The so called "perfect fitment" carbon fiber grill for my M8 Competition is absolute a junk knock off of some sort. It came with unprofessional, make-shift packing and absolutely no information documents or manufacturing information. It doesn't seem to be legitimet. I complained that it did not have the M8 badge as shown on their website. They mailed me a clip-on M8 badge. What a joke. I tried to talk to someone many times to resolve this matter but no one called me. Attached photo shows my original M8 grill with badge and their clip-on badge held next to the OEM for comparison. I drove very far to take my damaged car to Henry at Euro Design Auto Craft on a recommendation, and I'm glad I did. From the beginning Henry was very helpful, understanding, and super flexible. Most importantly, he took care of dealing with a truly awful insurance company (not mine!) that did their best to delay, prolong, and rip us off. The actual work was done super fast and, needless to say, looked amazing. It looked like nothing had even happened to my car. On top of it all, he is very communicative, including by email which is a big plus for me - having things in writing during such a long and convoluted process is invaluable, and beats constant phone calls. Frequent updates and thoughtful answers to my many questions were important when dealing with the stress of an insurance company that was causing a new headache every day. Ultimately, the quality of the work is the most important thing, but when you're in the middle of everything and it's taking much longer than expected (due to the insurance company I love mentioning so much), that sort of communication goes a long way. Henry and his staff at Euro Design Auto Craft deserve 10 STARS for their exceptional service and work. I got 5 bids for the body work on my car after I backed out in a parking lot at the same time as another car and was left with a dented rear bumper. I also years earlier had parallel parked and the front side bumper scraped against the curb so I wanted to get that fixed at the same time. Henry is the most honest proprietor and gave me the best estimate for my body work which was professionally calculated in writing. In addition, he's the only shop which suggested that I could get my car back in a day if I prepaid for the bumper as he would order the bumper and get it painted ahead so that when I brought my car in the new bumper could be installed on the same day. The other 4 shops all told me I would have to leave my car for a minimum of 3 days. And I need to point out that the spot paint job he did on the front bumper is IMPECCABLE and no one would ever know that I had previously scraped it. The other shops told me the entire bumper would have to be removed and painted or replaced as I would never be happy with a spot paint job. My car looks as good if not better than the day I drove it off the new car lot in 2012 as it was even freshly washed before I picked it up! When it comes to professional work, fast and efficient service and customer care...YOU CAN'T GO WRONG with Henry and his Euro-Design Team! Update 7/1/2016 Well we almost were able to go an entire 6 years without needing the services of Henry and his amazing crew at Euro Design Auto Craft. This time it was our 2000 4 Runner that needed front end work. Small frontal collision, but significant damage done in part because of the over-sized aftermarket brush-guard we had on it. Although my insurance company (same one as before) wasn't very helpful, Henry, as always, came through! Its not just the quality of work but how he and his team cares for their clients. He helped us decide on a better aftermarket brush-guard for our 4Runner that wouldn't cause as much damage if (or should I say when) we get into another accident. He also fixed details like a damaged side-view mirror and a broken A/C button (not caused by the accident in question). As we drove (in two cars) to Euro Design we noticed that the brake-light on our other car (a 2015 Rav4) was out. I asked Henry what he thought might be, thinking that our Toyota Care Service might be able to cover it. Instead, Henry had one of his guys open up the casing and replace the bulb on the spot! THANK YOU HENRY! Saved me a trip to the dealer and a day's worth without our Rav4. STOP the lot had several foreign sport cars in various state of repair, so thought I would bring my cassic sports car in. MISTAKE Workmanship quality was / is negligible at best. Went to pick up the car the battery was dead because the ignitin key had been in " ON " position for awhile nad his response is call a tow truck, you ahve a bad battery, e dont jump cars we are not mechanics. I had an excellent experience at Euro Design. I've had work done at 4 other body shops in LA and this is by far my favorite. Henry and Amin were so nice and worked with me to repair my car as inexpensively as possible while still providing the best quality work. I had to replace my front bumper and a head light. I went in for a quote on a Tuesday, they got the parts in right away and I brought my car in on Thursday morning assuming I would drop it off and come back later in the day. Instead they told me to wait for 15 minutes and they fixed it on the spot. To top it off, they washed my car for me as well. I was in and out of there in about 25 minutes with a brand new bumper and a shiny clean car. They did great work, the paint matched up perfectly, my car looks great and it all moved so incredibly fast which I appreciated more than anything. I've taken a few of my cars there over the years, not only for repairs/paint job but also as an addicted car modded to get some parts matched to fit any of the cars. They always perform a clean and flawless job, in a timely manner without bs and trying to up-sell you on services you truly don't need. One of my cars has a unique color which I had a hard time getting matched to attempt the repair myself. Euro Design was the only place I could think of that I hoped would be able to flawlessly execute the paint match. And they did. Henry (the owner and incredibly nice guy) quoted me 2 - 3 days due to the volume of work, I was fine with that, I'd rather have the job well done than complain about the lack of attention to detail later. I first took a car to Euro Design in 1999. My boss who had had several of his family's cars in the past worked on by them recommended them to me. I was very impressed by their work. So, ever since then I've been taking all my cars (Toyota Corolla, Nissan Maxima, Audi A6, Hyundai Elantra) to Henry. He always takes care of the insurance paperwork. He has a deal with Enterprise, they come and pick you up, they take you back when your car is ready. Everything is just so easy and stress-free. The work is always amazing. I wish I could have an accident on all parts of my car, so they would make it look like new all over. :-) Really, it always looks beautiful. Once I let Allstate pick a body shop for me, I took my car there, but the work wasn't nearly as nice as if it had been done by Henry's shop; and they broke my passenger seats wiser's mirror; and it wasn't ready faster either. Henry is always right at approximating when your car is going to be ready and it's usually ready sooner. Henry is very nice and friendly. I have sent several friends of mine there over the years and they keep going back to him, they are all always very pleased. I heard that he might have some problem with the landlord and the city. They want to raise his rent by a lot or something. I can't remember. It would be a shame if he couldn't stay there. His location is so convenient, halfway between my home and work. read more

These guys really helped me out with a minor issue I had with a part hanging under my car. They were so honest and trustworthy I had them look into replacing other parts with minor damage on my Audi. They checked multiple sources to make sure I was getting the best price and got me a really incredible deal on a part I needed to replace. They were able to source and repair it quickly with minimal cost to me and even cleaned the interior of my car upon completion.
