I was there about 3 hours and the little old lady was there ahead of me. Not only do they overcharge you; you need to take a book to read because there's no getting in, getting out quickly. I felt sorry for the little old lady, she complained about the price, but to no avail. I had a quote from one of their competitor across the street from them for $115 quote for work on a European car but they would not accept walk-ins, and wanted me to drop the car off the next day. It was my wife's car and she needed it back, so I went across the street to Accurate. They did the work and diagnostic and charged me more than double the price of the competitor across the street who works strictly on European cars.
