Just want to share my recent experience with them. They helped me move my 1+ bed room furnitures. Generally speaking, I felt pretty disappointed. 1) The moving was done so inefficient, it took them 5 hours to do the job. I can definitely see that one of the workers was playing tricks and being lazy all the time. My 80 years old grandma can do faster than him. To be honest, The other one is working pretty hard. I do appreciate that. But he was dragged by the lazy one. So overall. It is still very inefficient. 2) Their attitude is not friendly at all. They will threaten you if you make any suggestions they don't like. They know you have to move on that day and you have no choice. 3) It is actually not cheap. They may quote you cheaper price for hourly rate. (90/ hours for two workers may not be that cheap though. I haven't compared with others ). However, you will be regretted later cause they will drag your time to much longer. Believe me, You actually will pay more. 4) Warning here!!! If you are Chinese, then you probably will get the same feeling as I did. They are no difference than other bad reputations Chinese moving companies. I am surprised seeing so many good reviews. Then I thought about it. They do have different standards. So I don't suggest you use this company if you are Chinese. read more

We did a move last weekend from San Mateo to San Jose with EVERLASTING MOVING. This was hands down the best moving experience I've ever had. I submitted a quote online just 10 days or so in advance and received a prompt response from their team. Even though we left this until the last minute, they were still able to accommodate us on one of the busiest moving weekends The actual move was fantastic.Lee and his team were professionals. They arrived right at the top of the time window we were given, walked through our apartment taking notes on items that needed special treatment, and then started moving. It's worth noting we had many boxes, a king sized bed, couch and a few other furniture pieces. The team took amazing care of everything, wrapping and taping everything, and even disassembled the furniture items. They moved incredibly quickly as well. The other end went just as smoothly, with their team helping unpack their boxes with the smaller items, and taking the time to make sure everything was in the right spot. This was seriously a great experience. As much as we hate moving, Michael and his team made this a very pleasant experience. Good not recommend them more. read more

If you are looking at movers quotes, your search is over. Everlasting Moving is the way to go. Not only was it the most affordable and up-front pricing, but the service was excellent. Michael responded very quickly and texted and called as needed. I appreciated that I didn't have to go through a reception service, it was very personable and prompt. Also, unlike most companies, he actually asked for pictures of the space to be able to give an accurate estimate of time. As great as pre-move service was, day of service was even better. We had a two bedroom apartment and garage. As soon as Scott and the two other movers arrived they started with the heaviest and hardest items. Up and down the stairs they went quickly and efficiently. Once we got to the new location, they very promptly started emptying and unloading as well as asking where things go. When something was unsure they took a best guess and were usually right. They finished a two-story 2bed apt/1garage move from Mountain View to a home in San Jose (30min drive time) in a total of 5.5 hours. There may be more popular companies out there, but trust me, Everlasting Moving is the easy and best choice! read more

We moved from a 2B/2Ba apartment to a single family house. Our movers were extremely efficient, professional, and respectful -- 5 stars all around! Price was very reasonable and exactly as quoted upfront with no surprises or add-ons. Just the straightforward hourly rate, recommended hourly tip per mover (we gave additional tip as we were very satisfied), and flat truck fee. The move ended up taking 1.5 hrs less than I had budgeted for. It definitely helped that we had everything packed up in advance and ready to go, and took care of fragile, valuable, and other loose items on our own beforehand. The movers took care of everything else, wrapping furniture, stacking boxes and smaller items into columns held by dolleys, and quickly getting everything down the elevator from the 4th floor to the truck at the curb. They also used carpet mats for the stairs at the new place to protect the carpet which we appreciated. Highly recommend going with Everlasting for your next move -- just have everything packed nicely in advance and then sit back and watch them do the rest! read more

Chris helped to calm my nerves the days leading up to the move! We were moving into a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator & I didn't want to move anything myself... I kept asking chris if he was sure 2 guys would be enough & he assured me there was no need to spend more money & that he & his guy would get it done! And they did! They didn't add fuel or stair charges They worked so hard & in less than 2 1/2 hrs unloaded a 17 ft uhaul that was packed with boxes & odds & ends & a trailer that had our furniture on it!!! They did it with ease & calmness! I highly recommend them... If I ever need a mover again I will give a call! Thanks again guys... You made our move so stress free!! I can't thank you enough!! Furniture was wrapped, Watching them load everything into the truck Once at the new house, they were incredibly quick about getting things unloaded but they also took the time to place them wherever we wanted and unwrapped things. They also placed red walk carpets down everywhere to protect our floors. The entire process took about six hours- under their estimate. It was amazing. They were friendly, respectful of us and our things and I would hire them again in an instant. First off thank you for responding so quickly! I messaged the Yelp account at 10pm the night before and asked if they could help me 14 hours later and they came and made it happen with ease! I was at work and they came mag my girlfriend and took everything over that was requested! PLUS MY DESK! They even helped my girlfriend set up the bed frame! The only 2 issues were a little bit of a language barrier when the movers arrived. We were able to communicate via translation app! And everything was taken care of! So it wasn't really an issue that they didn't already have a solution for. And there was a scratch on the floor from moving the couch but I'm happy to take care of it. I used moving services from Everlasting during the memorial day weekend to move from Belmont to Santa Clara. To start off, they were a couple of hours late. But, I anticipated that. It is very difficult to estimate how long each move takes and hence I expected them to not be on time. Once they arrived on site, they were brilliant! Super fast and efficient. We had everything packed and ready to go. They added extra padding to the furniture and loaded all the stuff in less than 1 hour (this is for a 1 bed apartment). Unloading was a bit difficult and they were really tired but, they did not complain. The entire move took less than 3 hours and they charged us for the exact time. No "extras". We spoke to Tony and he sent two movers on the morning. They arrived right on time. They were friendly and very hard working. We finished moving an entire apartment in 2 hours! They even wrapped up the couch and bed. Everything we boxed up arrived clean and undamaged. We handled the fragile stuff like dishes and glasses and computer ourselves. But they did everything else! We would have been much slower and spent more money renting a uhaul and paying the gas by milage if we were to do it ourselves. These guys had an 18-wheeler that can hold all of your belongings. Lee and Lee (both men with same name, Lol!!) from Everlasting Moving were extremely professional and handled my furniture with utmost care!! I have delicate furniture and also furniture that needed disassembly and reassembly (a bunk bed and another bed), they did all of that and completed my move within 5 hours!! My new apartment is fully carpeted, so they had ample mats to placed over the carpets (almost like red carpet entry, LOL) and moved everything in without stepping over my carpet and making them dirty! Was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism! They were also the most affordable and fitted my budget!! I would highly recommend them!! read more
