When we arrived, the salesperson again assured us it was on the lot. We test drove it, spent time negotiating, and seriously prepared to buy it. Only after all of that -- after hours of driving, waiting, and talking -- they finally admitted the Jeep had been sold earlier that day. They were just waiting on the other buyer's financing and kept us there to use as backup leverage. They misled us intentionally, wasted our time, and caused a heartbreaking scene for our daughter. It's hard to overstate how low and unethical this behavior is. The quality of people running this dealership is just bad business -- dishonest, self-serving, and completely lacking integrity. We've never seen anything this shameless before. Go literally anywhere else. This place does not deserve your business.

The man who did my paperwork, where I signed the contract, paper work, etc. He called me back the next day and found me a bank with an even lower interest rate. I did not expect that to happen. He could've just forgot about me and said business is done. He went the extra mile, which he deserves a raise and one of the best things anybody ever did was call me back so I can re-sign the paper to a new bank to get even lower interest, even by a few percent, it had everything to do with principal. Today was the final straw: one of the windows stopped working entirely and is now stuck in the down position. Equally disappointing is the service experience. It is extremely difficult to get a service appointment in a timely manner, and loaner vehicles are almost never available--even when the car is inoperable. For a luxury brand, this level of customer support is simply not acceptable. Between the ongoing mechanical issues and the lack of responsive service, this has been an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before leasing or purchasing from this dealership.
