Quick details, new to me Range Rover sport HSE, 2011, purchased in sept with 94k miles on it. Has a warranty that I believed was a huge issue due to a prior shop...well let me tell you, Ivi at EMW is about the best tech and owner I've ever known. Timing chain needed replaced, og tech said oh, you need a new engine lol, ummmmm no and it was going to cost me $1000's out of pocket. Took it to EM, Ivi called my warranty co and got it done the way it was supposed to be done. He's honest, he didn't try and soak me like other shops, also not my 1st Land Rover so I'm not new. We feel like we hit the lottery AND made new friends. Ivi was referred to us from a dear friend ~ we couldn't be more grateful and want to pass it on! We took our BMW 750Li to Ivi with some issues that we were afraid were major but Ivi calmed us, reassured us, fixed the issues and then some. Euro motors works is a great honest shop. They will charge you a fraction of the price of the dealer and recommend less things that you "need". The owner is definitely an old school mechanic who knows his cars and is very friendly to talk to. I'm so glad I found this shop. It can be a little tricky to find on your first visit but it's worth a stop in. read more

This was my first visit to Euro Motor Works. I was referred by my friend Peter who had his Porsches serviced here. Naturally, I was a little apprehensive. HOWEVER, within 5 minutes of my visit, apprehension was replaced by appreciation that I'd finally found a place to bring my car. Here are the key reasons why I will bring my car here. Ivy and his staff! Ivy is probably one of the most knowledgeable Master Mechanics I'd ever met. He knew every nuance of every Mercedes, BMW, Porsche I'd ever known or read about on online forums. He's HONEST-Ivy told me what services were truly was needed (like my front brakes and rotors) and which ones could wait a little (my rear brakes) Ivy had great advice on which suppliers were best, and best for the money. You could tell that he genuinely values hard work and honesty. His daughter managing the shop was so helpful and kind. Their mechanic technicians were kind, courteous and seemed glad to work for Ivy, someone who truly has expert knowledge of the down to the last O-Ring and seal that will save your car's life. Funny, right after I'd dropped my car off, I started referring my new favorite auto service center to some of my friends. My first friend Sam asked me, "You mean the guys in Tempe on Scottsdale and Curry? They're awesome. Been going there for years- I'm actually bringing my car there tomorrow!" I can't say enough positive things about this shop or the owner and his family. They are extremely fair and kind. I would never be able to affords the repairs on my cars without the knowledge of Ivi (the owner). I have known him since he opened his doors and I bought my first foreign car.
