I worked with Daniel and he never took more than 10 minutes to respond to an email. They printed my banner the same day I ordered it and shipped it same day as well. I received the banner less than 36 hours from ordering it! The best part happened when disaster struck! I realized the image I had sent him had a typo in it. It was 100 percent my fault for not catching the typo and Daniel was able to reprint for me at his cost and not charge me for shipping. Any other business would have charged me full price! Although I love the easiness and comfort level for picking up the banner (when it is ready!) which comes from past few months of experience with Event Step & Repeat, it is very frustrating that every time I make an order, it always has been me first who had to check back if the order was received correctly and whether the banner is ready to pick up. I almost had 5 orders with them, and EVERY time, I had to call them to check if they received my email. A day or two days later, I have to make another call again to see if banners are ready and most of times, it's been already printed and ready for pick-up. So, why don't they have any sort of automatic internal system where it can send out 'we received your order' or 'your banner is ready to pick-up' message? It is very frustrating because most of my banners are time-sensitive due to the event schedule and I can't just keep calling them in every hour to see when it will be ready. I just ordered two banners this morning and I have not received any response for 10 hours now. I just sent an email asking about my order, we will see if I can get response back tomorrow. I searched long and hard for an affordable LAST MINUTE banner of snowy mountains.. I finally found their website, and made an order. i immediately got a call, and they walked me through every step of the process, Explained why my image wouldn't look good, helped me find a correct one, showed me pre-made banners for me to choose, etc. I chose to drive down to pick it up and it was ready pretty much the next day! The warehouse location is easy to find, but their actually location is towards the back of that business park- even then no real problems there. On Wednesday afternoon, I uploaded all of my graphics, added my few comments of requests for the design, and submitted my order. Poor excuse of a business.. the customer service was horrible. When trying to obtain information on my step and repeat order the "manager" David/Daniel (I think it was David) was so quick to get the customer in the facility taken he would not take the correct steps to investigate the situation at hand. Why my request wasn't fulfilled for my banner, which was not scheduled for another 30 hours on 4/23/17. He was rude, argumentative and had no regard to find out about the work I was calling for. If one employee is not available why tell me how you are the manager in charge and can't do a job because you don't know how to print or find a template. I asked him multiple times to ensure I understood completely you are a print company and you are the manager in charge and can't not print, his reply is that "I don't know how to look up anything and I'm not going to throw my team under the bus so I don't know what to tell you I have other customers to take care of" really!!!! If you're in charge then you should be able to perform the tasks of your team, your paid more to do so. If one of the employees, Luke, tells me a paying customer he is able to get a template for a sweet 16 banner then why wouldn't you as a manger know what the process is. I had to frantically search for another business at the last minute that was willing to understand customer service and design something simple as happy Sweet 16 font and print it. Your "MANAGER DAVID" should be sent back to training class to learn how to speak to customers and be taught how to print in a printing company. This was the worst experience of customer service I've ever experienced in my LIFE!!! read more
