We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.

Tyler was great! He answered my call at 3P on a Saturday when many appliance shops are closed. I…read moretold him my problem (water leaking from the back of my fridge) and he immediately described all of the possible causes, and quoted me a labor cost over the phone. He arrived an hour later as promised and after taking a back panel off of the fridge he was able to spot the problem in less than a couple minutes... it was exactly what he had told me the most likely problem was, an invisible pin hole leak in a water feed tube. He went to Home Depot to get a replacement hose... of course the OEM hose had proprietary nubs on each end of the hose so he bought a generic hose and retrofitted the proprietary ends onto the generic hose ends. No need to order an OEM hose and put up with a water leak until it arrives. That solved the immediate problem, and in testing to make sure there were no new leaks from the replaced hose, he saw that the water filter housing was also starting to leak into an evaporator pan. He helped me order the correct part and now we are waiting for it to ship. I've had good luck with all the appliance repair people I have used, but Tyler really goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction and is very appreciative of my business. When I need service in the future he is the first I will call.

By 945 I hadn't heard anything and called to see when about they would be there. The best that I got was before 11 o'clock. Asked if she would call the tech. She was extremely rude but did it. Then she picks back up and tells me he said before 11 o'clock wow. I cancelled the appointment. If I'm getting attitudes before they even show up 9 times Out of ten it's bad news.

The tech came out and tried to fix the old dryer, but it was unfixable. So he proceeded to install the new one (I had two dryers sitting as a result of the fiasco).
