We stopped by PF Chang's for lunch at SeaTac during a recent layover and it was a good experience. The restaurant is located towards the end of the 'N' concourse, up an escalator and adjacent to the Alaska lounge. We checked in with the host, who was a bit cold/apathetic initially and were seated shortly after. We had requested a seat by the window but she had mentioned the section was closed and instead lead us to a table by the kitchen. We sat down briefly and then ended up moving to a different table after asking & checking in with another staff member. The restaurant is spacious with a large bar area and plenty of seating. The menu has several options for appetizers, entrees and sides. I will say the pricing is a bit steep and this is likely due to the airport location. We ordered a few items to share including edamame, pan-fried shrimp dumplings, crispy honey shrimp, and lo mein. I will say the food and portions were great, and better than expected. We were able to enjoy the meal and finish the dishes we ordered. Customer service at PF Chang's was pleasant and efficient. I can't remember the name of the server that helped us, but he was kind and attentive. We had requested a few items like hot sauce and extra napkins and he was responsive and quick to assist. In Aug of 2026, Me and the wife were traveling through Seattle and had a few hours layover during dinner time. We noticed PF Chang's at the Airport and gave it a try verses any fast food chain. The Food and service was outstanding , seasoned well, plenty of portions and served hot. The waiter was on his game and was prompt with the intial welcome and food presentation. Reasonable pricing especially for an Airport. Very nice atmosphere. Seating was comfortable, lighting just right and everything just flowed. We chose the orange chicken and an order of combination Shrimp and chicken fried rice. It was delicious. We would definitely eat there again should we pass through Seattle again. I'd never tried PF Chang's before, but had some time before an oddly timed flight in the evening so popped in for an early dinner. Unfortunately, this meal dropped me over 80 dollars for two people's worth of incredibly sad food. Maybe PF Chang's outside of an airport is better, but you should just get the Wendy's or Beecher's Cheese that are available in this terminal instead. Both the Orange Chicken and the Crispy Honey Shrimp were not fresh - they were lukewarm and instead of being crunchy, had softened due to being left out. There is also wayyy too much dredge on both, so the ratio of protein is much too low. The sauces were also INSANELY sweet and that's coming from someone who loves a good sweet x salty flavor profile. Fried rice was pretty sad too; highkey even Panda Express has a better version. Calling their dessert a Chocolate Soufflé is frankly a crime. It's a sad, cold brownie that isn't even fudgy in the middle with a super artificial cherry sauce. The mid vanilla ice cream was the best part of the dessert. If you're at the North Sattellite when you visit SeaTac airport andwant to enjoy PF Chang's it's upstairs but also ADS accessible. We had one of my favorites,the Honey Garlic Chicken along with the Sweet & Sour Chicken, too. PF Chang's used to be downtown Seattle at Westlake Mall but has been gone a long time now. I used to eat there for lunch once a week so was sad when they left town and closed. This location at SeaTac was just liks the good old days downtown. "SKy High just like the airplane" I absolutely love PF Chang's, it is one of my favorite restaurants. This location is inside of the Seattle Airport upstairs and it is extremely expensive. Kung Pao Shrimp, upgraded to fried rice instead of white rice, ribs and two sodas. Our total cost was very expensive for the amount of food but when you are at the airport you already know it will be expensive. It was flavorful but not plentiful. All of their entrees are designed as shared but it seems with the cost of food increasing the food price is increasing and the quantity is decreasing. I was seated right away and loved that this spot is on an upper floor, I think a lot of travelers miss it since it's tucked away up there. I was greeted by Missy, who was so friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. After a long stretch of work travel, I was definitely dehydrated, and she made sure my water glass was never empty; such a small thing, but it made a big difference! My coworkers and I were getting hangry after our flight was delayed a second time so my coworker suggested we eat at PF Chang's since it was close to our gate. We walk upstairs and are greeted at seated immediately. Our waiter comes and brings menus. We asked for water with lemon and he asked if we wanted our water now or with our meal we asked for it then. That's were the service went downhill expeditiously. We never received our water until midway through our meal as someone else delivered our food to our table. We ordered BBQ pork spare ribs for our appetizer and for our entrees we ordered Chicken & Broccoli, Sesame Chicken and Lo Mein noodles. Our food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. After we were done eating when we finally saw our waiter again we had to flag him down as he never checked on us to get our check as our gate was getting ready to board shortly. We waiting another 15 mins on our check and we were starting to become annoyed because our flight was getting ready to board at this point , luckily PF Chang's was right next to our gate, but still this is ridiculous. We pay for our food and best feet out of there. The restaurant is decorated nicely and there is plenty of dining and bar seating available. I had extra time to kill between flights and my husband suggested I go upstairs and get a filling meal from PFC... so that's what it did! You have the option to order take out from a window or be seated and I chose the latter. It wasn't very busy when I arrived and went for the sweet & sour chicken after the server told me the Pad Thai serves 2-4 people. I was hungry, but not that hungry. Portions are huge and the quality of the food was above average for airport. The Singapore noodles was decent but probably could have used a bit more protein in it. The spicy chicken was a lot of food and could feed a family. The space is gorgeous with a great view of the terminal as well as outside. But service can be slow at times, as the servers have to cover a large area. Overall, a good choice for the North Satellite. read more

Love me some P.F. Chang's! I'm so happy we still have one in the Seattle area, even if you have to go all the way to SEA Airport--and have a ticket to get through security--to enjoy it! Located at the Seattle Airport, there are just so many choices as to where to enjoy a snack or meal. We chose P.F. Chang's and turned out to be a great decision. We were seated high above the main concourse upstairs. Lovely view of Alaskan Airlines at the gates with a clear view of flights taking off. Clear glass windows, floor to ceiling. Multiple runways meant there was a lot to watch and enjoy. We ordered their won ton soup and then shared an order of Kung Pau chicken, no peanuts. The soup was served first and was especially, and unexpectedly delicious. I do love my won ton soup but was quite taken aback, as I really didn't expect much but the broth was so full flavored, tons of chicken, shrimp and small won tons. Served us three well and we all had our fill. The Kung Pau was spicy, looked delicious and didn't disappoint. White rice came with the order and quickly disappeared as really completed the spicy meal. The waitress here was very friendly and attentive. We were enjoying our time there and never felt rushed. Not sure why this place has a low rating. I ate here at my layover in SeaTac, and we dined in. We got seated by the ledge where we could overlook the main area where there was a live singer playing. We could also see the planes come in. Our server was friendly and I asked him whether to get the kungpao chicken or the season chicken. He recommended the sesame chicken which had some broccoli and red bell peppers. I'm glad I got the sesame chicken cause it was so flavorful and it was crispy. Server said pad Thai was the most popular. But honestly it was just mid. The noodles were too al dente. It lacked flavor. The positive is they don't skim on the protein when we ordered our combo. I left more than half of it. My friend ordered the fried rice and that had little seasoning. No garlic per his allergy. The orange chicken looked good. Although my friend was allergic to garlic, so he couldn't eat it. I'd said, if he mentions an allergy for one plate as a server I'd be inclined to ask about all plates. One of my favorite spots for American-Chinese food, and I always love the one at SeaTac. I travel through here often and always look forward to this stop. It's at the top of the N Gates, right near the Alaska Lounge. It's a beautiful area, tucked up and away. It's always calm and quiet and the seating beautiful, overlooking the terminal on one side and the runways on the other. The staff is always warm and welcoming as well. They'll accommodate any seating requests whenever possible. They have a fantastic and varied menu. I always tell myself I'll get something different next time... they even have a light menu for those watching their calorie intake... but I always get the same delicious thing. Chicken lettuce wraps and I side of steamed broccoli. The food is always hot, fresh and consistent. Best of all, it's FAST. Nothing worse than slow airport food when you have a flight to catch. Honestly everything about this spot, from the food to the staff to the aesthetic to the vibe is top notch for me as far as airport food goes. However, I'm in the airport in Seattle in the international terminal and saw the high ratings and had to give it a try. So glad that I did! This location is a lovely escape in the airport. My food came out so fast, which is great when you're in a hurry at the airport, I didn't feel crowded and I was able to see right away. My food was great. I ordered the beef and broccoli so I wanted to make sure I had some veggies. The food is pricey since there is a mark up for being in the airport. It was $28 for the entrée. You'll find this location on the second floor on your way to the Alaska lounge just take the escalator by tender, loving empire. I will for sure be back.
