Amazing service!!! Highly highly recommend this place!! I am extremely happy and pleased that Kevin and his techs took such a great care of my car. I have a very old C230 Mercedes from 2000 so having a good and honest mechanic is a MUST!! I had some broken lights and leaking problem with my car, Kevin showed me all the areas thats in need of service first and not only did an excellent job repairing and cleaning them they even clean and detailed my car without extra charge. I had never seen my car so sparking clean inside and out not to mention the car now runs even better than ever before!! Very glad that I came to the RIGHT place!! The price was way better than the dealership and even better than my previous mechanic!! I will be coming here from now on for sure! :) If you ever have any problem or just to do the regular service, do not hesitate to come here, Kevin and his techs will take great care of you!!! :) Thank you Kevin for the fantastic service!!

Great place and great price! Found this place from looking up Indy shops because everyone knows to stay away from stealerships. Recently purchased a 2012 C63 AMG and that baby needed a tune up. I emailed Sid and got a quote that seemed very reasonable. Told Sid about a few things I've noticed on the car and he looked into it and did what he could. I got my oil and filter changed, brake fluids changed, tranny flush, sparks changed, valve body gasket changed, and spark gaskets changed, and a bunch of inspection labor for roughly $1000. Though I did allow them to take their time since I want it done right, it was well worth it. Highly recommended and Sid is the man!

Engine dropped on 99 Porsche 996/911

Bought a 1999 Porsche 996/911 a few weeks back. Noticed there was oil in the coolant. Did some research and found some forum discussions that stated similar symptoms are caused by a blown engine. Did some more research and a rebuilt engine could run anywhere from 6k-8.5k! That's not including install which is another 1.5k or so. I recalled my friend Andy Zamora mentioning he started working for a new mechanic shop that had opened up in San Gabriel. I was kinda hesitant to give them a call since I live in Anaheim, which is a good 45min to an hour away. Why speculate? Let me get an expert opinion. It's only a phone call, right? Within minutes Owner Sid Tran offered to get an independent tow truck come pick up my car and have it brought to their shop to determine what kinda damage I was looking at. An hour had passed and a tow truck arrived at my door step. Porsche was on its way to San Gabriel. To make a long story short, engine was dropped. Compression was checked and all was good! Hoses are replaced and the amounts I assumed I was going to pay were less. Turns out it was less than 800 to fix and service. BUT! Couldn't walk away without checking out the wheels and tires they also offer in-house. Jason at Mazz Auto Sport has an awesome variety of high quality wheels and tires at direct factory prices. Can't wait to post pics of my setup. I highly recommended this shop. This coming from a new loyal customer coming all the way from Orange County to be serviced. Thanks fellas for being honest mechanics.

This is the worst place that you can bring you mercedez. I went here for them to check my trans because it has a slight slip on 2nd and 3rd gear. The owner Steve and one of his tech check on trans fluid which found out to be low I tols them that can I just fill it out with trans and they told me that it will need service and the slip will be 75% fixed. They told me that they will check with other components like a/c With no hesitation I entrust my car to them I keft the car overnight the next day I called them around 1pm and they are still working on it. After my work I went there to check and I found my car in the parking lot I spoke to Steve the owner and told that it fixed the problem the car runs smooth without slipping. One of his guy accompanied me home to drive the car and when I drove the benz its still slipping. Called day after and he just told me that just drive the car because the bew fluid is not yet circulated. Waited 2 days still slipping and I told him that abd he just said that beed to check again. These shop doesnt even have a scanner for benz he even promised me that he will check it and it will be discounted with service that i will get. I paid $300 for the trans drain and fill. I called him again and he said that its a transmission problem and needs to check again. He even test drive my car before the service and after the service dont know where he gets the idea that its fixed. Never will go back here. If you have issues with the car especially mercedez dont bring it to them these will be warning to everyone.

Mounting aggressive tires on fresh wheels always makes you a little nervous -- especially with a setup like this -- but they handled everything with care and precision. No scratches, clean weights, and the balance is smooth at highway speeds. The alignment is spot on. Truck tracks straight, steering wheel is perfectly centered, and it drives tight without any wander. With Kings on the truck, alignment matters, and they clearly know what they're doing. Professional, detail-oriented, and no shortcuts. If you're running a dialed Tacoma setup and want it done right the first time, this is the place. Will definitely be back.

My only concern was the wheel balancing for all 4 wheels and the 4 wheel alignment. The free wheel balancing was okay, but the ride was a but bit rough, especially at high speeds. The 4 wheel alignment was also okay because I saw the tech person pull it out of the stall and parked the car. He did not do a test drive. My Bimmer drove okay, but it didn't track. So I wasn't confident that the wheel alignment was properly done. I recently remedied the concerns by having the 4 wheels rebalanced and had a 4 wheel precision alignment done at another shop. Now my Bimmer tracks and rides really smooth... For tires purchase, this place is great.. But for tire services, from my experience, I would recommend to go somewhere else...

First, Cory was the first person to greet me when I arrived. He thanked me for my patience while I was waiting, which may seem like a small gesture, but it immediately made me feel acknowledged and valued as a customer. That level of attentiveness is something you don't see often these days. Jonathan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and even recommended a nearby alignment shop that could help with my vehicle. His professionalism and willingness to help went above and beyond my expectations. Lastly, Joshua, one of the mechanics, took the time to walk me through the condition of my car and explain what I needed to know. He was friendly, informative, and provided a great customer experience all the way through the end of my visit. What stood out most was the consistency of the service. From the moment I walked in, to the information and guidance I received, to the final send-off, every interaction was positive. This is honestly one of the rare times I've experienced such a high level of customer service from every employee I interacted with during a single visit. Thank you, Cory, Jonathan, and Joshua, for making this such a great experience. Your professionalism, kindness, and attention to customers did not go unnoticed.

So now 15 minutes in and still haven't written it up or asked for my keys. I'm here for a rotation and balance so I don't expect it to take long. I'm on lunch and can't really be here for over an hour. He told me they should be able to get me out by 115. If they can do that , I will be happy. Right now though, I'm not all that happy since it feels like they burned 15 minutes of my time. By 1245 they have called me and measured my tread depth. This is little peeve of mine and it reminds me of a bigger one. No longer am I given the piece of paper that tells me what my tread depth was. What is the point then? If my tires are wearing unevenly, it would be nice to know about it and even better to know which tire. One of them was less than the others. Wearing faster. No idea which one and the receipt is worthless as it doesn't have that info. My bigger peeve is that when I had the tires installed I asked if they could tell me how much brake pad was left. Actually my girl was with the car and I asked her to ask them. She said they told her they can't do that. When I got there she and another customer told me it was due to liability. Now I didn't ask for them to make a judgement call on whether or not the brakes were good or bad or could go X miles. I just literally wanted a estimate measurement. The other customer coukdnt understand why I didn't want to accept the liability excuse and made sweeping statements about the trouble they could in. Let me make this part crystal clear for the sites and for the corporate lawyers. Ask yourself how much money you'll be liable for the day you refuse to tell a customer his brake pads were looking pretty slim, or let's say a couple mm left, and that person ends up dead or killing someone else 3 days later due to not stopping in time or some type of brake failure? They will sue and they will win stating that any reasonable technician would have recognized how dangerously worn the brake pads were and you refused to inform the customer, whether or not it's your business. So if that's policy to not say anything, I'd really rethink that. Seems like the liability is with not telling them. You tell them, you've done what would be reasonable. You refuse and you are opening yourself up to be cast as the next bad guy in court. So easily. They will crucify you. Think about it, corporate lawyer people. That's all I'm going to say on that. My car was done by 115. Guys at this store working in the bays showed a lot of hustle and cooperation. An exemplary crew of technicians. The service writer guys were good once they got to me but they would do well to achnowledge people when they walk in to let them know they are seen and will be helped soon. Can't ask for much better on a free service. Still would be nice to know those tread depths since you took the time to measure and all....
