He joked that he'd have it done in one hour on a Saturday -- which they close at 1:00, something he did not tell me. I left and called two hours later to check on my car. He said he wouldn't have time to work on it today and asked if I could walk there because "it should be time enough since they close in 20 minutes." I rushed over. He said I owed $80 and that it would go toward my final bill for the "diagnosis." I paid, and we made an agreement that I'd drop my car off the next week. He promised it would only take a short time. I let him know I needed the car for work and that I'd be using a family member's car in the meantime. He once again joked about how easy of a fix it would be and told me not to worry -- it would be done before the week was out (this was Thursday). I dropped the car off. Saturday came, and the car still had not been fixed. I let them know I had to come get it. When I arrived, I asked if I owe anything? They responded, "Nothing, today." They asked me to bring the car back the following week because they were waiting on a part. I never brought the car back because I was displeased with the constant joking about how fast it would be, yet no work was done besides the "diagnostic" -- which I had already supplied to them upon arrival, and paid for. I am still driving around with a check engine light on, and they continue to bill me OVER $300. FOR WHAT?? When I call, they constantly say "they're busy right now and can't talk." My family has used them for many years, and I was told to go here. They have witnessed what Jake and his team of scammers have tried to pull on me.
