I had a fender bender on my BMW 5 series from an a-hole uninsured driver in Chicago (going to sue her for damages!!). Geico recommended Euro Collision to get an estimate. I was initially thinking of just getting the estimate from Euro and getting it repaired somewhere else, however after checking the facility I decided to get the car repaired from them too. Don't regret my decision at all. These guys are the best, especially for European cars. They do BMW, Audi, Acuras (insert any luxury car brand). They kept me on top of progress of the repair status via email and text. Finally when I got the car back, the rear bumper looked like new, even though they just repaired it. This is my second time at Euro Collision. After my previous experience, I did not hesitate to go back and use this shop. I actually completed the process through Geico- the experience was convenient and hassle free. I submitted the claim online, and was able to make an appointment to meet the adjustor for the following day. I dropped off the car, signed a paper, and I was on my way in a rental car in 10 minutes or so. The car was fixed, painted, washed and delivered the next day! The staff at Euro Collision is courteous and responsive. They even buffed out some paint damage that was not associated with the repairs they were hired to do- and at no charge or request. The facility is very clean and modern. I hope I don't need body work done on my car in the near future, but if I do, I will always take my vehicle here. read more

I just got my Audi back from Euro Collision. I had a minor dent and scratches on the front bumper/panel repaired as part of a Geico claim after my car was hit while parked. The facility is spotless, everyone there was very efficient and the process was extremely smooth -- the repair was done days faster than other places estimated and they texted me with updates. But the total WOW factor for me...they buffed out some existing minor scratches in the clear coat when they were washing/waxing for the final clean-up JUST BECAUSE. So my car actually looks better now than when it was hit. Definitely would use them again, and am considering switching my insurance to Geico as the process was completely painless. read more

Excellent communication, timely service, and staff that really cares about making the process smooth and easy. Our 14' Subaru Forester was broken into and the individual who decided to shatter our rear windshield to steal the worthless crap in our trunk was a bad aim and whacked the body of the car along with the window. I wasn't able to make the appointment so my wife brought the car in, they explained the process to my wife, had a person there to set her up with a rental, and she was in and out within 20min. They texted us updates about the repair progress, had our car ready the exact day they gave an estimated completion time for, and did flawless work on the dent and paint repair. I went in just to get a quote from the Geico rep to take to another repair shop, but they were able to take my car that day and provide me a rental on the spot. They called me daily to give me updates and originally estimated 3-4 days to complete the work but got it done in 2 days and the car looks great. Plus the work is guaranteed as long as I own the car. Recently took my 2011 c300 in for a rear bumper and tail light replacement. Service was astounding! I arrived at 8am and was out with a rental car by 8:30. The Geico rep on site was very nice and straight to the point. Sebastian was the mechanic who worked on my car. He covered everything in detail and kept me up to date. Dropped my car off on a Thursday morning and it was ready by the following Saturday morning. The car was detailed/cleaned perfectly. Payment was quick and easy. My Porsche got rear ended on the highway by a medium size GMC SUV. The GMC driver had Geico insurance. By their advice I had to visit Euro Collison body shop to meet with Geico Estimator. I went there and, let me tell you, their facility is brand new, front office looks very nice, body shop looks clean and very professional. I meet with Sebastian that works there. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Offered me a BMW loaner car for the time when my car is being in the shop, but I declined as i wanted them to remove the bumper parts so I can keep my car. They removed the parts very quickly, told me that they will be repaired and pained the same day and I can pick it up at 6pm! They even pained my Gas Door lid that I had wanted to replace some time ago completely for free when I asked Sebastian if he can fix it for me! When I came back all the parts were pained they installed it in few minutes. And they look brand new! I highly recommend Euro Collision, They know what they doing, they have all the newest equipment and they are very helpful and friendly! Recently I scrapped up my car and took it to euro for an estimate. The gentleman that helped me was Arsal, and he was terrific from the start. I decided to give them a chance cause I really liked the way Arsal and the staff treated me. I thought the pricing was fair, and was guaranteed great work. They did not disappoint! They sent me text messages to tell what stage my car was at, and when it would be completed. I also called Arsal with a million questions, and he always patiently answered them. When I picked it up, I could not believe how great it looked! I highly recommend that if you have the misfortune of needing a body shop, go visit Arsal at Euro. Excellent service and extremely friendly and helpful staff! I was rear-ended on Lake Shore Drive, and had some scuffs and a big dent in the rear bumper of the car. Fortunately, not my fault, which made the prospect of having to take the car in for repair just a little bit easier. Geico pointed me to Euro Collision for an estimate and repair, and everything about the process was super smooth and easy. They took a look, gave me an honest idea of what would be involved, had a rental car ready to go for me, and kept in contact with updates through the whole process to let me know when the fix would be complete. Everyone I came into contact with there was very personable and seemed genuinely interested in helping get everything back to new. Similar to another reviewer, when I went to pick up the car, it looked better than when it was new. A few months back I was rear-ended by a Geico customer ( I am not insured by Geico but am contemplating changing after this great experience). Euro Collision was an approved Geico location and we went to them to fix my bumper because their location was the most convenient. The experience was by far the best I have ever had when dealing with my car. Making an appointment was unbelievably easy online. Additionally, I was going on vacation and they had no problem allowing me to leave my car there for over a week. Our appointment was as 9:00am and we were out of there by 9:20! They were incredibly efficient and personable (offering coffee, tea, bottled water). A quick examination of my car, a thorough explanation of what they were going to do, and we were off. Within hours, I received an email and phone call with a quote and how long the work would take. This is all great BUT what most impressed me was when I actually picked up my car! I walked in an within 2 minutes my car was driven up and it looked brand new! It was washed, tires cleaned, and even the tar on my wheel wells that I could not get off for 3 years was gone! Finally, I noticed the interior had been both vacuumed and cleaned. Euro Collision has both amazing customer service and performs flawless work (the bumper looked great). I wanted to add an update to my previous review. After my visit with Euro Collision, I received a ticket for expired plates. I have the proof of purchase and fully recall placing the sticker on my rear license plate. I also know that it is quite difficult for those stickers to just fall off. I am not accusing them of stealing it, but after I read another reviewer claiming they siphoned her full tank of gas, it makes me wonder. I have lived in and owned cars in the city for 15 years --even parking them on the street. It's seems very coincidental to me. read more

In trying to avoid hitting a stupid reckless chicago bicyclist per usual protocol, I was involved in an accident that did a terrible number on my year old Mercedes front grill and hood. Took it to Aqueel and Euro collision and they worked with my insurance company with minimal hassle to me, got my car in great shape, accident is unnoticeable. Also buffed out scratches and detailed the car for free. Hooked me up at cost, way lower than dealership or auto shop prices, with some other parts I needed as well. They have enterprise rental car service on site also, they come to you so no shuttling between locations, just pick up and drop off. Couldn't be happier. My son damaged the front passenger side of his VW Tiguan. I went to Euro Collision due to having Geico insurance. Made an appointment on line, arrived at the appointed time and was warmly welcomed. The Geico representative was present as well as an on-site representative for the car rental. Within 30 minutes I had the rental car, written estimate and expected date of completion. I am extremely sensitive to good customer service. Throughout the entire process both Geico and Euro Collision kept me well informed of the progress of the vehicle. The estimated date for pick up was Thursday 9/10, was actually ready Wednesday 9/9. Pick up lasted maybe 10 minutes. All of the staff were very kind, considerate and helpful. I am truly impressed with the work, ownership lifetime guarantee and customer servicing. Would not hesitate to return. As a matter of fact, was informed that Euro Collision can assist with tires and rims for my MINI.
