Had the worst experience with the owner, Saadat. She is very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I called multiple times to make an appointment this morning and no one answered. I showed up to the spa to make an appointment in-person and she just told me to come back in a hour, never took my name or information down. I watch her let the phone ring off the hook, so I mentioned that I've been calling all morning, and she brushed it off as if she was too busy. After I closed my tab and left the spa, Saadat disrespectfully called me on my personal phone to ask me about my choice of payment, which I used one of their promotions. Never did she ask about the service or how we could make the service better for future visits. You should not offer promotions if you do not want customers to use them and treat them rude. As a business owner, she does not have great customer service skills. As a professional, I will never book with Evene spa again, nor will I refer to my family or friends. read more

Unprofessional, not service oriented, low class, over-priced for low quality service, and their business model is very bad. I rarely rate businesses however I have to share my experience with the public about Evene Day Spa. First of all, their receptionist Jordan is very rude and disrespectful. The owner, not sure her name, doesn't understand anything about business and customer service. First of all, they didn't have me in their system and know that I was just there 2 months ago, then after I booked the appointment, they called back to say they needed to reschedule because they got it confused with a different day, so they are very unorganized. This was a big inconvenience considering I'm very busy making appointments with my job and had to reschedule with an important client. After they called back to reschedule, before we got off the phone, I was asked for my groupon voucher number which I said I couldn't view at the time but said I will bring it to my appointment. They said no, they have to have it before I get there, and they wanted my credit card number to pay for the services I already paid for with my groupon? I gave them the option to do the right thing or they will lose a loyal and local customer and they didn't care. I cancelled the appointment and got my groupon refund, but wanted to share with world that this place is not worth your time and money. Also, when I was there the first time in January, it was the worst massage I've ever gotten...so shame on me for coming back, but I learned my lesson. read more

We had an appointment scheduled for 3pm today but when we got there, the doors were locked and no one was there. Called but all we got was voice mail. Did not any phone calls or e-mail saying anything a out them closing early or to reschedule. We drove 30 min here to turn around and drive back. Very unprofessional! read more

Gave then 1 star only because I couldn't give them a zero Very disappointing. We had scheduled a couples massage 2 weeks in advance. Called twice to confirm. We showed up 30 minutes early (recommended is 15). Then the time for. Appointment came and no one said anything. Then about 10 minutes after the massage was to start they said they weren't ready because one of the therapist didn't get there in time and they weren't ready. We were told we had cut our massage short or not do the facial. Either way we were not going to get what we had paid for in advance. They offered to refund the cost of the massage we were going to miss. My explanation was we had planned this special event for our anniversary and had confirmed twice in advance. read more

Let me preface this that I have been getting facials for years. I was spoiled in college when I worked for a plastic surgery office and would get facials for free all the time. Sadly those days are over and I have to pay like the rest of the world. I've tried some of the Groupon offerings and I must say Evene Day Spa was a winner. Saadat did a fantastic job with my mircoderm and eyebrows that I came back and got a series. I never felt rushed and the results are great. Once my series is up I'll probably keep coming back just for the eyebrows and an occasional facial. read more

I have lived in Smyrna for 10 years and am looking for a massage parlor to use regularly. I used a groupon at this salon once in 2012 and recently purchased another to determine if this was my new salon of choice. I called to make the appointment and was denied since the groupon is for new clients only. My mistake, I didn't notice the wording. My issue is that is was 8 days since the groupon deal was for sale and the receptionist told me to contact groupon for a refund knowing that I'd be denied a refund due to the 7 day return policy. She just wanted to get me off the phone. You'd think they would like to have the same customer twice. Another salon in the area happily accepts groupons twice from the same customer and their service was better. Try Jade Salon. You won't be disappointed. read more

I have been a client at Evene Day Spa for over 7 years. I love the friendly attention and variety of services available at this day spa. The location is great, as well. I normally go for waxing but have definitely enjoyed their scrubs and facials from time to time. I booked a groupon ticket to try this place only to have the woman on the phone be rude to me. Where is the customer service, chick fil a has more than they do. I normally go to Spa Sydell and they are totally on top of it all and will place the customer FIRST!!! Evene spa should realize we are their real boss, because without us they would not have a business. They should at least take the first mile to make the guest happy. I was trying to save a little money and the joke was on me, in the future I will spend that extra money in an establishment that is deserving. Excellent spa- I've had facials and massages at Evene and have been very pleased with every visit. They do a great job of taking their time, making you feel very welcome and comfortable. I like the atmosphere and although it's in a shopping center, once you walk in you don't feel like that. Evene has very high quality products and I really like the Dermastart line, which is hard to find. Highly recommend! read more

I went here for eyelash extensions. I was having them applied for my wedding that was 2 weeks away. The lashes were so long that they touched my sunglasses. They did not look natural at all. They were very sparse and long, not full like I was hoping for. To top it all off, they only lasted 2 days! $225 for eyelash extensions that lasted 2 days. I called and left a message about my experience and NO ONE ever called me back. I did go somewhere else and paid to have them done again and they worked just fine.I would go here for eyelash extensions. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I purchased a groupon for a 60 minute couples massage. During my husband's and my session, my husband politely asked his therapist, Bella, for more pressure. She ignored him first and then replied that this was a light pressure massage. I understand that sometimes you get what you pay for, however there is still a level of customer service I expect. I spoke up and said that the voucher simply states a 60 minute couple's massage. She replied that she would show me the brochure afterwards and I said that would be fine. Afterwards, I showed her my voucher, which again said nothing regarding the type of massage or it being light pressure. The proper response would have been "I'm so sorry. We are looking at two different things. Let me get a manager for you." And all would have been fine. Bella rudely said "you don't know what you are talking about." I have never in my life had someone in customer service be so rude. Things got a little heated from there and I admit that I was upset however, I am absolutely appalled by how poorly Bella responded and handled the situation. Sadat, the manager, immediately stepped in. Sadat was wonderful and completely understood why I was upset. I am sure that 9 of 10 people have a wonderful experience here, especially if they have Sadat or Nicole, however Bella was so rude that I won't be back. read more

I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice relaxing couple's massage courtesy of a Groupon voucher I'd purchased, but unfortunately I was completely turned off by the poor (and downright rude) customer service I received just over the phone. After making an appointment and providing my voucher number, I called back a week later to simply provide an updated voucher number as a result of an additional promotion that Groupon offered me. I had the misfortune of speaking with someone (I believe her name is Rhonda) who gave me the third-degree as to why I had a new voucher number. After explaining to her (unnecessarily, in my opinion) that it was a result of an extended promotion, she then (after several more rounds of questions) uttered the seemingly judgmental statement that she couldn't believe I would "want another discount on top of the one they were already giving through the voucher". Lady, who cares why I am giving you a new voucher number??? It's MY voucher and MY business! Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment and decided to take my business elsewhere. Given the other reviews, I'm sure the massage therapists and other staff members are quite wonderful. Too bad my experience was ruined before I even got there:-( read more

Well Id like to start by saying this is the first review I have ever written. Its never been my thing to go on the internet and bash a business or waste time out of my day to do so. But this was probably the most fraudulent place I have ever been to. I bought a Groupon for 75$ to get a couples massage for me and my boyfriend. When we arrived I wanted to show them that I had the promotion and one of the receptionist informed me that the Groupon was only good during the weekdays not on the weekend. So I inquired about the actual cost of the massage since it really was my fault for not reading the fine print. She said well "We have a deal for first timers it will be 50$ a person". Well that was okay for me..That wasn't much of a cost difference and it was his birthday. After the massages I was ready to check out and the receptionist quoted "that will be 50$ for one and 65$ for the other. I asked what happened to the two 50$ massages. She said because he got a deep tissue is was going to be a little more. Well because I have gotten massages in the past I understood they could be a little more and my boyfriend used to play football so he really needed it. Perhaps she just mis-quoted earlier? As I stood there a bright idea came to mind, I thought what if they could redeem my Groupon for 75$ today and I just pay the difference so I won't be out of double the funds (past the return period for Groupon). The receptionist got the manager and she said "Im sorry but we cannot do this". I said okay??? The receptionist quoted me again "that will be 50$ for one and 65$ for the other". This time the manager was standing there and she said no its "50$ and 85$" So at this point I have lost patience for the whole establishment. She started to explain all these reasons why and pulled out the brochure etc. I wasn't even trying to hear what was being said because I was two seconds from calling the police and reporting this place. I proceeded to pay what she asked quietly. I even left 20% tip to both of the girls since it wasn't their fault their boss was up-selling me. Long story short, I cannot get a refund for the 75$ Groupon and I cashed out with Evene. Since we had the money we supported the little mom and pop business but I wouldn't go back to that place if they gave me lifetime of massages. God Bless the owner and your business in the future.
