I had it towed to Auto Electric Specialists and by the next day they had it diagnosed and it wasn't the computer but a bad wire harness. I brought my 2005 scion tc in to them after he said he would be able to get it done the next day.The day came went with no word on any progress at the end of that day I called to see if anything was done he said he had not done anything to the car even though there was only 2 cars in front of my own. At this time I became discouraged but had no other option but to leave the car there another day!!! (This car was needed and put us in a major hardship without it) when Steve finally "got around to it" he started that it shouldn't take anymore than an hour and a half even though I was frustrated with Steve's business practices I was very cordial with both him and Chuck. Steve finally finished on the third day and charged me for over 2 hours of work. When I got the car back Steve had me check the headlights to make sure they were working. The car ran and the headlights worked. The first time I drove aty night I was pulled over for my tail lights not working. I attributed this to Steve since they were working fine before hand. I called Steve to see if he could help. Steve said to take the car in and he would get to it if "he had time." Steve did not prioritize my car at all even though he was the last one to work on it and I didn't have the problem before his work. Steve then told me abruptly to bring the car in. Steve then proceeded to make me wait for hours while he got to my car. Steve then deduced that he did not cause the problem. Steve then proceeded to fix the problem without contacting me first and making us overpay for his work. Steve is not a guy I would deal with again although simple and nice his businesses practices are very shady he is also the only electric at an auto electric shop (red flag) There are numerous auto electric company's in this area that I would deal with before I would ever go back to auto electric specialists (there is only 1 auto electrician so even the name is a lie). Head my warning friends don't let the nice guy act fool you into thinking they do good business!

I made the mistake of installing a cheap aftermarket low pressure fuel pump, so long story short…read morethe car ran like crap with a check engine light. I also made the mistake of trying to remove the fuel pump while the gas tank was still full, so fuel spilled all over the back seat of my car and my garage floor. It made my house REEK of gas. Although I knew the fuel leak was from overflow due to the fuel pump locking ring being removed while the tank was full, I did want to take my chances and do more damage. I did my research and decided to contact London Autowerks since they were the closest Audi specialty shop. They were very cool and understanding about my car needing to be towed to their shop and have it parked overnight since I am unable to do it during business hours. In a short time, they were able to fix and diagnose my issues by doing a fuel tank integrity test, fuel pressure test and then installing the proper fuel pump and new rail sensor. They even cleaned the spilled fuel from the back of my car to where you can't smell a hint of the spilled fuel. Jennifer was awesome and the communication was stellar. The price was also very fair, considering how pricey these Audi fuel pumps are. 10/10 would definitely recommend their services especially if you drive a VW/Audi!
