They told me that they weren't sure BMW would honor the recall. (They have to repair the car) Why would you put a filthy used car with a check engine light on for sale on a car lot? The price changed three times as well. Then there was the conversation the lady next to us was having trying to get a fair deal and a concrete out of the door price. I don't recommend this dealership, the ethics are seriously in question here.

How stupid do you have to be to put the wrong oil in a car. And they also don't know where to put the lift mounts on the car (See damage in photos) Never coming back here again. Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. I love seeing the younger generation building a great and much needed business like this in Charlotte.
