Days after I got the car the door locks were not working. They took about a week to fix it, which means I had to leave my car unlocked everywhere I went. They sold me a warranty for 3years/36k miles for about $3,000. Useless. Within months the car suspension was making funny noises, they said everything was "normal." I took it to a shop and they said it was the ball joints and the warranty would not cover them. A $300 fix. One morning a year after that and about 12,000 miles driven the car would not start, I went to them and explained them what was happening and asked if the warranty would cover whatever was wrong with the car. They said it might cover it but with don't service cars. I mean really?! They sell me a $3,000 warranty, which they probably got for $1,000, and they can't back it up?! And how about that big building in the back with a big sign that says SERVICE DEPARTMENT?? Again, I took the car to a different shop and they told me the starter went bad and that I had to pay a $250 because the stupid warranty would not cover the whole bill. Since then I am in about $5,000 in repair costs, and a car that is worth half of what it owes. I will NOT BUY HERE again and I will NOT RECOMMEND it to anybody.
