Also, they always say upfront your cost, I just feel I was screwed, or got the same cost but was thinking I was getting a good deal because of the coupon oil change. Management did call me & offer to credit me the cabin air filter. I did not take the credit & he admitted they should have told me the price up front. The front axle didn't get new wheel bearings when they rebuilt it. Had to have someone else do it, and within 24 hours instead of a week and a half. Vehicle 2- 2011 Nissan Pathfinder Muffler issues. Ended up having to pay 1800 for new catalytic converters. Less than 2 years later, had to replace one of the cats because it was disintegrating. I used to think this shop was on the up and up, but after all the money I have spent and had to have the work done twice- no thank you. From now on, I take my vehicles to ProTech.

I was greeted by friendly people and when I told them that I suspected that I had bad deferential and possibly rear wheel bearings, the response was, we have to check it out for ourselves to determine what actually may be wrong. My first thought was here we go again, $99.99 to just look at it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he said and there is no cost for an inspection. I took my car to them at the appointed time and yes, I was correct the deferential was bad and the wheel bearings were going bad. They did the repair for the quoted price and the car runs like the day I bought it. I was so pleased with them that I have since taken it back to them for "Transmission Fluid" change and "Coolant Flush". They were very competitive on price and again did a great job.
