We saw this place when we were at Main street Crossing, watching a Queen tribute band, Queen Legacy (awesome, highly recommend) and thought we'd check it out. We like to support local businesses, and the name had us curious. It looks like burgers, potatoes and salads, we can handle that. Crazy options. for instance, I ordered the German Fest burger. Mike got the ball park. , I just saw a picture of the early bird, that looks fantastic. There is a shared courtyard outside that seems like a wonderful place to eat if the weather was nice. After wanting to try this place for several months, I finally paid a visit for dinner on a Thursday evening. There are several interesting potatoes and burgers to choose from as well as a few appetizers and desserts. If you follow them on social media, they'll give you a free cookie. I walked in, ordered at the counter, and it was about 10-15 minutes before the potato came out. It wasn't AMAZING, but it was exactly what I expected from somewhere that doesn't specialize in barbecue. I made my way back to Every-Bellies today, and like before I was not disappointed my potato was superb! I had mine with mushrooms and onions and cheese. My sister had the brisket. We then headed next door and bought frozen margaritas. I had strawberry with a sugar rim. It was really good, perfectly made and balanced well. We had good conversations with the manager Paolo and the owner Nicole. Hopefully in the future they will have a vegetarian/ vegan potato on the menu. The Cajun stuffed potato was phenomenal. Definitely the best stuffed potato I've ever had. The Cajun filling was full of flavor+ spice. Further, the crawfish was perfecfly tender. What makes this dish stand out the most however, is that the potato is soaked in crawfish étouffée. Typically I find, when eating a stuffed potato, that once you get past the "stuff" the potato ends up being what my generation would call "mid". However, because the potato is soaked in addition to being stuffed, you still taste hints of the crawfish étouffée in the potato without the crawfish. The burger on the other hand wasn't as impressive. Typically, a breakfast burger is full of flavor, but this one lacked in that department. The first time I went there, they were sold out of their popular crawfish ettoufee bake potato, so I settled for the Buffalo one. You would think I would be disappointed, but wrong! This potato was full of flavor and after wards, I was definitely in a food coma. I came back a few weeks later, and got there early just to try the crawfish one.
