I brought my car in because the convertible top would not close. The shop had my vehicle for over a…read moremonth and called me twice saying it was ready for pickup, but both times the issue was not fixed. After the second failed pickup, I was told that two clips were broken and that I would need to pay an additional $1,100. There was no way for me to know whether these clips were already broken or were damaged while the car was in their care, but I felt stuck and approved the repair. When I finally picked up my car, I discovered three scratches on the trunk that went all the way down to bare metal. I know this damage was not there when I brought the car in. When I pointed it out, the employee became defensive and claimed the damage was pre-existing, saying they take photos of all vehicles on intake. When I asked to see the photos, I was then told they "forgot" to take them. Between the long delay, repeated failed repairs, unexpected additional charges, and damage to my vehicle with no accountability, I feel I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally. I now have to address the paint damage myself before it begins to rust. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.

All the other places were super expensive and when I messaged this spot, they answered right away and gave their prices and were very honest, which is something I was looking for. When I got there, I dropped off my car and it was super easy. You just have to fill out the sheet and he was even kind enough to also add on the oil change that I wanted even though they were pretty busy. It took just a few hours and I came back to pick it up and the cost was so much better than if I went anywhere else just to do one of those things. I will definitely be back. This will probably be my go to spot for forgetting my car fixed!

Mike's provided an accurate and I think fair estimate for the repair and promptly completed the work. Good- Been two days now and no more coolant leaks. Questionable- When I picked the truck up at Mike's I noticed a clicking noise soon after starting the engine. I went back into the office but it went away before Mike and I got back out to the truck. I have noticed that same new noise once more since I got the truck home. If it persists I plan to take it back in.

A mechanic mentioned when I checked in that the manager hadn't showed up yet, and they couldn't put me in the system until someone came in to check me in. First rule of being a customer, realize that things happen and pointing fingers doesn't help. If you can't stay, leave or go somewhere else. If you can stay, be patient, so that's what I did. A gentleman from another store showed up, was pleasant with each waiting customer and he had to wait until someone else came in, so he could get signed into the computer. After about 30 minutes of waiting, he was able to log into the computer and get me in the system. He said it would take about an hour/hour and a half to get my oil change done. So I left my keys, and walked to a coffee shop nearby. About an hour later I got a call and he said my car would be done in about 20 minutes. He also mentioned I needed new tires and there was actual cable showing through my tires (yikes). I asked him to provide me with a quote for new tires. When I left the coffee shop about 20 minutes later, my car was ready to go. The guy gave me a quote and I let him know I'd look into getting new tires. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on something I didn't need, I felt like their prices were fair, and the staff was friendly.

Service has been fine up until today, gone a couple times…read more Writing this to help anyone else out with this location in particular: Assumed a tire rotation was the same price as last appointments, and the other locations as well (9.99 across the board) but turns out it's "conditional" here and not the case. Charged $39.99 instead without knowledge of that. They said here it's only an "add on price" of 9.99. it's interesting because every other RPM locations in the area unanimously agreed that 9.99 is the tire rotation price regardless of the appointment, but if you bought tires there it's an even better deal. Apparently not the case here. They continued to mention that "they are the busiest store" and maybe the other stores just need to drum up business - despite the other stores having more + better reviews. I'm open to deleting this if they make it right but otherwise I'll probably avoid in the future.

The other shop helped on cost. If it's tires sure this place is fine I assume but do not allow them to do anything else. I won't even let them change my oil cause the way I see it they have $1200 of my money and they messed up vehicle worse than it was. We moved all 3 vehicles to another place. They could return my $1200 and I still would never go back and I got 3 years of receipts of money spent there. So really no need to contact me back anyway as no way they save any future business.

Needless to say after they replaced said pads and rotors the brakes continued to squeal. They suggested it would go away "shortly after driving a bit", but if not, they'd return and "oil them". When the squealing continued "after a bit", I contacted them again and heard nothing back. I tried again and was told they'd been sick, but promised to stop by that evening. They never showed. I contacted them again, but did not receive the courtesy of a response. Now I question the money I paid that did not solve the problem and their lack of responsiveness or accountability for stopping my brakes from squealing and following through with what they promised to do to make it right. I no longer recommend these guys so please disregard my earlier glowing review!
