Steve and I were fortunate to get one beer from this brewery. We had a Helles Lager, a lager type we are very much fond of from 3 Nations Brewing. The name of the beer was Go Time. The flavor elements in this beer that are fun to detect are a biscuity flavor as well as a bit yeasty with a dry finish. It's very refreshing in my book! The body of the beer is smooth and the hue to the beer bright! A nice, solid Helles Lager from this brewery and I am thrilled that I got to try it over a brewery that I had on my list for an unspecified amount of time... most likely!

I have had the hazel chocolate cake and the various croissants. The chocolate croissant is the winner. Very clean and service has been great. Maybe the only weird thing is they have a kiosk to order up front. You can go to counter but you see the kiosk when you walk in. So it sort of implies you should order from kiosk.
