were juicy, not dry. My daughter really enjoyed the kid's meal. The French Onion soup was good, melted cheese on top of the bowl. Super scrumptious! My friends and I were staying in one of the Margaritaville cottages and decided to eat breakfast at Euphoria. The restaurant is clean and has big windows with lots of natural light. It was very nice until customers started getting seated really close to us... what happened to social distancing? I got the Fins Up Breakfast with a glass of pineapple mimosa. It's very standard breakfast - Scrambled eggs, strips of bacon, and potatoes with toast on the side. Not the worst but also not the best. I took the leftovers to go and finished them the next morning since the portions were quite generous. Pineapple mimosa was probably the highlight of the meal for me. read more

Artichoke Spanish dip was tasty and full of flavor. The grouper was a little firm/over cooked. Filet Minon was ordered medium and came well done. Steak had potential but was drowned in chimichurri sauce which made it hard to enjoy. Dessert was good. Service: She was okay. Located in the resort & my first visit, sat on the outside balcony. Sunset was beautiful & nice weather, got there about 6:30, so not very crowded yet. The waitress was friendly, however did not really explain the daily chef's menu for the day, or offered bread service, as I overheard my waiter at the table & I'm thinking y I didn't I have him, his customer service was impeccable. I ordered the lobster roll & crab fried rice, the roll was well made & delish, however rice was not what I expected, I did not see any crab or taste like crab & also some grains was not cooked enough as it was way to firm to the bite. Took my husband to dinner for his birthday. The old fashioned? Sweet. Very odd. Had 3 non were consistent w garnish but all were sweet. All very weak drinks. Portions are absolutely TINY. So after you order a $36 dinner (that a child would not be full with) be prepared to order a couple sides. For another $12. The side of garlic mashed potatos came out in a very odd color. Looked apple sauce mixed w hummus. On top of small portions, the young lady who served us and the rest of the staff seemed clueless. It took an hour to get bread. Then I had to ask where the appetizers were. She said they're working on them. SOUP? Is ready to go. Nobody is working on scooping soup into a bowl. She did however bring the soup spoon and present the spoon 15-20 min before the soup. All this time we see entrees sitting in the kitchen pick up window under a heat lamp. Same entrees sat FOREVER. When our 12 year old boy (who eats and inhales ANYTHING) wouldn't eat his burger it was bad. It was a well done hockey puck. When maybe a manager? and another server were walking around w food and in and out of the kitchen wandering aimlessly we knew that was our food. They had no idea where it went. It finally came to our table. It was sad. Very sad food. The apple walnut salad looked like something you grabbed from the to go area at wawa. Super sad. When my sea bass came out I gave it one look and it was just a depressing presentation. It was cooked very well all the way through. Overdone. Probably sat under the heat lamp for 30 minutes. We had the Chilean Sea Bass (Pan Seared, Citrus Marinated Bok Choy, Cauliflower Stir-Fry). We both thought it was the best fish dinner we ever had! The fish had a mild, fresh flavor, and it was cooked perfectly. The fish was soft, not overcooked. But the outside had a nice crisp texture (it was not breaded). The server said I could get it without the glaze, and that would make it gluten free, so that's what I did. My mom got it the standard way (with the Miso glaze), and she loved hers, too. The bok choy was also cooked well, and it had no bitterness. The cauliflower stir fry included green soy beans, diced carrots. It had an excellent flavor, with a hint of butteriness. We also shared a side dish of crab fried rice. This was perfectly done: Not too mushy. For dessert, I had the mango sorbet, which had a good mango flavor. My mom had the passion fruit crème brûlée, which was garnished with strawberries. This had a great balance of creaminess with the passion fruit flavor. The dining room was airy, with plenty of windows and space between tables. The seater stamped our valet ticket, so we didn't have to pay for that. (I always recommend tipping the valet, even when the service is complimentary.) read more
