I've been to Eureka at Palm Desert. This is my first time at this location. This Eureka is sandwiched between a nail salon and The Blazin Claw Restaurant. There isn't a sign visible from the main street. This one is smaller than the one at Palm Desert. It does have heated outdoor seating. Seating inside is tight. Our server, John, was super helpful. He took his time to go over the whole menu with me. He's a good salesman. Right off the bat, he talked is into an appetizer from the happy hour menu. The Mac n cheese balls were pretty good. I could've eaten the whole plate! 5/5 John helped me decide on the 28 day aged bone marrow burger. I ordered the burger medium rare. The burger itself was juicy. The marrow made the burger extra special. The bun was nothing special. The arugula salad was also very good. 5/5 My hubby got the Spicy crispy chicken. It had the same crispy breading as the Mac n cheese balls. I really enjoyed the chicken burger. The portion was large. The spiculy sauce had a good kick. read more

Eureka Redlands has always been a favorite of our family, so we were excited to check out the new location. We made reservations for father's day. When we arrived, they didn't have a table for us, so we got squeezed into a tiny corner table which is reasonably a single person table. We had to ask to be moved to another table which took some time and effort, although we were accommodated. When we placed our order, we were informed that a few things that we wanted were not available, which was disappointing. The food was not as good as it had been. The Brussel sprouts were hard and difficult to eat and the truffle fries were plain. We ordered dessert to go and the server forgot to include half of our order in the bag. Thankfully we realized we were shorted before we drove away. Parking at the new location seems difficult. My family includes one disabled person and there are only a couple spaces out back to accommodate their needs, otherwise its a hike from the parking structure. This may not matter to younger customers, but its a hardship for those who can't make the trek. Sad to say, we are unlikely to return because of the logistics, but hopefully the staff can get it together at the new place. read more

Not just for us, but for all his tables in his section. The food was great. We asked for recommendations and all the ones he offered were exactly what we wanted. Kudos to you Ellias! This little secret is a great place to eat. For a small restaurant, it has a grown-up atmosphere that I really enjoyed. Inside & outside patio are clean. I got the Fresco Fig Burger. I ordered from DoorDash for Eureka I asked for the cheeseburger, the fries and the drink. The cheeseburger was extremely dry and hard and very dark. I asked for it to be medium. Well they give you that option on DoorDash, but it was extremely well done almost burnt same with a french fries. they were very thin cut. It ends were overcooked. They were just hard and dry. All the food came cold. I asked for the kids meal where you can choose the drink and whatever you wanted with it it was supposed to come with french fries it did not. I chose the fruit cup that was missing. The drink was missing and the drink that came with a cheeseburger, which was a Coke tasted like Diet Coke, not regular Coke. They did not have enough syrup in the Coke. It was mostly just chemical tasting. I would never eat from here again. I had had them before and they weren't great. I thought I'd give them another. We ate takeout from eureka! In palm desert and we were glad we could eat in at the Eureka! In Redlands (a mini Pasadena with a ton of great paces to eat). We were seated fast, welcomed warmly, and our server was very knowledgeable with the menu. Service was great throughout. We had Mac n cheese balls which were great. I got the spicy chicken which was good but my wife loved and she ordered the 28 day aged burger which I thought was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Wow! So moist and juicy. First I want to start off by saying I believe Eureka Burger has the best hamburgers & I absolutely love their new location but the last visit was terrible. My mom and I went yesterday on June 30, 2026 for the lunch special and drinks...we were sitting outside with our dogs when the above sprinklers/misters came on, we honestly thought when someone taking out the trash would see and have them turned off immediately, but instead he just looked at us and walked by because we still were not finished we grabbed out stuff and ran to a table that was not getting drenched and then still had to go back to retrieve our dogs. Our waitress came out after we moved everything and just laughed and told us she had no idea why they turned out...we even mentioned to her that we were pretty soaked and that was pretty ridiculous but she just laughed. Usually Eureka! knocks it out of the park for us. That's why we were a little disappointed on our most recent visit. We ordered the same as always, the Fresno fig with sweet potato fries and the wagyu bone marrow burger with mac and cheese balls. The bacon was on the chewy side and there was more sauce than usual on the Fresno fig. I love the sweet potato fries covered in the honey and cinnamon, but they unfortunately discontinued doing that. In Seattle when we went they did it that way for us when we asked. They did here as well, but it was just drizzled on top and not coated, so we got to plain fries very quickly. The bone marrow burger came with lots of marrow and the mac and cheese balls were good, but not as cheesy and saucy as normal. read more

Was excited to try this place because the options on the menu looked good. Place was pretty crowded but I was willing to be patient. But after being sat down we had waited for more than 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by the server. Seemingly the waitress wanted to make it known that we are being ignored because she had waited on someone who had just sat down directly in front of us. When we walked in we were asked about a reservation and we said no but I am unsure if they are prioritizing them over walk in. But it would've been something to say before seating us. I hope this was just a slammed and bad day but it seemed rude for no reason. I will not be coming back, server had colored hair. Otherwise the location and surrounding area are very nice. I'm actually really disappointed with my to go order. Old, stale fries. Everything was cold and i came literally when it was available for pickup. There was 0 condensation on the lid indicating the food was never hot. My burger is very pink (more than med rare. I may consider giving one more chance dining in, but if it is similar situation again, I'll never come back. Or, if i get sick I'll def never come back. I've been coming here since the week they opened. Liked the beers and the food, and once they got the full bar, the drinks. Unfortunately, every menu change over the years has sacrificed quality and the customer experience for profit. I mean I know that years ago the switch from asparagus to broccoli rabe saved money but who would prefer eating it? Now they have dropped their signature beet veggie patty for the same crappy frozen veggie patty every place else has. My vegetarian friends literally only go er, went here for the beet burger.
