This review is long overdue. Eurocode is as good as it get. I got the suspension setup on my Audi A4 B8 from Eurocode and it was amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Chris and the team at Eurocode recovered my 2012 VW Jetta GLI from imminent full engine failure, I drove it in sounding like a lawnmower engine mixed with a go kart. I had a car that basically for the most part ran out of oil, the engine was killing itself, and they piece by piece diagnosed what parts were bad and figured out exactly what to fix to make the car perform at its best. Now the car runs great, and it is even performance tuned. This shop is great, they don't try to sell you, they're like engineers who are obsessed with perfection, they'll fix what's necessary (they noticed 3/4 of my engine was in solid shape it was just some critical parts deep within that had some issues) They let you know about parts that could fail in the future so you're always aware and could have them fix, plus they educated me on different things to maintain a car better. I went with Eurocode because instead of getting a whole new engine, they cleaned up what was necessary with solid parts, my car was at 65k miles, I see it going to 150k. I ended up here after researching. I had to cancel at Raven because of work but called Eurosport a week later, only because of location and time frame. I had just bought the Audi S5 from out of state. They gave it going through and oil change, which was a third of the price the dealers wanted. We talked about upgrading the ECU and Intake filter. Needless to say I got that done a week later. Chris, David and i can't remeber the other tech's name, but what great service. This car is a rocket, and they were real easy to talk with. They will be doing my service on this car from here on out. Stage one ECU upgrade/flash made this car stupid fast. I'm debating on the stage 2. Stage one has this Audi at almost 400 HP. Went here a couple of weeks ago to get my brakes done on my Audi S4 and man the lot is packed. Not sure what the negative reviews about the owner David are about he was nothing but awesome to me. David took the time to explain to me all the options and made a few recommendations. They were even able to squeeze me in on a weekend which was awesome. Well it's been almost two years since this problem emerged but it has now finally been resolved by the owner of the shop. The owner never knew about what happened until recently because of a forum post I made. Anyway, he made me an offer that was extremely attractive and fixed the problem 120%. Heck, he even offered to buy me lunch! Dave's a genuine guy and has given me the impression that he really wants the best experience for his customers. Even with the hiccup that lasted almost 2 years, the extent in which Dave was willing to go just to make me happy was admirable. Do not take your car here if you need work done just to keep it running. This place is for those kids with money to burn looking to trick out their cars. Other than that, if you need things FIXED on your car, take it to a european mechanic shop that's not in the "high performance, fast and furious" game. Eurocode constantly "found things" to fix as they are working on the original issue, so always expect your quote to double or even triple. Whatever you do, DO NOT let them fix things without going down there and seeing these newly discovered issues for yourself. I definitely feel taken advantage of. Owner Dave is not very professional or honorable in my opinion. Definitely on the shady side. Again, if you're looking to trick out your car this is probably the place for you. But don't make the mistake I made and take your car there for basic/repairs and service. YOU WILL GET SEVERELY RIPPED OFF! read more

I just had a near death experience with my Stage II GTI. I came in for a simple update, v1.2 of this file gives you an extra couple PSI at peak boost and more power at the bottom end. The flash failed from inside the car. The radiator fan turned on, all cluster lights turned on, car would not start. I was terrified to say the least. After about an hour, with the ECU outside the car and on their bench, John was finally able to get it reflashed and back in business. Huge props to John for sticking it out with me until 9pm and fixing this! So incredibly relieved and happy for the drive home. I did a lot of research before getting into aftermarket mods on my 2013 Audi S4. It was clear Eurocode was the place to go, (even though there are other aftermarket places closer to where I live in Pasadena). At initial contact, they spent an hour with me on the phone discussing my preferences and making solid suggestions. I ordered up my parts (Milltek Exhaust, H&R OE Sport Springs, then I put on their Alu Kreuz drivetrain stabilizer, and APR Stage 2 Tune and Pulley) and had to wait a couple of weeks to get in for my appt. (there's a reason they're busy - worth the wait). I was like a kid waiting for Christmas. My car is now sufficiently a monster and I'm afraid I've caught the mod bug. The work they did was excellent and I enjoyed "talking shop" with the fellas. A big thank you to David, Chris, Jerone, Clay, & Edwin for their time with me and great work! read more

I just took my 2012 GTI to Eurocode this weekend to get the APR Stage 1 Tune. The shop is bit of a drive from Laguna, but based on the Yelp reviews I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed, they were able to start on my car right away and while I was waiting there were other people there getting their cars tuned/tweaked to chat with. One girl just finished getting coilovers/APR Stage 2 installed and took me for a spin to show me what is was like! Thanks Kristen! Your car is crazy fast girl, have Fun! After they finished the tune, they ran through the instructions on how to navigate through the various options. Though, this is not my first APR tuned car, it was still good to get a refresher. They also threw in the some Vagcom tweaks for me free of charge. Then to top it off they through in a free Eurocode t-shirt (pretty slick one too). I'm more than happy to be a walking billboard for a shop that does good work. My GTI drives like a champ with stage 1, I will definitely be back for stage 2 and coils soon! Thanks Guys! These guys (and gal) are legit. I had an issue with my GTI based on what a different tuner did, and these guys bent over backwards to help me fix it. At no cost to me. My only gripe is that sometimes they are just crazy busy and I just want to hang out and shoot the shit. They are super friendly, though... I'll never go to another mod shop. read more

We are an Audi family, and we trust only ECode to care for our cars. They are truthful, honest and pay attention to every little detail. You have to call for an appointment as they are busy. They do not cut corners and they take their time to get it right and offer upgraded parts and fair prices for their services (much, much, much less than a dealer would ever charge you.). They warranty their work and if anything goes wrong, they fix it at no charge. I recently had major work done on my cooling system for my Q7. She's an older car and sadly a hose cracked about three weeks after the coolant work and I took her back to ECode. While it was not technically a warranty situation, they diagnosed the problem, fixed it, showed me a video of what was wrong and how they made it right and handed me the key to the car without charging me one penny. I will ALWAYS take my cars to ECode. They always explain what is going on, never have lied to me and value me as a customer and care for my car as if it was their own. read more

After doing a bit of research on the Internet and the Vortex forums, I found this shop conveniently located just down the street. I called in to find out more info about and ARP tune and they were extremely helpful in providing more information about what was involved and the cost. A few days later I went to the shop but was running late so I figured I'd setup an appointment for another day since I was in the area. To my surprise, they offered to stay late and help me get my tune done that night! These guys are awesome and very knowledgeable. Let me first start off and say that i got my APR stage 1 from these guys and so far nothing bad has happen to my car, just pure fun. Now that that's out of the way let me justify why i'm giving these guys a 1 star. First their customer service was terrible. I was greeted by a guy that i believe was the owner of the place. He immediately try to sell me something that i might want beside my APR. He went from an intake, intercooler and this deal that he stated would allow me to tune and de-tune my car without the dealer knowing it. He immediately call up a friend from VW to support his statement that it's undetectable, but his friend wouldnt even give him a straight answer. The whole day i was sitting around and talking to the indivdual, and i kept having this feeling of being disrespected and mistreated. I'm not sure if it's because i look young and he probably thought i was some kid that his mommy bought the car for, and with his financial aid bought himself mods for his car. Well let me set some thing straight. This is my third car i financed and this is my third that i modded and tuned, i'm closer to 35 then 25 and i work as a psychiatric case manager(he realized it eventually when he saw my badge hanging in my car, he did a 180 about face ). With that said i went along with the representative to get the job done on my car. I guess it's not really his fault since i was in a hoodie and i look like the kids that were hanging around and admiring his Mk7 R. Maybe if i came in with a suit and did my hair i'll be treated with the respect i rightfully earn. I guess if that's how he treats his customers that seems naive he'll just try to rob you blind. Overall i regretted going there and most likly i'll be going somewhere else for my APR stage 2. You guys can go there on your own discretion, but be warn these guys will try to sell you a lot of usless things. read more

I must say they both went the extra mile in getting my issues resolved the right way the first time and got me in for the repairs that day. I found Eurocode tuning a few years ago when I was looking to install a new intake, exhaust, suspension, and ECU reflash on my VW MKIV VR6 Jetta. David, the owner, was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the parts that were being installed, as well as what kind of performance gains I could expect from my car. The installation was an all-day endeavor, but they have a comfortable, but small waiting room with TV, Internet, Boxee, etc. David and his technicians were very good about updating me on the progress, letting me know when each part was installed. Afterwards, they made sure everything was in proper order and walked me through all the upgrades. A few weeks ago I upgraded to a new 2012 MKVI GLI. After the break-in period, I decided it was time to get to work. I called Eurotuner a few days ago and scheduled an appointment for today. I showed up with my car and they got right to work. As I was only upgrading my ECU to a Stage 1 APR, the process was roughly 2 hours. David wasn't there, but one of his employees, Chris, was. Chris was extremely helpful and walked me through all the technical information in regards to the ECU reflash (how to change modes, apply the security code, etc.). I will continue to come back to this shop for future work as they have always delivered high quality products, great customer service, and skilled technicians that make sure everything is set to exactly your specifications. read more
