I was in line waiting to be helped and asked the person in front of me if he knew anything about AC issues. To my luck, this lovely gentleman with the most infectious smile gladly went out of his way and out of the line to help me find the product I needed for my AC. Luckily all I needed was some Freon. After my purchase, he was so kind enough to wait for me and help put in the Freon in my car and show me how to put some in myself. He stated that he actually saved me money because I got an extra year out of the catalytic converter. Never mind that this is what the engine error was originally! I thanked the service writer, asked for a copy and bought it to Compact. Two of the eleven were "Do it now" required. 7 were done as needed over the next 50 or so thousand miles. AND 120,000 miles later, two of the recommendations on that clipboard never came to pass. I can't begin to calculate my savings. But what is priceless is knowing I'm family and in good hands.

What makes this situation far worse is that my vehicle has been sitting in their shop for over nine months. Throughout this entire period, I've been given repeated assurances and promises about completion timelines that have not been honored. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and ultimately, the manager admitted they are unable to deliver a satisfactory repair. The condition in which my vehicle has been kept is completely unacceptable. My Bentley has been left outside with the windows down and, unbelievably, the keys left sitting on the driver's seat. Additionally, various parts from the dashboard, engine bay, and trunk have been removed and carelessly thrown into the back seat on leather upholstery showing a complete disregard for my property. This experience reflects not only poor workmanship but a troubling lack of respect and professionalism.
