Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. Sandra is very professional with talking about the event you need help with and helping guide toward the right amount of people needed for an event. On Christmas Day we had a family party of 33 guests. We had 2 host helpers. Pedja covered the bar (set up and organizing, prepping for specific cocktails) and Jenny helped with food prep, cooking/heating, food service in general. They came at 2:30 for a 4:00 party. This took so much pressure off my husband and I. At 6:00 we served the guests soup then salad using their dinner plate as a charger. Afterwards, the guests served themselves dinner buffet style. We used china and sterling but opted for pretty gold rimmed plastic rather than cocktail and wine glasses. Pedja and Jenny were very professional servers. I honestly have no idea what people were choosing to drink but we heard only compliments. They had the kitchen in order, left overs in containers and all the serving dishes, china and utensils cleaned up by the time we were done with post dinner games and ready for dessert. They were spectacular!! They stayed until 10pm, a time we'd agreed would be best to wrap things up. We will use host helpers again!

    I have had the pleasure of working with Teri in two events. First my late bride and my home…read morewedding. Second, my present wife and my event facility wedding. Terri just is great to work with, listens well, organizes as much as we tolerated (my present wife and I are designer types, lol). We highly recommend her and her support, and will go to her when we do a recommitment party or any event. The first wedding/party, 2007, was not simple. Catering had to build a kitchen in our driveway, the house had to be cleared, the backyard and deck made into a romantic/party environment. A 5 piece band. LOTS of details, people and organization. Teri ran it perfectly. And my bride was ecstatic with the results and how much fun it was. She could have easily complained - not a peep of anything but satisfaction. Me also. The second, just this Feb 2022, was in a facility that did all the lighting and food and drink so Teri's job was more organization of the setup and flow of the ceremony and party. In a weird flip, the facility was wonderfully uncooperative in the sense - they would not let Terri manage the basics as they had a manager and staff that had been doing it 40 years about 10 times a week. Yet, Terri beautifully cooperated with them and let them do their well oiled system. Further she covered all the details of the process - in the face of my wife and friends of 35 years of partying - they were just wild (all about 65-80 years old). They just had a great time and were like herding cats to keep things organized. Again Terri accommodated the upsides of that, and managed the needed organization. After all we had a 5 hour block to fit all the activities into and she had us out the door with all our stuff and gifts on time, nothing lost. Sorry no scanned photos right now. I will dig them up!
