This locally owned nursery is amazing! I've driven past here about five different times and each time I keep telling myself to stop and literally smell the roses. Well, I finally did that yesterday and I'm so glad I did. This nursery has everything from outdoor plants to indoor plants, tons of flower options, a large selection of succulents, trees, both fruit tree and evergreen, and even an ugly plant section for the budget conscience gardener. The staff here is super knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions you have. They have a large selection of pots and other garden decorations, including a life-size metal cut out a big foot and 6 foot tall mushrooms. I will definitely be back to get more houseplants and to enjoy the calm vibes of the Evergreen Garden Center.

Far from me so I don't go too often but when I do it's a treat and always leave with something! The people running this place are knowledgeable and friendly- always willing to help and give you all the tips you need for your new plants. The selection is plentiful and lots of ceramic pots to choose from. Their Japanese maples are priced reasonably compared to other nurseries. Love to just walk around with a coffee and soak in all the Greenery. I recommend coming here for your landscaping and plant needs or if you feel like being inspired.

Brought my wife here for some bday shopping and we both had a great time. There were a lot of options depending on the kind of plants you were looking for. They had a "needs some extra love" area and I fell for a ruby rubber plant there which is the first plant I've ever bought for myself - and it's doing well! My wife unsurprisingly found several plants and planter things to take home, and she was very happy I made her come here. The prices seemed very reasonable compared with the boutique prices we're used to. We will be back!

I was shopping for a 6 inch pot for my money tree plant. Excellent customer service provided by the whole staff to include drilling a hole for drainage & being recognized as a veteran with a military discount making my purchase very cost effective. I highly recommend Evergreen Garden Center for all gardening projects.

They have a good variety of different trees and plants. Prices are about average. I will say if your looking for vegetable plants for your garden, there selection is small. This is more for decorative planting or trees.

Let's just star off by saying I've been back 3 times this past week and a half. Lol! They have been getting the "hard to find at an affordable price and I'd rather not order online to wait for shipping" plants. haven't had to drive to LA for more uncommon houseplants in 2 months because of evergreen in Clovis. Thanks for fulfilling my plant buying cravings lol. If you're ever unsure about what's in stock or prices, don't hesitate to give them a call. The employees here are so nice and helpful! They built a greenhouse on their patio for houseplants which is super nice and aesthetic to the "plant parent" eye. they have a huge assortment of succulents and cacti as well available in different size pots. Don't forget about their discounted plants section! I've been able to save the ones I've purchased from that section. They just need some extra tlc. If you haven't followed them on iG, I highly suggest you do! They upload new plants when they get them in. And you don't want to miss out! They go fast sometimes!

The dude and I came here on 10/16/21 as I enjoy creating a beautiful garden and wanting to add small decorations or more flowers for my garden. We arrived around opening and there was already so many people there! Parking is very easy to find. Make sure you enter on "Enter" ant not "Exit". They have beautiful decor EVERYWHERE from small structures, cool shapes, tables or even vintage patio sets. I really loved the decorations. As you explore this large grounds they even have a pond you can enjoy . The dude and I couldn't get enough and they had Coy fish too! They had small citrus trees growing in containers, Lilly pads, flowers of all shapes, colors and sizes, trees, herbs and so much more! It took us about an 1 hour or more to explore and I don't think we covered everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly and they even had Day of the Dead flowers out too! They have an indoor shop as well you can find seeds and other gardening tools as well. This place was very well organized, beautiful and spacious!! I can't get enough of this place. Hoping to come back seasonally as I need more flowers for my garden! And decorations!! I highly recommend this place 100% very affordable and stylish items!

I stumbled upon this plant nursery by chance and immediately fell in love! They have such an amazing variety of plants and herbs. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and they have the best prices I've found in Fresno. They are worth the 30-minute drive for me! I've included pictures of the beautiful rose bush I just bought today.

Ask the Community - Evergreen Garden Center

Do you have insect nets for trees to prevent bees from pollinating? Also, do you have specialists who go to houses? I have some fruit trees that I have questions about.

    No we don't … sorry

What are the current price points for succulents? Any aloe? Thanks!

Most succulents are 2.99 for a 2inch pot 4.99 for a 4 inch pot. We have 6 inch aloe for 14.95 and some 4" aloe should arrive sometime on Friday.

    Do you have gift cards?

We sure do! Any amount. No expiration date.

I came here looking for a lemon tree and some bougainvillea plants. Their variety of citrus plants they have here is amazing. Everything from orange trees to lemon trees and grapefruit to kumquats. I purchased a dwarf pink lemon tree, which I didn't even know existed. Supposedly, these lemons are yellow with greenish stripes on the outside with pink flesh on the inside, but still have that classic lemon taste. I didn't purchase any bougainvillea plants this time around, because of the lack space of my car, but there is a gorgeous selection of bougainvillea plants in every color and variety here. I also purchased an aloe plant that they had on sale, marked down to $24.99 from $50! If you're looking for succulents their selection is a little on the small side, but they do have a ton of tradition outdoor cacti and large palms as well. Beyond plants, they carry every sort of gardening, tool, soil, and outdoor decor you could ever need for your house. During my visit here, everything on the grounds was 10% off because they were celebrating their 10-year anniversary. Im so happy to see a local business thrive and I hope they're here for another 10+ years!

This time I went, utaking a couple of friends for a birthday celebration. We or rather I treated them to the potting bar Situation. With a small party of under six people, we could do a walk-in event and not have to make an appointment. For parties of six or greater it's best to get a reservation and have a set time. The vertical garden had a number of tables dotted around their facility. They've changed their set up slightly so that they have a number of garden rooms. This creates a feeling of intimacy while you're crafting in your event. For the base price of I believe it's $35 you receive the potting soil, the event, toppings of small pebbles, regular moss. You pick whatever succulents you want to include in your potting after you choose the size of container which you want to purchase The Succulents and the container cost are add-ons. You might want to do a ferry garden and have figurines and they have many different choices from which to select and purchase. The staff member explains everything to you and then you go to town. You can take as short or as long as you wish. My friend who was celebrating her birthday, had an absolute ball. We had many many varieties of succulents to choose from; it was a fun and relaxing day in early spring. There's enough shade cover to make it very pleasant and accommodating, and they have water available. What really makes it great is that they have lots of different arrangements on the walls and on the side bars so that you can Walk around the gardening center and see examples of some things you might like to create. This is a fun and unique experience for those who are interested in gardening and want a special event that's fairly affordable. Your gardening buddies will have a pleasant relaxing morning or afternoon. All in all an excellent experience and we all came home with something unique and beautiful.
