Out of all the places to discover food places, I discovered this place over TikTok and thankful I did. It was a hidden gem in downtown Tomball. The first time I went there, they were sold out of their popular crawfish ettoufee bake potato, so I settled for the Buffalo one. You would think I would be disappointed, but wrong! This potato was full of flavor and after wards, I was definitely in a food coma. I came back a few weeks later, and got there early just to try the crawfish one. If I had to choose between the crawfish one and the Buffalo one, the crawfish one would definitely be the winner. Huge pieces of crawfish and the entire thing item had an amazing spice level. Not too spicy. Not too bland. Perfect. Customer service was also phenomenal here. Aside from the ladies behind the register not wearing a mask, everything was perfect. About 5-6 years ago, my wife and I were in RoundTop for the annual antique show. We found this great little stuffed potato food truck and got the Buffalo chicken potato and it was incredible! Owners told us they were out of Tomball gave us the story, cool cool cool. We went back the next year MAINLY for the potato's. Then the next year...no food truck. Bummer! A couple days ago we're in Tomball for a little music show and walking around the square. We were hungry so checked out every-bellies. Got the Buffalo chicken and started munchin. The wife says, "Man this potato is great! It reminds me of the ones we used to get at round top!" The light bulb went off! It was the same place, just restaurant form! I have been here many times and the food is usually very good. My experience yesterday was a sad situation for this place though. I brought a friend for lunch who had never been, talked up the place and food. We order and sit down. I got the Ragin Cajun burger and it was very tasty, I was fine with the pink center. Picture is included. My friend ordered a mushroom burger, took one bite and the meat was still rather raw. Even on the outside. ONE bite. She takes the burger back up to the counter and tells the girl taking order. Shows her it's raw. A few seconds later the girl brings her the raw burger and proceeds to tell us THATS how they make their burgers and since she already took a bite out of it, too bad. Leaves Burger on table knowing my friend won't eat the raw burger and offering no solution to the $15 burger now just being left on the edge of table. I have worked in MANY MANY restaurants over a course of 13 years. Everything from Hostess, to Kitchen help. Waitstaff to bartending and managing. NEVER have I ever told an unhappy customer- sorry we can't do anything about the food you don't like. Never would I ever think anyone working in a restaurant would tell a customer there is nothing we can do about your raw burger. It's against health code to take it back. Ummm.. ok?? Funny thing, after I got up and went to find manager myself, they took her burger back, after she took ONE bite from it. Stuck it back on the grill, didn't add cheese or fix it to look decent- brought it back to her with the bite out of the bun. No picture of her Burger because it wasn't impressive and we got so baffled with how she was expected to eat nothing for the money she spent- the mood shifted from Happy food pics to complete shock. So much is wrong with this I could go on for an hour. Manager is an idiot too if he thinks that's how you handle a situation like that. Word of advice.. if your policy is to serve RAW burgers.. PUT IT ON THE MENU AND HAVE YOUR STAFF WARN SOMEONE WHEN ORDERING THAT THE BURGERS ARE SERVED COLD AND RED IN MIDDLE. Pregnant women and maybe just some folks who DONT like hamburger meat raw, NEED TO BE TOLD!! As far as your staffs common sense on how to handle customer service... GOOD LUCK!! It's never a bad day at this Baked Potato haven of deliciousness! I never imagined that baked potatoes could be so wonderful and these spuds have definitely won me over. Depending on the time and day you visit, you may have to plan accordingly because they are in high demand, as they should be. Luckily the day we went, we were able to put in our order and find a seat right away. The girls working the cashier were just as nice as could be which always makes my day! My only complaint is that with so many delicious menu options, how do you choose? I want to try them all. This just means I have to keep coming back to try more and more. I'm a huge fan of the Buffalo Chicken Ranch spud. It has a lot of flavor and a little kick to it as well. My friend had the crawfish etouffee and I'll gladly admit, I snuck a bite of his. Wow! Add this to my list of what to order next time. If you aren't a spud fan or potatoes just don't do it for you, they have other options too. They have salads, sweet treats, and more. I was REALLY wanting to love this place because of its location & I heard nothing, but great things. We must have gone on an off day we ordered the crawfish étouffée & bbq brisket baked potatoes. The potatoes themselves were big, the BBQ brisket was not bad, it was nice & hot, had plenty of brisket & they did give extra sauce. The crawfish étouffée one was another story, it was cold, the étouffée tasted old, had way too much cheese & butter (I wish I would have taken a picture there was a pool of grease) I was not able to eat it I might give them another try, but will definitely try something else. read more

I have eaten here since it was a food truck on the side of 2920. The portion sizes have shrunk considerably. The bacon lovers potato need much more bacon . The potato is 1/3 smaller with no course salt on the skin as before. Where a single potato would easily be two meals it is sadly not anymore. I can't justify the price for what is given. read more

I got the original grilled chicken tater. My son got the Heart Throbber burger. Side note...he is 13. They had a limited selection of wine and beer. Waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told that it would be a 20 minute wait if we ordered a burger. Considering that their menu is basically nothing but burgers and potatoes, it would have been nice to know that before waiting in line. I ordered the crawfish etoufee fries instead and it still took 15 minutes to get them. They were so salty that I could only eat a few bites. We had to constantly ask the staff for items that we ordered but never came to the table (a strawberry shake and a skillet cookie), which shouldn't happen if orders are being properly tracked. Kept hearing about this place since I'm always looking for great places to eat. Stopped in for lunch and it wasn't busy at all. The staff was very friendly. The menu had enough food to choose from to eat here for a month! Great selections! I ordered the kickin bbq chick loaded tater and got a burger for my kiddo. If you order the burger just be prepared for a small wait but my kid didn't have any complaints once it came out. The kick bbq chicken was pretty good, I probably will try something different next time, I was hoping for more flavor. Still filling and delicious. I give this place a 9 out of 10...I definitely recommend. The only reason I took a point away was for the cheeseburger's seasoning. When you have a good cut of meat, it typically can stand alone on its on. It could have had a nice salt or garlic/onion powder blend and hit it with Worchestershire sauce. Less is more with this burger. It was also a bit dry. I LOVE burgers and I came here for that purpose so I was a bit disappointed. Now the other food gets an A+. The potatoes were perfect and the sweet tea and cookies were EVERYTHING. It was homemade and I loved that. The customer service was great too! I will be back! read more

I definitely enjoyed our visit at this cute little restaurant. Everyone was very nice and the food was great. I personally had the southern fried baked potato which I would get again but maybe get the gravy on the side. It was so much gravy that it kind of overpowered everything else. My husband got the Frito pie baked potato and thoroughly enjoyed it. He ate everything including the skin! My sister got a homemade chocolate shake which was absolutely delicious and the buffalo chicken ranch baked potato. I didn't try her potato but she gets it all the time.
