I'm so happy I finally got the chance to try Ever After Tearoom & Eatery! Ambiance: This place is super cute and a great spot to hang out with friends. I love that they're pet-friendly too. They even have little dog bowls with water at the entrance for your pups, and you can sit at the outdoor tables if they're not service animals. Inside is pretty spacious as well. Even though there aren't a ton of tables, it doesn't feel crowded and it's easy to move around without bumping into people. Service: Ordering is simple--you can order with the cashier or use their kiosk. Once you place your order, they give you a pager that lets you know when your food is ready. Quick and easy. Food/Dessert: They offer both hot meals and desserts like rice and noodle dishes, they also have items for your dogs as well so they can enjoy , but we mainly came for the dessert. Their shaved ice is what they're most known for and wow--it's so light, fluffy, and delicious. You can add different toppings, and the portion is pretty big so it's definitely shareable. My only small wish is that the toppings lasted a little longer because once they're gone, you're left with just the ice. Overall it was really delicious and such a cute place to visit. Inside decor was cute and you go up to a little kiosk near back to order yourself and then find a table. Shaved snow came up as a topic at a Yelp event, and it immediately brought back some nostalgia for me. Years ago, I used to take my daughter and her friends to Snow Station & Snow Monster in Westminster/GG when she was in high school. The space is cute and floral -- rose wallpaper, chandeliers, ivy accents...fast-casual ordering but with a charming (ok a bit girly) tea-room vibe. Varied menu too: plenty of food options, boba drinks, and multiple dessert variations. I ordered the mango carriage bingsu (their most popular). The menu says it serves 2-4. I was skeptical and alone...but challenge accepted. Yep, I finished it, and I was stuffed and a bit uncomfortable on the drive home. It's essentially a full meal disguised as dessert. Definitely shareable, though manageable if you're committed and a bit of a food-pig like me. The texture is light and airy, true shaved milky snow, not snow cone chunky ice. Fresh mango on top, sweet but not heavy. It comes with its own pudding layer, which was better than the extra crème brûlée, I added on the side (probably unnecessary). The ordering screen said up it could be up to a 30-60 minute wait during busy times. I went at 2:30 PM and it took maybe three minutes. So don't panic -- just ask how long, if you're short on time. Large front patio, dog-friendly, pleasant indoor seating. Probably not ideal for takeout since it would melt quickly but great do groups of friends or fam. I settled on the Crispy Chicken noodle soup with Satay broth. It was a chilly night and wanted a comforting soup. Ever After is a joint I've always been meaning to check out since it replaced Class 302 and I've never had a chance to actually sit down and have a meal. After having it for the first time, except for the admittedly somewhat inconvenient location for my other life schedule, it certainly is a contender to enter my rotation for fairly healthy and delicious affordable eating options, especially with the lunch specials, which is a decently portioned rice bowl that comes with a drink as well. I had the pork, which is a decent portion of fried pork, a refreshing kale salad over a bed of purple rice with a tea to wash it down. Absolutely delicious, healthy, and guilt free. There are some classic Taiwanese offerings like beef noodle soup and popcorn chicken I'll certainly want to try. One thing people have nostalgia for is the Class 302 shaved ice that seem to have made a return here that I'll certainly check out on a more indulgent place. In terms of the overall atmosphere, it's a very inviting space that just seems pleasant and clean to spend time in. This place needs to be talked about more. Came here on a Saturday evening and it was packed with people sitting both inside and outside. We ordered on the kiosk and since they had no buzzers left we sat down and waited to be called. It took about 20 mins to get our food. The beef noodle was humongous and super delicious. The noodles had a bite to them and the meat was super tender. The soup was also super flavorful. The basil fried rice was super unique with tons of stuff in it. I like how they use purple rice and you can defiantly taste the basil. The basil is not a light flavor so i wouldn't get it if you're not a huge fan of basil. The chicken pieces in it were also super soft. The popcorn chicken was very good. It was crispy and i was a bit skeptical about it considering they said they use white meat but it was also super tender and the batter was seasoned well. Finally the shaved ice. I expected a relaxing, peaceful and almost luxurious experience based on their name. I was very wrong. This is just a casual Taiwanese eatery. You place the order yourself at a kiosk, then tell the staff your number and he/she will give you a pager, Once your pager goes off, you go to the counter to collect your food and find a table inside or outside (in a courtyard shared with other restaurants in the same plaza) to eat. Then you return the tray and plates to a common area once you are done. The entire experience is very fast-food like and casual. I got Taiwanese beef noodle soup, It wasn't bad or exceptional. Today I got the beef noodle soup and Atlantic salmon Entree. The salmon didn't have too much seasoning it, but it was cooked nicely and tender. It comes with kale salad and a bit of fruits which makes the dish taste healthy! The beef noodle soup's broth is on the lighter side, but has a nice kick of minimal spice and the sour mustard veggies. Beef was also cooked really well, tender and not tough at all! It's topped with a light mocha brûlée and tiramisu and surrounded by strawberry bits. Digging the spoon into it is so satisfying because of how soft it is! I'm used to bingsoo being more icy, so this was very interesting, but I loved it! There was also more mocha brûlée layered inside, which I appreciated. The condensed milk and strawberry puree helped make the dessert more sweet and creamy- I might've added a bit more condensed milk if I could to make it even sweeter. However, it didn't really need it, it was great as is. The portion is huge! Three of us shared it, but it could definitely be shared amongst more. They have plenty of seating inside, and there's additional tables outside in the plaza as well. We tried the Skinny Princess and the Mango Carriage, and both were amazing in their own way Skinny Princess: Light, refreshing, and still satisfyingly creamy. It's their "guilt-free" option with sugar free strawberry syrup but doesn't sacrifice flavor. The texture of the shaved ice is so smooth it melts on your tongue, and the toppings gave just the right crunch and contrast. Would 100% get again on a lighter dessert day. Mango Carriage: A mango lover's dream! Tropical, juicy, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy. The mango drizzle and fresh fruit made it feel super vibrant and summery. If you're looking for something fruity and indulgent, this is it. The staff were also super sweet and happy to walk us through the menu. This a cute local spot that gives you the best of both worlds serving dessert and entrees. I will definitely have to come back to try their other foods. Ever After always felt like that perfect mix of comfort Taiwanese eats + lighter, healthier options, which is honestly not that easy to find. You can come here craving something indulgent like popcorn chicken, spicy beef noodle, or wonton noodle soup and still balance it out with something cleaner like oatmeal congee, wild purple fried rice or miso salmon with kale strawberry salad. Their miso salmon is one of our favorites. Super moist, really tender, and flavorful without being heavy. My toddler can literally finish a whole piece, which says a lot. And then the desserts... the snow cakes are HUGE. Like actually a sight to behold when they come out. Our go-to is the Skinny Princess. I love that it's low carb, completely sugar free, and you can sub oat milk to make it dairy free too. It's already naturally gluten free, which makes it even better. But what really impressed me is that it doesn't taste like you're giving anything up. The flavors are still on point. Sweet enough, satisfying, and just really thoughtfully done. Honestly feels like a very innovative dessert. Also have to mention that the owner is incredibly friendly and just genuinely warm. She's also a dog lover, which we appreciated so much. Our dogs have probably had some of their best meals here from the dog menu. Really sad to hear they're closing by the end of this week. I know they're consolidating some items into their sister location, Class 302 on Jamboree, but it does sound like some of these dishes might be going away. That honestly breaks my heart a little. Really hoping they reconsider and bring some of them back. This place will definitely be missed. read more

I am so impressed on how dog friendly this place is. There is even dog bowl available inside for drinking. The dessert menu is massive, I would say it's good for 3 people. Pup's menu is made with great quality and mine loves it so much. There is self service kiosk in addition to order by counter. The lady's owner is really helpful with recommendation.
