Dive bar that slangs pizza. The pizza is OK, really good when you have been drinking all night. They serve food till 3:30am. The delivery can take a while to get and the pizza quality is hit or miss late night. The Greek pizza is good and so are the wings. i suggest the honey gold wings. read more

Last night the owner was acting extremely rude during a great Metal concert BECAUSE she didnt want there to be a concert in the first place we found out later! Go Defy Reality! A Sense of Purpose and others sorry cant remember name. But the owner was ranting how people shouldn't buy drinks unless they tip her so when we first didnt hear this we bought a redds she charged us $4 we gave her $5 told her keep the change. Then later other bartender when we bought another one redds was $3 and said keep the change and was like.. Wait a second... So the owner overcharged us and kept the $2 for herself so she could get extra tip. Like really WTF!! We found out after. So this so called owner would rather you not buy any drinks than buy drinks and not tip? Your the owner lots of owners dont get tips... I work in the service industry I dont get tips rarely if ever because I am the owner and I dont jip my customers. Be careful when you open your mouth and who hears it, just because the music is loud doesnt mean people arent listening. read more

Definitely the best pizza in Kent! Delivery takes quite awhile on nights and weekends and there is a $10 delivery minimum. I usually just get carry-out because it's faster. The actual bar is nothing fancy, just your typical college town dive bar. Great place to get beer and pizza with a few friends. This is NOT a wait service restaurant. You do have to go and order your food at the bar. So the service isn't 5-star, but the food, the price, and the atmosphere are worth checking this place out. read more

Improve your customer service! Examples of your so-called "customer service" -Last delivery order not only took over an hour to arrive but was missing a whole pizza. Nothing was done about this even when I called and was assured it would be taken care of. Even gave a callback #. Not acceptable. -Placed an order for pick-up today because I was getting tired of waiting a century for food. This order, too, was missing an item - a salad. -At best, the staff there is lukewarm. At worst, rude and apathetic. Rarely ever do I see a server there who smiles and genuinely wants to make the customer feel welcome and happy. The unfriendly vibe often makes me think twice about even walking into the place. So, aside from some positive things (the wings there are very good), EuroGyro receives two stars from me because they don't seem to care about getting anymore than that. read more

Ordered delivery tonight. Waited an hour and 15 minutes. Called and the manager claimed the driver was on the way. Food never showed up and when I called again they claimed it was delivered. Either the driver went to the wrong house or they never started the order. Regardless they gave me a hard time over the phone and I better get refunded. Fast Service. Great Prices (2 for Tuesdays!). Incredible food and many choices. If you are looking for a quick dinner or lunch idea, you can't go wrong with Euro Gyro. While I have not yet been inside Kent's EuroGyro, so I can't say anything about the restaurant's cleanliness or anything, but we have ordered from them today. We didn't feel like leaving our new residence, and we were in the mood for pitas and chicken. The person taking the order said they were swamped and that they'd be there in fifteen minutes. They weren't kidding! The delivery man was on our doorstep within fifteen minutes and had everything we ordered. Not bad! The food was filling and delicious! I had the Cheesy Buffalo Chicken pita and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend this to my friends. read more

Horrible service. Ordered online and received a email confirmation for delivery. And never received order after two hours. When I called the owner tried to tell me it was for pick up they didn't have my address. I told her I had an email confirmation saying it was for delivery And it included my delivery address, she said what are you calling me a liar. Very rude and unprofessional. Only the pizza is good. The rest of the food isn't, I've ordered and received it cold as well as food that was overcooked. Some of their bartenders are anti-social and hide from you when you need something. The wings are very dry and you'd have better luck going to Ray's or BWW. My last and final visit I ordered a pizza and they got the toppings wrong and refused to refund me my money. This was especially an issue because they make you pay before you receive your food. I asked to speak with a manager and the girl said "I am a manager." I left without eating and not getting a refund. I went onto their official website and made a complaint that was ignored. The website says they'll assist you within 24 hours. It was a place that I would eat at every week as I live in Downtown Kent. Me and my family won't be going back. read more

The quality of the food is average, but their salads are atrocious, they don't taste fresh. Also the people working there are often high or buzzed so the food is sloppily put together and they give you back the wrong change. My bill was $11.98 I gave the guy a $20, told him he could keep $12 and only got back $5. They intentionally rip you off while not having good service at all. Not to mention I ordered my food at 10:22am and it got there at about 11:30am and I ordered a salad and chicken strips. Never eating here again. read more

If I could rate this horrible, disgusting restaurant zero stars I would. On January 19, 2019, my friend and I ordered two Veggie subs. Upon getting the subs, I couldn't wait to dig in. In the first bite, I threw up. My sub was slimy, burnt and only had a few veggies. Keep in mind this was supposed to be a Veggie sub. My friend called Euro Gyro because when I tried to call they pretended like they couldn't understand my accent. She asked that they either give us a credit or bring another sub, because I just couldn't eat my sub it was so nasty. The boy on the phone told her both subs were made at the same time so it was impossible for one to be okay and the other not to be. She then proceeded to tell the man on the phone he could pick up my sub and bring the new one, where he said that was impossible even though I couldn't eat my sub. This place has the worst costumer service I have ever experienced, and I will follow up with a letter AND email to the Euro Gyro corporate office for how unprofessional the young lad was on the phone. I LOVE this place. The delivery drivers are always nice. They're always willing to change items up for stromboli and other items, might cost a little extra, but I get cravings for their stromboli pretty often (with less ham and extra salomi). Wing sauces are amazing! I have only been inside the place long enough to pay and grab my food, so I can't comment on the atmosphere or the staff. Good Stromboli and Wings and Gyros. read more

I just came back from their restaurant in Kent with my sister, and her boyfriend. It was the worst restaurant experience I ever had. I am NEVER going back. So we were ordering takeout and first of all their order took very long. When they finally get their order we go into the car only to find out some of the food they ordered wasn't there. So we go back and tell them what was wrong. The manager tells us he has to check the cameras to make sure that the cooks screwed up and that we weren't lying. After that I didn't see the manager again for an apology of our wasted time. Finally the cook comes out with their food. What happened next was uncalled for. He comes out to hand us our food. He then tells us in an angry tone that we are a bunch of liars, and as he walks away he mutters that we should go FUCK ourselves. At that point I was mostly shocked and very pissed at what he said. We just walked out, and now I am writing this complaint. Also their grilled chicken sandwich also wasn't very good. read more

Went in on a Tuesday and got 2 gyros for 5.99! Food. Great. Atmosphere. Great. Customers and employees. Great. I ate one gyro there and took one home and ate it the next day. This place has the best spicy garlic wings I have ever tasted! They have great prices and really good food. Live bands on the weekends sometimes is a perk and they put on a really good show while you enjoy your wings and beer. Definitely recommend it! read more

This place is great for trendy college students. It's one of the best kept secrets in Kent,Ohio. The liad back style and feel of teh place is great. The gyros are made fresh to order. The fries are scalding hot and fresh out of the fryer just like you want them. The pop is even nice and bubbly like it was when you were a kid. If you love gyros check this place out. read more

First off, the food took 40 minutes to get here. I wouldn't complain but that is a long time considering I wasn't given a wait time. Then they wouldn't give me the food because I didn't have the card physically on me. Of course, I understand the policy, but there was no warning before they charged my card. So I was taken by surprise. Then when I called to ask how long it would take them to put the money back on my card, they told me they had already voided the order, but the refund would take a couple of days. I have never heard of that from a food place. And the man on the phone was completely rude, offered my no coupons or discounts, and had no remorse. He even told me "well, you should've had the card." I order once a month for employee luncheons. The last two times, they have not made one of the pizza's correctly. The first time this occurred, they said they would credit one pizza on my account. So when I called the last time to order and receive that pizza, they told me there was nothing documented. So I placed my regular order anyway, and one of the pizzas was wrong again. That time, I made them re-deliver the correct one since they don't seem to honor the store credit they say they will issue. Today, I just tried to call and place my order (10:25 a.m.). The guy who answered the phone said he couldn't take my order because they don't open until 11:00 a.m. (the website says 10:30 a.m., and I have always called my pizzas in at 10:30 a.m. for an 11:30 a.m. delivery). Looks like I am ordering from Guido's today and from now on! Too bad - the guys in my shop like the pizza at EuroGyro. But if they aren't going to treat their "regular" customers right, it's time for me to move on! read more
