With the place being new it was packed and a line was starting to form outside the door. A lot of people take a long time because you can build your own bowl so they take forever to decide which causes the line. I wish their online ordering was at this location but maybe because it's newer they don't have the option yet. I think it will be a lot better if they do have online ordering because then people can think about what they want on their own time. The texture of the açaí is a lot thicker so it's more like ice cream. And we also go the glow up smoothie which was good but I think $11 for a large is a bit steep. We will maybe go back when the hype has died down to try build our own bowl next time. My husband and I were saying it's a subway for açaí bowls. read more

I just got my nails done next door at Nail pika so I thought oh let me try something since there's no line. The menu is extensive, a little complicated for me lol. So I went with a simple evergreen smoothie and a signature bowl, the nutty butty. It's kinda cramped in there so I took it home. At home it was surprisingly still very cold! I tried a spoonful of the smoothie and it was very good, I like that it wasn't too sweet. I saved the rest for my son. I intended to eat only half of the regular sized nutty butty bowl but omg it was so good! I ate it all! I don't know what that vanilla base was??!! Looking at it I thought it was yogurt but it's not. The texture is hard to describe. Not dense like ice cream, yet very creamy and fluffy and frosty. I had to look it up. Whatever it is I don't think it's healthy haha. Perfect treat for a hot summer day. Conveniently located on the outside shops (Foodland side) of Kamakana Ali'i Mall. We decided to try it out after seeing an advertisement on a sign located in the mall area. If you sign up for their app and purchase a bowl your next one is free. Line was long, but it moved quickly. I got the Everbowl. I found the texture of the açaí unique; it isn't like most açaí it has an almost like sticky texture and sweeter like maybe honey is mixed into the açaí. I'm not sure. We came here maybe 2-3 months after they opened and the service was so bad and didn't feel welcoming at all. And just recently I thought i would give it a second chance boy was i wrong.. the service is just as bad maybe even more now. I walked in and wanted to get a drink for my kids and I. Right when you walk in the workers just look at you not even saying hi or nothing! Mind you there was only one customer that was sitting down and 3 workers standing there doing nothing. It took like 5 minutes for one of them to actually look me in the eyes and walk over and see what we wanted to order. Behind us there was 3 people and the lady literally had to say " um hello?? Im ready to order". Obviously if someone is standing in line you should ask if they need help or if they're ready. This just shows you cant hire just anyone for the job. I really wanted to like this place but customer service is the main thing! Even my 6 year old daughter felt uncomfortable in there with the workers just standing behind the counter not giving a friendly vibe.. it actually felt like we weren't welcomed and a burden. Before I knew it, there was a long line behind me in addition to those already waiting for their bowls. For some reason placing the bases and already prepared toppings together takes a long time. We waited 20+ minutes! I ordered the Mango Majic. It was good but honestly would have been better without the creamy blue spirulina in the bottom. The texture didn't seem to pair with the bowl. When my party and another group walked in (the shop was about half full), all four staff members were busy prepping bowls. A simple greeting or a quick acknowledgment--like "we'll be right with you"--would've gone a long way. It felt like a missed opportunity for basic customer engagement. Went to everbowl when it opened and still continue to go! I love acai bowls and frequent different establishments, depending what I want. Everbowl worked out its kinks when they first opened till now. I go inside and order online via their app and yes sometimes there are inconsistencies however, I do take into consideration the new team members I see when I go there. No problem, they correct it. But compared to other everbowls in the mainland that I've been to, this one is the bomb. It's ratio with toppings and acai is equally matched. Me, I order extra granola and peanut butter on mines. I've tried others and not my cup of tea but it was tasty and same ratio is great. The charge is aligned with other places that I frequent and more than some other places that I have visited and never went back like that one particular establishment at Kapolei Commons next to my credit union. Poorly Organized Opening - Disappointing Experience I showed up an hour early for the grand opening, where they were offering free acaí bowls to the first 300 people. I was about 20th in line, but due to poor organization and lack of crowd control, over 60 people ended up in front of me by opening time. Several people who seemed close to the owner let their friends, neighbors, and entire families cut the line. While a couple of close friends or family would be understandable, this was excessive and unfair to those of us who waited patiently. We were also pressured to leave a review before even trying the product, which felt disingenuous. After a long wait, I finally got my bowl; missing blueberries, likely due to a trainee's mistake. The acai was fresh and visually appealing but overly sweet for my taste. Kids might enjoy it, and the price is slightly lower than nearby spots. Will I return? I live walking distance but probably not. The unprofessional handling of the crowd and favoritism shown left a negative impression. We cannot get enough of everbowl! Located on the backside of Ka Makana Ali'i mall, it's really easy to get to. Their refreshing options makes it the best place to get a quick cold treat. Their bowls are something we've never had before because all of their bases have a consistency of sorbet and not a smoothie so it holds everything well. They have so many great options to choose from and you can even build your own bowl or smoothie. Their portion size is really big so definitely something you can share :) just a heads up that their bases are very light and subtle so not super sweet or acidic so if you want that extra bite of sharpness consider adding pineapple. Everyone there is nice and helpful. There's not too much big seating but they do have a few tables with two seats, a large table upon entrance, and a bar stool high table. read more

Visited on 6/10/25, 2:59pm. I was excited to try the bowls here. They are the best açaí bowls I have eaten. The prices are great as well. The staff was off for me. They weren't exactly rude, but I couldn't help to notice they enthusiastically thanked two families who left prior to us. They didn't bother to thank us as we walked out, so my son thanked them instead. Not much of a reaction from the employee as he did. We weren't rude at all and ate very quietly. My son even tipped the cashier. I can't figure out why we weren't thanked. Don't want to make it an appearance issue. But the two groups before us did appear to look different from us. Just speaking on my own personal experience. The bowls taste great and I imagine that business is great here and will continue to do great especially with summer coming up. Groups appeared to be enjoying themselves as they enjoyed their bowls. I plan to return with my husband, as I think he will love the açaí bowls here, but from now on I will order my bowls to go.
