I was hoping for a relaxing experience after a stressful day at work so went to my local lounge. I requested a gel pedicure with cateye and I left with no gel and chemical burns on my skin. I had to ask the nail tech multiple times to remove the chemicals she applied to my feet because it was burning. And ultimately stopped the pedicure because I was over the experience. When I reached out to this location to speak to the manager I was Gaslit and told that my pedicure was an "express pedi" and they "don't apply those creams" so the burns must've happened before my pedi. All I wanted was for her to reassure me her technician would be retrained and my money back that I paid for the burns. (WHICH IS CRAAAZY WORK. Like are you okay?!) Ultimately this shop is a skip.
