I contacted Ramirez Landscaping sent them a video of the problem and they offered to come out right away giving me a quote over the phone. Daniel came out identified the problem, dug it up I gave him some assistance and he fixed the issue in about an hour sticking to the original quote. Joel met with me, listened to me and assured me he could fix it. He and his helper did just that.
