The shop itself is very clean and bright with relaxing house music playing. If you're nervous about going to a typical tattoo parlor, definitely consider coming here! Jinx was lovely the whole way through and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsure in the process, and that was really reassuring as a tattoo newbie. Oz took our initial concept and elevated it into a true work of art. Not only is he a brilliant artist, but he's also a total professional and a fantastic communicator. He has an incredibly light hand, which made the long session much more comfortable than I expected. He checked in on us constantly, kept us laughing all day, and was even flexible enough to squeeze in a tiny, last-minute dinosaur! Parking: They are located in the Marietta Square, right next to The Local. I parked in the square, which is free parking. There is also a paid lot and a parking garage nearby if you happen to stop by during a super busy time. Reservations: I can't speak to making reservations as I did a walk-in appointment. I went on a Friday, about 40 minutes after they opened. My friend and I were the only ones there (that we saw) and a few people came in to ask questions about piercings (which they also do!). Vibe: The staff was super nice and attentive. The artist asked what I wanted and I sent him pictures of what I had in mind. He went to go do the sketch and came back shortly when it was done. He was so patient with me when I asked to see it in various forms and wasn't upset when I went with the original idea he had presented. While checking out I looked at the artwork for Ash Munn and decided to come back for a small tattoo to see how we could collaborate for a big piece I have wanted for a long time. I got a tiny matching tattoo with my husband and during the session I talked about what I was looking for in a back piece. Let me just say, she LISTENED and delivered! She captured all of the themes/elements/textures I wanted and wrapped them into a beautiful piece of artwork! all piercers here are amazing but the new apprentice lucas offered to give me a free tattoo while…read morehelping me pay for my nipple piercings. when i came to my first appointment he was 2 hours late without letting me know. on the second appointment he redid my stencil about 8 times because he was arguing about where he wanted to place it even though i told him exactly where i wanted the placement. Then he argued with his teacher about what needle sizes to use. The entire time he was grinding on my skin very aggressively with a paper towel, and i was bleeding a lot, which shouldn't have happened for the size and placement. he then started tracing my tattoo with white ink without asking me, and when i asked what he was doing and told him to stop, he refused and said "his boss told him to". then he kept going back over the same lines until i was in so much pain i had to ask him to stop 3 times. he kept going back over the lines after i had asked him to stop tattooing me saying "just let me finish this part". not only that but he dropped his towels on the ground and didn't change his gloves at least twice. my partner was there and saw the whole thing. even his teacher told him to stop arguing with me, and stop being so aggressive with me. he did not demonstrate this behavior before i denied his advances towards me when we were discussing the tattoo plans prior. when i sent a picture of the tattoo i wanted to have covered up (appropriately angled & cropped) and he said it was sexy, and kept demanding i send him different angles of the tattoo needing to be covered. then in both appointments he first told me i wasn't wearing enough clothes, and when i came back with a skirt (so that i wouldn't have to remove my pants entirely for the tattoo) he told me i had "too much fabric" and tried to convince me to take the skirt off.

She went in to use it today (*the Gc had a phone # on it, and she called and verified it had $100 on it). Long story short, the owner REFUSED to honor the GC, saying it was too old!
