Great service. My refigerator stopped cooling, I called a few places but they weren't able to fit with my schedule. Called this. company and they were able to send someone over too me and was able to complete the repair. this was towards the end of January. Fast forward to March I noticed my refrigerator wasn't cooling again. Called them back up and they were able to come out a couple of days later to replace the part. While on an extended trip away from home, a guest staying at our home during that time experienced issues with our BlueStar Gas Stove. In the end only one burner would actually work. We immediately, through Yelp put out a request to a number of appliance repair services for a service call and optional repair. As they trickled in, we waited for "My Appliance Crew" to submit a response since they are actual BlueStar certified. We are definitely pleased we took that extra time. During the initial call, the technician was able to resurrect 3 of the 5 burners and communicated to us that the 4th burner's gas valve needed replacement. That particular burner is used most, so that was no surprise. We gave the go-ahead to order the necessary part. The help provided got the guest to at least going with 3 burners. After the guest had left, and we had returned ... 2 days later the parts arrived and the technician came over to finish the repair. After a closer look and dismantling, he came to the conclusion that we did not need a new valve, so did not install that. However, he performed what we no longer were able to accomplish due to the gas ignitors mounting brackets with screws virtually melded into the bottom of the burner bodies. Food particles and fluids create a rust build-up that makes it virtually impossible to remove and install new ignitors. Well, the technician removed all 4 ignitor brackets and stems, drilled out the remaining screw remnants and installed 4 new ignitors and the stove performs as if new. Great service and an honest assessment made this a great experience. Throughout, communication, even done from a remote location, was effective. They send electronic bills that can be paid remotely. The ease of doing business was very much appreciated. I definitely recommend the services of "My Aappliance Crew" and will depend on them for service in the future. Thank you Tim. read more

i've been using them for years. Tim is a great repair person, very honest on what you need and don't. 1 1/2-2 years ago, they changed hands/office staff/ owners/ management. Their customer service is horrible. i've been trying to get a hold of them since July, my ice maker has quit making ice. I spoke to Tim on the 13th of this month, he answered the office phone, he said he had to check and see if he could get a replacement and would call me the next day by 10 am. I waited until 11:30 and called him. Got VM, called the office got VM. My ice maker is under warranty and they won't make any money off of me is the only thing I can think of!!! I've booked several appts. got the confirmation that someone would email me an appointment day and time - never happened. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Still waiting on my phone call. My 10-year old gas stove has been giving me problem for over a month. Two of the burners could not click and light. Even if they lighted the gas output is so low that it took a long time to heat up water. Fortunately I find Timur Appliance Service through Yelp. The repair person came on time and very professional and knowledgeable. He went over the possible problems and the pricing. At the end he recommends cleaning the burner valves as he think it should resolve the problem and it did.
