I came to this nail salon in the plaza simply to ask how much they charge for nail removal. The woman I spoke with was staring at me in a way that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. She told me it was $15, and when I stood there, she then said they were too busy today. What really bothered me was that she didn't offer another day or time or even try to help me. The entire interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. I left feeling like I was being treated differently than their "typical" clients. I never had my nails truly done until I came here. I initially was with Riley who did AMAZING but she unfortunately no longer works there. This last time I saw Yeony and I know she will be my go-to girl from now on! I love that she pays attention to detail and my cuticles and polish look fantastic - no clumpyness and no bleeding over into my skin. I came across this nail shop randomly, since I get my groceries in that building. This shop is new and looked clean so I gave it a try and I'm so glad I did!! Jane did my nails and she was so meticulous and careful. The way she was applying every coat was so careful and even. This was the first time I went to Wiz Nails and I will definitely be going back! The salon was extremely clean and organized and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The owner has a small little poodle that is super shy but so cute and sweet (that was a bonus!) I got a pedicure and my nail technician, Riley, was very professional and efficient.
