Full of flavor and the best fries I've ever had! If you're on the fence, just go, you won't regret it .

During our long weekend stay, we had breakfast here each morning and dinner here one night. The staff during dinner was great and the breakfast staff was just average. We enjoyed the outside seating during breakfast The breakfast is very typical and overpriced which is expected at a resort like this. The portions were relatively large but not worth the higher prices. The dinner prices are also high for the quality received. I wanted to love it because the menu looked great and the employees were all friendly. The Grouper didn't have much flavor and the risotto that came with it was very mushy. Risotto is one of my favorites but it has a very specific texture when cooked properly, and this was a miss. Overall, there are better options around the resort rather than staying here for this. The dining room, bar, and live music are all great but the food is average.

Euphoria fish house is located inside of the Margaritaville resort in Orlando. The restaurant has great views of the resort and the service was amazing. Maria, our waitress was stellar! We ordered the coconut waffles with the sour cream and chives, and the silver dollar pancake stack for the kids. The pancake meal was a lot of food for kids, which was a great value. I had a few questions about the coconut waffles, but what I learned is that they were actually made with coconut milk and it definitely sweetened the waffles, which made them absolutely amazing!

Euphoria Fish House is located inside the Margaritaville hotel on Finns up Circle. We stayed two nights three days at Margaritaville and we ended up in euphoria restaurant on our second night. It was kind of neat because we sat down and had a drink first at the bar and of all things Santa Claus showed up. It was kind of fun to watch the kids all come up and get pictures with Santa while we had a drink at the bar. We ended up sitting down in the restaurant because they had a two-piece band and they were kind of fun. We ordered a fish and chips dinner to share and another drink. The drinks were good and the fish and chips came very quickly. There were two decently sized pieces of fish on the plate above a mound of french fries. They served four different sauces with it one ketchup, one cocktail, one tartar sauce, and I think a cilantro cream. It's white meat, fish Atlantic cod and it was easy to eat and went down well. the french fries were decently cooked although we did not eat all of them. We definitely enjoyed the two piece band

I'm really enjoying the atmosphere here. I don't know how they do it but they manage to be upscale but casual. I ordered the seared scallops. It was okay but a little too salty for my taste. Otherwise this is a nice place.

Went here for Thanksgiving with family and friends. Ordered the lobster mac and cheese with the filet. My husband got the sea bass my son got a filet and the kids got tenders. We also had the shrimp for appetizers and that was best thing on the menu. My meal was lackluster to say the least and lacked taste was a tasteless bunch of food on my plate. Disappointed especially for the price I paid. Server was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and we got our food out fast. The restaurant was located inside the Magaritaville Resort so it was a nice ambiance and aesthetically pleasing. However, the food need to improve

    Arancini was extremely bland.

Euphoria has a lot of potential but, unfortunately, it's being wasted. The restaurant itself has a unique layout and a cool vibe, and the service is great, but the food/drink is very over-priced. The quality simply doesn't match the cost. I don't think I would dine here again, sadly.

We did not eat here but we def went back everyday to see Kyle, the amazing mixologist. What an outgoing personality and insanely great bartender. He was polite and great with recommendations for drinks. My friend had a margarita and I had a mojito and it was amazing. We loved the drinks but came back mainly for Kyle because he was so fun to talk too. This guy should def be recognized for his customer service. He will not be forgotten that's for sure. Thank you Kyle! Keep in rockin' and making people their "jam!"

My daughter & I went to Euphoria for the 4th of July, first time there. The service, food, and drinks were amazing! Our Server, Steph, was so nice & attentive. She recommended the yummiest cocktail! And Chef Matthew didn't have garlic aioli dip already made, but whipped it up for us! Best lobster roll, lobster mac n cheese, and truffle fries Ive ever had! Our new favorite seafood spot!

    AVOCADO TOAST
    Oi W.

Sadly, we only had Brunch here. If the breakfast is this good then I can only imagine how delicious dinner and lunch would be. AVOCADO TOAST - this was easily the best avocado toast I've ever had! It's mostly the same ingredients that other places use but for some reason it tasted so much better, I think it might be the honey balsamic as most people use just balsamic... CRAB EGGS BENEDICT Served with breakfast potatotes - I never thought to have crabs in the benedict! This is so good! The hostess seemed a bit new to the position, we waited longer than we should have since there were plenty of tables. She seems to have gotten hung up on some takeout orders... But once seated our waiter was excellent! Very cheery, friendly and helpful.

I wanted to love this place because it's named after Jimmy Buffett's yacht but it was a major letdown. The food was a solid 3/5. A lot of things we ordered were very bland. The lobster Mac n cheese had no flavor and my mom's salmon was completely missing the burre blanc sauce. Speaking of my mom's salmon, it didn't come out until everyone else finished their meal. Mistakes happen. Our server Debra was up front that she forgot to ring it in. Unfortunately our experience with her just got worse. We had a toddler in our party and around 7:45 we were all ready to pay and leave. We did not pay until almost 8:20. Our server disappeared and my Mom finally caught the attention of a manager. She dropped off our check but additional entrees were added to the check. We had to wait for the manager to remove these and then she offered a 10% discount on my Mom's salmon. She also removed the 20% auto grat that we were not advised of. We were a party of four and it's apparently added to every party. I will say that the drinks were pretty good but I would never go back to this restaurant. I think the food was better on the Margaritaville cruise and our server was apathetic and inattentive.

The location was incredibly convenient since most surrounding restaurants are Disney World spots, other dining options were at least 20 minutes away. Without a rental car and Ubering everywhere, being able to just head downstairs for a drink and a bite was a lifesaver. The truffle fries with Parmesan were my favorite. I also ordered the chicken quesadillas were decent, but coming from Houston (where, let's be honest, the food scene is unmatched), it's hard not to compare. They just weren't that buttery, toasted quesadilla I'm used to. The green salsa had an unusual texture, almost like applesauce, which was a little off-putting. The sour cream was fine, and I actually enjoyed the pickled onions as a nice touch. The margaritas were good! They offer several flavor additions like coconut and mango that work as sweeteners, so if you prefer a sweeter margarita I would definitely suggest adding one. Ordering it straight is on the bitter side, so the flavors are a nice way to customize your drink. Overall, the ambience and service were great, and the food is solid. Gratuity is included and my bill was around $60.

We…read morestayed at Melia Orlando Celebration for two nights, and had dinner at The Wilson both nights. We had Sarah for our waitress both times. The first night, we had their special the miso salmon, and the rigatoni bolognese. We were offered "regular, bottled, or sparkling" water; we chose bottled, and were served warm water from a carafe style bottle with no ice. Rigatoni was tasty, but the miso salmon was burnt on the outside (inside was cooked well), bok choy was VERY salty from the soy marinade but was fine when paired with the pile of plain white rice (that I think was supposed to be a seasoned rice pilaf?). The second night, we again had the special of fettuccini alfredo with shrimp, and the pepperoni pizza with red sauce. We were offered the same for water - "regular, bottled, or sparkling". We chose "regular" this time and were still served the same carafe-style room temperature water without ice. The pizza was just okay and the crust was super chewy and tough, but the alfredo sauce was broken and the dish was a pile of noodles with clumped parmesan swimming in a lake of butter. The waitress did stop by to ask how everything was, but we had literally just been served our food. I did eat the shrimp, which were cooked nicely. I let our waitress know the sauce was broken and said I didn't want it to be remade as I already ate the shrimp. She reported this to the manager who came over and offered us a free dessert for the mistake. This was nice, but he took forever to come back with the dessert menu, and then never returned to see what dessert we might order, but attended another table right next to us several times while we waited. After 15 minutes waiting for him to even order a dessert and attending the next table 3 times, we ended up flagging down the waitress to ask for our check. Our waitress comped the Alfredo meal, which we greatly appreciated. Our waitress Sarah was a rockstar. She was working pretty much the entire restaurant and I actually heard her say to the staff "Is anyone going to help me here?". I saw her fill beers for guests behind the bar instead of waiting on the bartender. I saw her lead guests to a table with menus instead of the hostess. I also saw the manager and other staff just chilling by the kitchen area, making jokes and laughing, and empty tables needing to be cleared the entire time we were there, while we and other tables waited for just a refill of room-temp water. The restaurant was NOT full or super busy on a Friday night, so that says a lot. Also note, it's in very small type, but this restaurant adds 18% gratuity no matter the order or party size. We added an extra tip for Sarah the first night, but not the second, and I wouldn't be surprised if this restaurant splits that gratuity with the cooks and management who don't deserve it. Five stars for Sarah. One star for the rest.

As expected from a winery, the wine selection was outstanding and easily the star of the table. When it came to the dining, it was a bit of a mixed bag, though the appetizers got things off to a strong start. The quesadilla was packed with flavor and really hit the mark. The Drunken Shrimp, however, missed the landing--they were slightly dry and had a noticeably chewy texture. For the main course, the filet mignon medallions/tenderloin were decent in flavor, but the meat was a bit too chewy for what should have been a melt-in-your-mouth cut. Even with a couple of hiccups on the kitchen side, the stellar wine, fantastic appetizers, and top-tier service carried the evening. It's definitely a solid, fun spot to visit on I-Drive, and we'd happily return.

When sitting at the bar you have the option to order a la carte instead of the prix fix meal. We opted for the carpaccio and lobster bao buns. They were so good that we ordered another one of each. The carpaccio was well prepared with a great balance of flavor with the few toppings. The bao is lightly toasted on the outside and it was almost like a lobster salad. The warm toasted bao and lobster was like a unique lobster roll. SO GOOD! Inside is like you are in outspace and you are at Disney so you know the theming is completely on point. Super clean and very unique environment. If you can get into sit at the bar - totally worth it!

Cool concept, but overall it was just so-so for me…read more I really liked the presentation and the idea behind the experience. The space elevator ride is a fun way to start, and I was looking forward to the whole "dining in space" atmosphere. Unfortunately, once we arrived "in space," one of the first things I noticed after getting off the elevator was a set of emergency exit double doors with a huge gap down the middle where you could clearly see the trees outside. That immediately broke the illusion and honestly took quite a bit away from the experience. The food was just okay. I ordered the burger medium, and the patty itself was cooked pretty well and was decent overall. The roll was actually pretty good too, but strangely, the bun was cold to the touch, which made the meal feel a little less polished than you'd expect at this price point. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Our server was attentive, friendly, and did a great job throughout the meal. Ultimately, though, as you can see from the check, this is a lot of money for what you actually get. I understand that you're paying a premium for the experience and atmosphere, but when some of that atmosphere is broken by something as simple as being able to see outside through the emergency doors, and the food itself is only average, it becomes difficult to justify the price. I'm glad I tried it once, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to do it again.
