The starter on my wife's 2018 Audi Q7 broke down during a stop-start cycle at a red light. The car went into limp mode and would not restart. If you are looking for a professional car shop this is probably not your place. This is a small place at the end of a rough alley apparently shared by two mechanics. I have quoted a bumper paint with one of them through text message and photos. When i come to the shop he is not there, nobody received me, I had go find someone at the back of the shop. The guy doesn't seem interested in handling my business and tells me to call and talk to the original person, who wouldn't pick up the phone either. Later on he calls me and gives me another estimate now 50% more expensive blaming the weather, the fact that my car was new and a lot of other things that didn't make much sense to me. This shop is very close to my house and would be very handy to me since I have multiple cars, but unfortunately this was my experience. read more

My Audi s4 broke down. I took it to audi of concord and they weren't 100% sure what the problem was, but quoted me $2100 to repair what they "thought" it might be. I wasn't comfortable spending that kind of money, if the result was not guaranteed. So I decided to to try an independent shop for a second opinion. Found this place called Euro AutoPros on Yelp. Looked like everyone was 100% satisfied. Brought my car in and had Adrian (the shop owner) diagnose the problem. He said he was 100% sure that I had a faulty part, and quoted me half of what Audi wanted. Although it was a different part then what Audi thought it was, I had Adrian do the job. The people were great, extremely nice, gave me a ride home. Unfortunately, misdiagnosed my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for a check engine light and was diagnosed with multiple misfire codes. They said car probably has carbon build up on valves and pistons. I was also told this model has these issues since direct injection engine. My vehicle is a 2007 S4 which does not have direct injection. Wish I had the RS4 or course. I was also told the head needed to be taken off and the carbon chipped away which would cost me 2-3 thousand $$$$s. Anyway took the car home and thought I would replace the spark plugs $75.00. Performed @ 108000 miles, vehicle now has 113500 and is running great. Sorry Euro Auto Pros. read more

Couldn't be happier with there work! Originally I took my car to a more commercial mechanic and got a diagnosis for a check engine light that wouldn't go away. Since I was not confident in the original mechanics findings, I decided to take my car over to Euro Autopros to get a second opinion. Great guys, great service, for a reasonable charge. I brought in my daughter's 2006 BMW 3 series because of a starter problem - just lagging in starting up. I was worried that she'd have a failed start and would be stuck somewhere unsafe. So, after quickly crossing out going to Concord BMW for service, I scheduled an online appointment with Euro Autopros. The guys quickly confirmed my requested appointment time, diagnosed the problem (failing starter), completed the job of replacing the starter and also fixed an additional oil leak problem. Euro Autopros kept me informed about their work, met their commitment on time and did all of their work for a reasonable price. I have been meaning to post a review for some time but better late than never. I rarely post on Yelp and then only if a business is really bad or really great and this is definitely the latter. There is no reason to take your car to the dealer when you can get all your service here at less than half the price from someone who has received the same if not better training that the mechanics at the dealer receive. I have brought my 2009 BMW 335I here twice and both times I have been impressed by the quality of the work and the fairness of the prices. Not only do they take care of me EVERYTIME I take my BMW in terms of Service and Price, but last night I called Adrian when my car stalled and broke down in San Ramon and because AAA was going to charge me $376 to tow to his shop, he instead offered to leave the car in the shopping center, bring him the Key, and he would make it down later after traffic and pick it up himself. Literally right after 8pm, he texted me and told me the car was in his shop and is currently now (day after) being attended to... If that is not 1st class service I do not know what is... I am very happy that my son and I found Adrian to work on my son's older BMW M3 convertible top. When we took the car in, we knew we needed a new top, and we knew the top did not operate. Fortunately, Adrian is very experienced with these roofs, he used to work for BMW, and he has also done work fixing botched top installation jobs. The shop has state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. He diagnosed and repaired several issues, and installed a new roof. The roof looks great and it works perfectly. My son is quite pleased. During the process, Adrian and his very cool office manager Dennis regularly communicated with us. I also enjoyed meeting his Serbian assistant, whose name I cannot recall. These roofs are complicated, and their many parts and systems are inter-related, so it really takes someone with Adrian's experience to repair them, and to install them properly. Adrian was very good about pricing, we know that for sure. They put a lot of time into my son's car. Had we taken it elsewhere, it likely would have cost us much more. They also do engine work..they do pretty much everything, so you can work with them on a variety of your nice foreign car's issues. Their shop is full of many cars that they are repairing, which is a sure sign that word is getting around that they are really good people who do excellent work.
