Despite being airport food this place is decent. Price is higher than outside of the airport but the price tag suits the area. After a day of traveling and unhealthy food Evergreens is a good option. The veggies are fresh and crisp. You have the choice to make your own or pick a menu item with toppings all thought out. We opted for a menu item but tweaked to our preferences. Add the chicken, take out this, add that and put the dressing on the side. The server was patient and made suggestions which helped adjust options. We were upsold to add on those yummy cookies and chips. The salad made for a healthy substantial meal that is shareable. If ever flying through again will definitely eat here again!

    Steaks on a plane

Had a great experience at Evergreens, conveniently located inside the Seattle airport. I was looking for something quick but healthy before my flight, and this place checked all the boxes. They open early and offer breakfast options, which is a big plus for early travelers. The menu is posted clearly on the wall--super easy to read and navigate, even if you're in a rush. I ordered the cleverly named "Steaks on a Plane" salad from the breakfast menu. It was a great combo of quinoa, steak, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Fresh, filling, and flavorful without feeling heavy. I also appreciated that the staff asked how much dressing I wanted--not too much, just the way I like it. The person making my salad was clearly new, but they were super careful--checking the recipe card and getting help from coworkers when needed. I actually really respected that--they wanted to get it right. Also loved that everything is served to-go with disposable cups and lids--super convenient when you're catching a flight. Friendly staff, healthy options, and efficient service--I'll definitely be back the next time I'm at SEA!

Can't think of a better spot to hit before a flight. Clean, super high quality ingredients and a nice staff. Had one of their breakfast bowls which kept me nourished on my 4 hr flight but didn't make me feel sloth-y either. Love the compostable everything and the good team. I've had their regular non-breakfast bowls and they're excellent too. I do want to try one of their wraps next time.

I had a six hour layover here at Seattle Airport so I had to get some lunch. I went here for lunch and the food is amazing. They have a preset menu, but you can customize your whole order with whatever vegetables and sauces as you'd like. You can also substitute some items for different item. I really like how you are able to do that because not everybody likes the same thing. The rice is nice and warm. Fresh tomatoes. Good and tender chicken. Highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for a quick meal. They have a variety of options suitable for everyone!

Rarely are you able to find airport food as good as the food offered at Evergreens. During my brief layover at SEA, I tried to stop by the American Express Centurion Lounge, but was denied access because the lounge was at capacity. Looking around at the food options nearby, Evergreens seemed to be the most popular option amongst Yelpers. The spot gave me Chipotle vibes, but with healthier, lighter options. For around $20 a bowl, it's the pricing you'd expect at the airport. When I stopped by during lunch hour, there was only a short line at Evergreens. Typically when there's no line or a short line, that's because 1) the establishment is not particularly good, or 2) the establishment is super efficient. Fortunately with Evergreens, it was the latter. Evergreens is fast and efficient with putting together their bowls, wraps and salads. I ordered their "Chimi Fallon", their chimichurri chicken bowl with avocado, jasmine rice, roasted sweet potato, crispy jalapeños, crushed pineapple, black beans, red bell pepper, and cilantro, and the bowl was ready in less than a minute. Overall, the bowl tasted really good! The chicken was flavorful and tender, the roasted sweet potato had a great texture and was perfect in its sweetness, the avocado was ripe and creamy, and the red bell peppers and crispy jalapeños provided the crunch the bowl needed. If you find yourself spending time in this area of the airport, I highly recommend grabbing Evergreens for lunch.

Value for money: 3 Cleanliness: 4 Food Quality: 5 Customer Service: 5 Look and Feel (Ambiance): 4 Thank you, Come Again?: 4 Evergreens at Sea-Tac Airport is a good option if you're looking for something fresh and healthy before your flight. I ordered the Kale Caesar Salad, which came with a mix of kale and romaine, grape tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan cheese slices. The veggies were crisp and flavorful, and the salad overall was tasty and satisfying. That said, the price tag gave me pause--$14 for a salad feels steep, but I suppose that's standard airport pricing these days. Still, it's nice to have a nutritious option that doesn't feel like typical grab-and-go that's been sitting in the fridge and drying up. Overall, if you're craving greens and don't mind the premium, Evergreens delivers on freshness and flavor.

Got Evergreens for lunch while I was at the airport. The line was pretty busy to order but it went by fast and I didn't have to wait that long. I ordered the Buff Said Wrap with the peppercorn ranch and hot sauce on the side. The peppercorn ranch was good and I am normally not a ranch fan. The ranch went well with the wrap. I wasn't a fan of the hot sauce - it was sweet and too vinegary. Would skip the hot sauce next time and just ask for the sriracha. The filling was packed with chicken, ancient grains, romaine, celery, crispy jalapeño (loved the crunch), pepperoncini, and Tillamook white cheddar. The wrap was pretty big and I ended up eating 75% of it. Definitely filled me up and I wasn't even bloated from eating it. Would highly recommend!

I probably had one of the best salads here. I ordered their Seasonal salad, The Spice is Right. It has greens, grains, chimichurri sauce, feta and sweet potatoes. I didn't add any meat and it was very filling. The line was long but their service is fast. I wish I had known about this place sooner.

Good build your own salad, but definitely pricey. I didn't opt for any of the classic ones since none of the combos seemed to entice me too much. However, you can choose to build your own with all the ingredients you want. I really liked the chimichurri chicken and the cilantro dressing! The bowl came out to around $20 which I think is a little overkill for a salad but it's a healthy option if you want to feel good before your flight.

I think this place has some of the better food options at SeaTac, with plenty of fresh and healthy options. And they are *fast*! Don't be daunted by the line when you arrive; they get through it fast. That said, because they are generally slammed much of the day, people behind the counter can be a bit curt and seemingly unfriendly (but I think of it being more curtness than unfriendliness). My last visit, I ordered their Jalapeño Business Warm Bowl. It was tasty and mildly spicy. All of the ingredients, including the avacado, seemed really fresh. I was able to eat part of the meal while waiting to board and the rest on the plane.

I discovered Evergreens earlier on my trip to Seattle and was happy to discover they have a prominent location at the airport so I could enjoy it one last time before leaving! They have very friendly staff and quick service at this location, and it's a healthy and tasty option for lunch or dinner.

    Breakfast menu

Stopped by Evergreen inside the airport and was genuinely surprised by how solid the experience was. The food exceeded expectations for an airport option, especially since it was my first time trying it. What really stood out was the efficiency. There's a QR code that lets you order ahead, which I made note of since I fly out of this airport often and am usually short on time. That feature alone makes this spot far more convenient than most nearby options. I ordered to-go and ate the meal on the plane, and it held up well and still tasted fresh. Portions were reasonable and the quality felt consistent. Service was fine but nothing particularly memorable, but no issues either. Overall, the operation felt organized and clearly designed for travelers on tight schedules. This is one of the few airport food spots I'd actually plan around next time. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendliness: Yes Would I Return: Yes JY review

    Cauli salad
    Kaitlin C.

5 stars for airport food! They have a great selection of pre-built salads, wraps, bowls, as well as build your own options. There was no line and it only took a few minutes to get my salad. I ordered the Cauli pre-built option for $14. I was starving and this salad did not disappoint. Roasted sweet potatoes, cauliflower, lots of greens, and dressing. So delish! Can't wait to get this again at one of their other locations.

I made the difficult choice and settled on Fish Tacos, Mac 'n Cheese bites and the Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad. Portion size was good, definitely had leftovers for the next day. The food was great, the salads were fresh and didn't feel like they were scooped from store bought tubs. The fish tacos were really tasty and I really like the corn tortillas. I like that the Mac salad had black olives in it, better than the salad down at Marination! That was not really an option after getting off a cruise with a 4 hour wait for our flight - so airport food it was. Gah. Seattle airport is way too crowded. But I found this little gem tucked away outside Terminal B, and it turned out to be a pretty great, albeit expensive, lunch. It is a little tricky to find. You have to take an elevator up to the second floor, but once you get there, it is worth the effort. Our server was T, Tee, Tea? I honestly have no idea how he spells it, but he was enthusiastic, friendly and quick with recommendations. He suggested adding avocado to our club sandwich, and that was a GREAT call. We also asked to substitute onion rings for the fries for an upcharge. He forgot, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the regular fries are AWESOME. Seriously, don't mess with them. The club sandwich and fries were easily enough food for two people. The damage? About $30 with tip. For airport food, that still feels painful, but at least this was actually GOOD. And there is another reason to seek this place out. My husband is a private pilot, so he was completely entertained by the fact that you can sit at the counter and watch planes take off from a level above the ground. Honestly, that may have been the best part. Great little spot, especially if you need to escape the madness of the main terminal for a while.

After climbing the stairs it was open seating, the bar seats faced into the bar not overlooking terminal or airfield. I opted for a view of the airfield, little did I realize this was family seating. After reviewing the menu again I decided on the LOAD BAKED POTATO SOUP and a hard cider from a local Puget Sound brewery. The service was fast to drop a glass of ice water, a since the A/C in terminal wasn't working the water was good to start. The soup arrived fast, but I was shocked when they didn't offer crackers or bread to accompany it! Before I could start eating I had to request/wait for a clean spoon as I don't like food caked my tea spoon (they don't have soup spoons). The cool (Not Ice cold) hard cider was served in a can, or served with frozen mug. What is hard to swallow was the 225% markup on the hard cider. The atmosphere/decor was pretty easy going. I'll remember next time to find a place to eat where kids don't run freely. Sorry, I forgot to get photos to present to you all. Overall, they could probably do some seating upgrades for the bar and family seating areas.

The ambiance was nice for sitting or even carry out with great service, The food was prepared fast but I would say it your 100 authentic Vietnamese resturant since it in an airport but the pho was so good Rib eye steak pho $23.99 5/5 - The bowl was big, me and my mom share a bowl and we were super full. The broth was full of flavor and a great amount of rib eyes steak; there was not much protien choice topping like typical pho but make sense since it in airport who have time for all that option. Fresh Limeade $7.95 4/5- So delicious but i think the price is pretty high for the size that you get but it was so good a bit too sweet would have been nice if they offer mint in it. Will defnitly come back went in seattle airport

Overall 3 Stars…read more Located in SEATAC on Concourse N, this quick service has limited selection of Vietnamese food. Ambiance: 3.5 Stars Convenient, clean, and well lit. About twenty tables with chairs and benches including a small bar. Also, includes a grab-n-go sections for bottles drinks, salads, Asian noodles, etc. You can order at the front counter or use a kiosk for quicker food selection. Staff: 3.25 Stars pleasant, professional and friendly. Brought our food out quickly. Food: 3.25 stars We ordered the Pork Banh Mi.$16.99 - this is airport price. You pay because you have too. It would be $10 sandwich anywhere else. The sandwich is a footlong. It was ok. The pork was marinated with Vietnamese sauce making it very flavorful and the veggies were fresh. However, the veggies lacked the pickled flavor and it had very little Siracha Mayo. It needed more. Also, the Pate' was missing too. The breach itself was light, airy, and crunchy but was slightly dry and hard in certain areas. We didn't get the Pho but it looked good and large bowl.
