My business had a horrible experience with a transaction that involved my production manager. The customer service was inexcusable and we were looking at other vendors, too often businesses forget this area to retain customers. You are probably wondering why am I giving this business 5 stars. The process was easy and fast. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by Daniel the manager was horrible. He approved an order without my final approval and sent it to print and refused to correct the order. He then went on to say that he did not understand my approval that it was vague. If I was vague WHY WOULD YOU SEND A FILE TO PRINT? Needless to say he did not appreciate my potential 3 orders that I was ordering and refused to be correct the problem. Instead he quickly refunded my money with no regards to correct the error. Any company that believes they are above meeting customer expectations is a company I WILL NEVER SUPPORT! read more

Found this place online and was not only amazed at the prices but that it was a local company. I ordered my first two banners from them and was surprised at the two day turn around time."So many places take over a week" Once I went to pick up the banners, they allowed me to check them out before I left to make sure I was happy. I was so blown away with their quality. I took the banners back to my business when I had my display at. Set them up next to my Vista Print banner which was to be the center banner while Event Step & Repeat would be the banners that hung down on each side. Ran into a huge problem. The Event step and Repeat banners looked so great that it made my vista print banner look like pure Crap. Ordered another banner that night and was able to pick it up at noon the next day. I ordered a 16'W X 8'W fabric banner from Event Step and Repeat. The staff was very helpful when we were working on the proper file format. I had finally placed the order and decided to save time and money I would pick up the order the day before our event. When I arrived at the warehouse I was excited to see our banner printed. It was white washed, I had made an order for a black backdrop, and I got grey. Knowing that my event was the next day I figured I would take it to my partners to see if we would like to keep it. I informed Daniel that we might be calling back if we are not happy, he said that would be fine he would take care of everything. With that being said I felt comfortable leaving the warehouse with the banner. After reviewing the final product, we came to the conclusion that the banner wasn't printed properly and the results were not worth the money sent. When calling Daniel to inform him that we were not happy, we basically said to bad no reprint or refund. His attitude was very unprofessional, he would talk over us, and he was coming off very arrogant. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? read more

I contacted Daniel/Jina on Wednesday to get a step and repeat done for a fundraising event on Saturday evening. Daniel worked with me all day Thursday to finalize the step and repeat. And when I mean all day, I mean it literally. Every 10 minutes we were emailing back and forth (me with requests for revisions, him with updated proofs). So very professional, extremely responsive. We confirmed pickup in store on Saturday. On Saturday, it turned out there had been a goof and the package had been inadvertently shipped out. One of their employees drove to the shipping facility in Commerce to retrieve it for me. Then, there was a goof with the stand. But the owner stayed late to fix the problem. And today, they handled the mistakes with a sincere apology and have offered me a credit to compensate me for my lost time. Mistakes happen. It's how you handle the mistake that sets you apart from competition. Five stars for a company with EXCELLENT product (really, the quality is very, very good) and great customer service. i needed a backdrop and was in a super rush to get it but couldn't find any luck with a couple of other companies. i was referred to by a friend who told me they have a very quick turn around time and he wasn't lying! i received a proof from Susan less than 30 minutes after i submitted my inquiry. i felt bad since i did want some changes; she ended up making at least 6 different proofs for me. but once i confirmed and placed the order, i was able to pick it up the very next morning. the quality of the banner was excellent and everyone at my birthday event thought so as well. and you definitely cannot complain about the prices here. i think the first place i inquired at quoted me at $352 for JUST THE 8x8 BANNER!!!
