This place is a DISASTER! I came here today just to check the reason for my sinking brake pedal, and I pointed out one possible fix. This guy, I didn't catch his name, did not even test drive my car, quoted me $180 dollar. My dealer's website charges $170 for check brake system, this place is even more expensive than dealer! And his the rudest person I have ever talked to. He treated me like I don't know anything about cars, he said "I don't want to explain to you why I charge the amount and how I am going to fix it" (translated from mandarin). NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE. I saw a lot of positive reviews here, possibly because the previous owner was great, but not anymore! I now have my car fixed just for $50 in another place, my guess was right, under 20 min of labor, easy fix. read more

I have a very old C230 Mercedes from 2000 so having a good and honest mechanic is a MUST!! Great place and great price! Found this place from looking up Indy shops because everyone knows to stay away from stealerships. Recently purchased a 2012 C63 AMG and that baby needed a tune up. I emailed Sid and got a quote that seemed very reasonable. Told Sid about a few things I've noticed on the car and he looked into it and did what he could. I got my oil and filter changed, brake fluids changed, tranny flush, sparks changed, valve body gasket changed, and spark gaskets changed, and a bunch of inspection labor for roughly $1000. Bought a 1999 Porsche 996/911 a few weeks back. Noticed there was oil in the coolant. Did some research and found some forum discussions that stated similar symptoms are caused by a blown engine. Did some more research and a rebuilt engine could run anywhere from 6k-8.5k! That's not including install which is another 1.5k or so. I recalled my friend Andy Zamora mentioning he started working for a new mechanic shop that had opened up in San Gabriel. I was kinda hesitant to give them a call since I live in Anaheim, which is a good 45min to an hour away. Why speculate? Let me get an expert opinion. It's only a phone call, right? Within minutes Owner Sid Tran offered to get an independent tow truck come pick up my car and have it brought to their shop to determine what kinda damage I was looking at. An hour had passed and a tow truck arrived at my door step. Porsche was on its way to San Gabriel. To make a long story short, engine was dropped. Compression was checked and all was good! Hoses are replaced and the amounts I assumed I was going to pay were less. Turns out it was less than 800 to fix and service. BUT! Couldn't walk away without checking out the wheels and tires they also offer in-house. Jason at Mazz Auto Sport has an awesome variety of high quality wheels and tires at direct factory prices. Can't wait to post pics of my setup. I highly recommended this shop. This coming from a new loyal customer coming all the way from Orange County to be serviced. I was having some issues with e92 335i and I was getting engine overheating messages from the console. After doing some initial research, I learned that I could have a faulty water pump and it would be an expensive repair. Owning a German vehicle outside of warranty can be a huge headache (especially with a problem child like the e92) due to high operational costs outside of warranty. Sure enough, the stealership quoted me nearly 3K for the replacement amongst other repairs. I wanted to get a second opinion and my friend referred me to Sid and his staff. They looked over my car's symptoms and provided an alternative repair strategy that would save me a lot of money. They use proper diagnostic equipment, have extensive knowledge with European vehicles, and offer great customer service. Not only did they fix my car for a fraction of the original quoted rate, but I got my car back in less than a week's time. This is a well deserve review. I waited a few weeks before I wrote this review. I was looking for a good mechanic that was locally and that also was very knowledgable. I went on yelp and look at several spots. As I own a RR and when something goes wrong with a RR get ready to digg deep into your pockets. I contact Sid via the yelp messaging system and he responded very quick. I set up the appointment and I got my trucked towed to there shop. As my truck had several issues and has lots of electronics it was very hard for them to diagnose the issue. But after the truck been there a week they were able to fix it and properly diagnose the problem. My truck needed a new fuel pump and some other minor adjustments. Sid took care of all the issues and charged me under what I estimated despite the fact the truck was there for more then 1 week. Overall my truck runs great now and I don't have any issues. I recommend this shop to anyone that has a European vehicle as that what they specialize in. read more

This is the worst place that you can bring you mercedez. I went here for them to check my trans because it has a slight slip on 2nd and 3rd gear. The owner Steve and one of his tech check on trans fluid which found out to be low I tols them that can I just fill it out with trans and they told me that it will need service and the slip will be 75% fixed. They told me that they will check with other components like a/c With no hesitation I entrust my car to them I keft the car overnight the next day I called them around 1pm and they are still working on it. After my work I went there to check and I found my car in the parking lot I spoke to Steve the owner and told that it fixed the problem the car runs smooth without slipping. One of his guy accompanied me home to drive the car and when I drove the benz its still slipping. Called day after and he just told me that just drive the car because the bew fluid is not yet circulated. Waited 2 days still slipping and I told him that abd he just said that beed to check again. These shop doesnt even have a scanner for benz he even promised me that he will check it and it will be discounted with service that i will get. I paid $300 for the trans drain and fill. I called him again and he said that its a transmission problem and needs to check again. He even test drive my car before the service and after the service dont know where he gets the idea that its fixed. Never will go back here. If you have issues with the car especially mercedez dont bring it to them these will be warning to everyone. read more

The price seemed fair and the mechanix were nice people however i have taken my car there multiple times and the problem didn't get resolved. still had the same issue as before and they charged me for other things that i needed not saying i didn't need them but they didn't solve the problem i originally brought it in for. took my bmw to another shop and they were able to solve the problem for me and i have not had any problems with the car yet. maybe it was just a fluke thing with this shop but i will go elsewhere. read more

When it comes to mechanics, I'm always apprehensive on their "recommendations, quotes on repairs, etc. due to my past experiences & the typical stereotypes of women and car repairs lol.. But Europros put all that to rest. These guys are professionals and know what they're doing in a nutshell. I towed in my Infiniti M35 for overheating on a Monday and it was done Wednesday! My car is good as new! Andy, the manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed the head gasket replaced on my Mercedes C230 Kompressor. It was no small fix, so I got estimates from about 10 different highly reviewed shops in the LA area. The price at Europros was substantially lower than any other. The guys were both very knowledgeable and sympathetic to the fact that I am not made of money. While they were fixing the head gasket, they did another minor fix for no extra cost as well as gave my car a much needed wash. They even called me to check in and make sure that everything was running smoothly a few weeks afterwards. I have dealt with a lot of mechanics but I can't say enough good things about this place. Even with it being 40 minutes out of my way, I will be returning here for any auto repairs to come. read more

I recently took my 2000 audi s4 to Europros for servicing. My check engine light was on and I was detecting a misfire in one of my cylinders...the car was running so bad that I felt like it was time to buy a new car. I ran into the owner, Sid, at Mazz autosport (I was getting my tires rotated). We struck up a conversation and I started describing what was going on with my car. He suggested I stop by Europros and they would give my a free diagnosis. I was a bit hesitant at first because I live in Burbank and I have a guy in Woodland Hills who works on my car. I got the impression that Sid was an honest guy, so I stopped by for the diagnosis...I'm glad I did! In my book, honesty and professionalism go a long way, and that's what they demonstrated to me. One of their mechanics, Pastor, hooked my car up to a diagnostic computer and told me exactly what the problems were. They had to replace a couple O2 sensors and an ignition coil on the 5th cylinder. In addition to that, I had them replace the rear brake pads and rotors. Since I live in Burbank, I brought my car down there on a Saturday and had to wait around for a few hours till my car was done. Sid bought me lunch while I was waiting for my car. I can't say enough good things about these guys...I found a new mechanic for life! read more
