If I could give a zero I would. Oricle finance, the women that works there is extremely rude. If you're a day late with your payment, they are already sending out notices to repossess your car. They charged me over $20,000 for a Kia sorrento which was supposed to be $13,500. The Kia burned oil which every 2 weeks I was putting oil in. After 6 weeks, the car had no oil and had to get another oil change. I gave the vehicle back before they can repo it. The rude lady at oricle finance told me that a repo would be on my credit for 5-7 years. Please if you can avoid it,I would not buy a car from these people. read more

I needed a car with a quickness due to my old car being declared a total loss by insurance. I already had a car in mind from their inventory (2017 Hyundai Elantra SE, 26k miles) and within a few days, I made an appointment for a test drive and placed a deposit. For people with challenged credit (I've got 100k in student loans and other issues) options can be limited and after getting jerked around at other places, I was about to give up. They didn't make me feel embarrassed, they connected me with a solution and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! What a rip off . This place is the ultimate scam and take advantage of people in poor situations. I was planning on purchasing a 2010 Sebring convertible and was approved for $11,500 the car was $8000 When I came to drop my deposit off the front desk proceeds to tell me the car is $99 a week . That's almost $400 a month for a $8000 car that's only worth 3grand on a good day . for god knows how long and on what terms because they couldn't tell me . Everything was super shady . I immediately contacted David asking if they could do a cash price on the car , he gave me a bullshit offer of 6400 the car Blue books at like 3 grand and fed me a bunch of garbage about how they put money in . I don't believe it for a second defiantly not 4,000 worth of work and the warranty is garbage .and told him I changed my mind and wanted my $100 back and could pick up in the am . He proceeds to tell me that unless I was their by 6pm that day he would have to mail out a check and was "sorry for the inconvenience " . What garbage . I got my son a car there. we signed on 9/11. within 8 days the motor went and it's been in the shop since then. every day they have another reason why it has to stay in the shop and they really expect me to continue paying for a car that has been in their shop since before the first payment was due. I am still paying to get my car fixed! They NEEDED to replace 2 catalytic converters when I purchased my car. That was in 2014. I now have to have it replaced AGAIN due to the fact they put it in by placing wires around it and welded it to the exhaust which is completely rotted! I bought this car shortly after a Hurricane hit Long Island bad. Guess where this car came from? Long Island! I told the owners that underneath the drivers seat the springs and floor were rusty. All the way from the front of the car to the end is rotted as well. They did nothing but deny any services done to the car. There is so much more that is wrong that I need to look into purchasing a new car. My gas tank is now leaking due to the rot even though it has a shield over it. read more

Can I give this negative 5 stars? If I could, I would. This company is absolutely horrible. They scam people and rip them off. They sell used cars with high mileage that are of extreme poor quality and expect weekly payments and monthly totals that are completely unaffordable for the quality of car you are getting. They send out repossession letters after only 1 week of non payment. Most companies won't even send out a repossession letter after a month. They have horrible customer service. I went in and was upset about a situation with my man's car and the woman accused me of verbally attacking her. I never called her a name or swore at her or anything. They clearly don't know how to engage with customers. Dealing with upset customers in an appropriate manner is a huge part of successful customer service. They also don't care about their customers at all. They are looking to take your money and that is it. I would not recommend financing or buying a car from this place to anyone. There are way more viable options out there for those who are looking to build credit and get on their feet. Companies like this shouldn't even exist, but are unfortunately part of the system. I would also never want to work for a company like this. The moral and ethical implications are vast and disgusting. This place is the biggest rip off!!!!!! they will screw you anyway they can. I bought a truck there and 6 months later the differential went they said I was over my warranty and I had to get a "side Note" added to the truck which increased my payment. If that wasnt bad enough I had to have all the work redone cause they screwed it up so badly. To which they told me there was nothing they will do. Then after all that I had to bring it back to the shop for more work to the tranny I asked shantok to help me out with getting a different car and their answer was I owe to much and my payments were due on fridays and because I paid on sat mornings they said I was late every payments. This has been the worst decision in buying a car. I bought a 05 Galant from here 2 years ago, first off the breaks and rotors were bad i brought it in for repair while under warranty and 2 weeks later it was still squeaking. Just recently the car died and would not start. The pass time device malfunctioned frying the battery/alternator/starter system. Not knowing, I replaced the stater because the finance department persuaded me to and it was still not stating. The car was returned. I would not recommend this place for used cars. read more
